Very long wait. Order was ready 40 minutes after they said it d be ready. Place was empty as well. Was offered free breadsticks, but that doesn t recoup the time lost with the family. Pizza night with the family was ruined!

Cheese steak was quite good albeit smallish for my appetite. Calzone was excellent. Chicken Alfredo was excellent.My daughter liked the lobster ravioli. Wife was indifferent about her pasta special. Definitely worth another visit to actually try the pizza.

Stopped in for a slice and ended up ordering a large pepperoni pizza and 3 drinks for about $30. The pizza was great. My grandson says 5 stars Poppy, delicious looking food and free video game. Needless to say, I agree. They greeted us with a friendly hello and made our pizza fresh!! Well done we will be back!

Pizza by the slice ! Or...whole pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, breadsticks so light and fluffy they melt in your mouth. Crispy tasty crust and the freshest veggies. DONT FORGET TO GET A CANNOLI -made in house. Great place!

The pizza and wings here are very delicious. My kids had half pepperoni and half cheese. They really enjoyed it. My husband and I had the smoked brisket. And omg, we fell in love. Its so good. You definitely have to try it. Customer service is amazing.

Best vegetarian pizza I have ever had, and this is coming from a vegetarian! Steak sandwiches are huge and spaghetti is delicious with perfectly cooked pasta. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza, and calzone, marinara sauce for pasta

I have eaten at the one Downtown so I was excited to learn this was close by. Food was great, wished this location had the hammocks and swings like downtown. I highly recommend folks giving this place a try. Highly recommended over the other pizza locations in the area.

I was surprised not to see more people here. The food is great! It isnt your run of the mill pizzeria with the cardboard crust. The dough is great! They have cane sugar sodas on tap that, in my opinion, were better than the name brand. The boneless hot wings were delicious, really enjoyed the sauce they used.Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Will be coming back again soon to try their gelato!

I recently placed a catering order and was impressed how well the Luigis staff communicated with me about my order days in advance. There were no surprises and my food was ready on time. I know the staff had to come in earlier to accommodate my order and I appreciate their dedication to their craft. The food is outstanding - fresh and authentic. You will not be disappointed. Kid-friendliness: Multiple kid-friendly options. In fact, everyone in the family should be able to find something!

Crust is decent. I ordered a 16 veggie pizza and had to wonder if I had ordered a cheese pizza since the toppings seem non existent. Cheese (and missing veggies) ended 3-4 from the edge of the pizza. More like glorified bread stick. I also ordered 8 piece BBQ buffalo wings and only received drumlets (no other part of the wing) and wondered if they were drumsticks. Must have come from GMO beast of a chicken. Not worth the $35.

The absolute WORSE customer service. I placed an order and was told I called the wrong location. The lady at the register had an extremely nasty attitude along with a nasty work outfit. (I should have known) I waiting over 20 minutes for my order and finally asked to just refund it. Mean while a couple that came in after me was hand delivered their food and still no communication on how long mine would take. When I asked for a refund she again with a nasty attitude said oh it will be another 3-4 minutes . I finally told her I did not want the food and that she had an extremely nasty attitude. She agin wanted to argue. I asked for her manager. She advised me she was the GM (wow) and sent me to another location on HWY 3 that has absolutely no affiliation with this location. I Sure she knew this. I have never had this type of behavior. There is a younger gentleman who is usually there that has the absolute best customer service. He makes sure you are greeted and feels welcome. This GM you have needs more customer service etiquette. I m sure she ll Alina take that the customer was nasty because she obviously lies. However, no one was up front. I won t be back

Me and my family were the last customers and the food was spectacular!!! We tried slices of pepperoni, Caprese pizza, wine, Gelato and 3 types of cakes. Each was spot on, fresh and delicious. Even my picky children (that dont eat) ate almost all of their food. Service was perfect and very patient. We are definitely coming back.

I m giving 4 stars because the serve was GREAT. The lady at the counter was fantastic. I wasn t a huge fan of this pizza but my daughter loved it. I wasn t a fan of the fountain drinks either. They have the real sugar soda (not real coke, Dr Pepper, sprite) I wasn t a huge fan of that either. I did end up ordering a salad and it was fantastic and it came with delicious bread. If I do go back I might try one of the pastas.
