Paid the cover and the band wrapped up 10 min later, would have appreciated a heads up from the doorman. Watched the bartender pour my drink without pouring any alcohol but Im not one to fight over 4 bucks. Poor service and pretty bland overall. Maybe its fun if youre a local? I would advise out of town folk to avoid this place and save your money

The bartenders are extremely rude the door man asked if we can play the juke box and they immediately started yelling at him telling him to go back to the door and started being rude when we were ordering drinks. They started being rude to the door man cause he asked a question for the customers and they didn t care at all about the customer. The music was boring and not upbeat at all. I will never go back to this bar.

Good Long Island Ice Teas! Good bartenders and its very laid back until the Cowboys have games on then were allowed to cheer like were in the game or the refs can hear us haha! This wil be my new hangout spot when I decide to watch football somewhere other than home. Good job guys!!

Ive been coming to this bar for over 10 years. Hands down my favorite place to come and hangout in Amarillo. Live music 3 days a week. And 90% of the patrons that go there are cool and friendly. Drink prices are always good! Come see for yourself!

Bought tickets for a concert at Hoots, the ticket website had no mention of the show being 21+, myself and the 6 others (all 18+) I went to the show with got turned away at the door and denied a refund. The only thing the manager told me is that the owner might email the ticket seller in the morning about the misinformation.

Just had food delivered - person picking up waited a long time, had to get manager to chase order - order arrived , missing items, ordered crispy chicken wings, were soggy & flavorless. Also ordered a salad , NOTE not a side salad, pretty much what we got maybe 1 TBSP of veg & we are being generous- very disappointed.$50!

Not a safe place if your alone. Stabbings and the security is more than likely to jump you. The security literally put there hands on my sister. She did nothing to them and nothing to deserve hands placed on her. After witnessing that I will never go to this place again. They are lucky to still be in business.

It s a very nice venue to catch a good show, I thought the music was very good. Staff was pretty good, and the crowd seemed pretty friendly. Lots of room to get around, and a nice dance floor. I also enjoyed there deck/ smoking area. Very spacious.

Hoots was a great small venue to catch a show. We are out of towners and enjoyed being able to be close to the stage for the concert. Saw Flatland Cavalry here, and they never disappoint. Drink lines were long, but such as to be expected when a good band is in town. Would definitely go back if we are ever back in town.

Good place to have a few drinks and dance. The music played was a mix of old and new hip hop, with a little tejano thrown in there every now and then. The beers were cold and the mixed drinks were good. After 10:30 the crowd was mainly younger, but we still had a great time. We will definitely be back.
