Its got some nice amenities but it just does not feel as safe as most other parks! Dog-friendliness: You can walk your dog around but be warned theres always a lot of loose dogs that I guess constantly get dumped there and theyre always roaming around looking for food and love.

Good place to go walk at dawn. After that, theres too many pedestrians. Park is right next to a canal, just in case you like to look at a bit of nature. Playground for the kids.

Nice part, long walking loop [advertised at 0.95 miles]. Parts of the loop were underwater from recent rain, but the rain was not that recent. Dog people left several messes. Without the drainage issues, this would be a great walking park.

Es un parque bonito, tranquilo, donde puedes pasear a tu mascota y disfrutar de una buena caminata, o correr, palapas con bancas y asadores, juegos infantiles canchas, baños, agua internet gratis de Pharr, cámaras y vigilancia, ambiente familiar etc. Es mi lugar preferido donde llevo mi perro a pasear y a descansar, gracias, lindo lugar.

While this park has a great deal of space it only has 1 medium sized play area for ALOT of kids most of them between the ages of 10 and 14 who disregard the little ones ages 2 thru 7. Maybe if they added more play areas aimed at different ages there would be less accidents.
