I had a great experience with Art Masters of El Paso! I needed a professional to help me with the placement and installation of a dozen portraits. Douglas created a stunning gallery wall of my cherished pet portraits, and I couldnt be happier with the result. He was professional, offered great suggestions, and ensured everything was securely displayed. The finished wall looks incredible, and I have peace of mind knowing my portraits are secure. Very nice place with great ambiance. The framer was incredibly knowledgeable and his passion for art shone through. Unfortunately, I chose to try elsewhere because their prices were beyond my budget. Had I worked with them, I feel confident Id have gotten a professional job. Also, they offer a lifetime guarantee for their work which is mind blowing. I recommend them highly to anyone for who price is no object and you place a premium on stuff like lifetime guarantees. One day that might just be me too.

My brother and I wanted to get our mother s oil painting framed. Tina the co owner was exceptional! She was patient, professional, and efficient. It was supposed to be done in 7 business days. They had mom s frame done in less than 24 hours. Turned out stunning. They are strongly recommend and our experience was a 10! My brother and I returned to have our family picture framed. Our father just passed away 5 months ago. I have no words to express the professionalism presented and uttermost kindness by owners and all staff.. The frame was absolutely beautiful and brought out so many emotions. Thank you again for hard work and loyal dedication. Thank for making a lifelong memory so touching.

Once again, Art Masters did a great job framing a picture I brought in for my son s birthday. It looks great! I got great advice on what frame would look best and the frame job was finished early so that I could be sure to mail it in time for his birthday. ( I will remain a loyal customer) After researching several local framing shops, Art Masters easily was selected for me for its full-service framing options. Unlike others framers, Art Masters offers framing for both original art and posters, including shadowboxes. The ordering process is simple-Doug and his staff have the creative eye to provide suggestions and recommendations for glass, frames, wood, and matting colors. Doug and his staff have always gone beyond the call of duty to ensure that everyone who walks into the shop leaves completely satisfied. The last thing to mention is that Doug will always go out of his way to redo a frame, address any customer concerns, and will make sure his customers return. - Its obvious that Doug and his staff take pride in their work. I should have written this review last month, but time just gets away! I ran in to Art Masters at the last minute after unsuccessful trips to other stores. I was desperate for a decent frame that would do justice to an original painting commissioned as wedding gift. It was past 7 p.m. and I needed to travel the next day to the wedding. The owner was SO helpful. He made time to find a suitable frame from his inventory that made the painting look stunning! Since he too is an artist, he knows how to showcase artwork. I am so pleased. I recently had a canvas print framed in a float frame. The print was amazing to begin with, but the frame they made for it beautifully complemented and completed the print. The frame was of high quality and of beautiful color. I am so happy and satisfied with the work that I am ready to take another print to them. The owner and employees are professional and friendly. Brought in a family heirloom painting for restoration after noticing some areas of paint had flaked off over the years. They were so knowledgeable about the process, and the owner (whose name I forgot) was very kind and personable. As soon as you walk in you can see how good their work is at Art Masters of El Paso. The walls are full of vibrant art work and beautiful framing. I brought my ideas and collage of pictures to Art Masters of El Paso and wanted to make a nice memorabilia picture frame of my wife and I for my wife. The quality of work was magnificent. We took three pictures that need a lot of work. The information given about each picture of what can be fixed was great, something I didn t expect yet was well appreciate. One thing that kinda we didn t want to give five star was do to poor communication. We was given a time when our pictures would be ready. Got a call saying our pictures are ready for pick up and when my husband went the pictures weren t ready. We figured they must of gotten confused. Ultimately the outcome was breathtaking and 5 stars is deserved.

I cannot express how professional and generous the people at this place are. I have worked with them for four years now and they never cease to impress me. Not only do they do a wonderful job when framing, but they also support their community by sponsoring high school students with desert cleanups, art shows, and workshops. They truly practice what they preach. They have also allowed students of all ages to participate in workshops at their shop that teaches them how to frame their own works. It means so much to these students to be able to say they framed their work and be proud to show it off. Their service is prompt and the craftsmanship is wonderful.
