Gregg who was working the register was so nice and very helpful. He has a very engaging personality and seems very genuine when he is conversing with customers. He has an upbeat nature that is not common in fast food workers. We need more Gregs in the industry. Food was hot and fresh, 3/5 is a good value. Store was clean.

Me and my husband ordered $30 of food and we didn t even get a curly fry they were all old and cold little pieces and were so hard , like they served us what was left over. I was very disappointed and couldn t enjoy my meal. I have tried calling the number listed for the store and they never answer.

I placed my order at the drive through box when I got to the window they had to ask me for my order again..1st red flag. I was given my drink and receipt the receipt was correct. Then they handed me a another drink. Get home and I didnt even get remotely what I ordered. The one taking orders did not want to be at work you could tell. So I paid for a premium sandwich and got a dry regular roast beef. No wander this place is never busy

I received my food rather quickly and my order was right. The drive thru person, on the other hand, was less attentive to what they were doing and was more concerned with the conversation they were having with coworkers. I didnt receive my change and had to ask for it, which, by this point, required the manager to reopen the draw so I could have my change.

Poor service would you like any sauce? Yes, horsey and bronco. I got only Arby s sauce. Should have listened to Joe Pesci .. Follow-up - owner contacted me. I luv Arby s. Update: Im honestly not sure why the OWNER pretends that theyre sorry on these Reviews. When they literally do *nothing* to improve the Customer Service at this particular location! ..................... The customer service I received was atrocious. They refused to hand me my food through the drive-thru window. They said I had to come inside. I spoke to a manager, Teresa and she flippantly told me it was better for me to come inside How is stopping my running car and getting out in the Freezing cold better for ME? I decided to come here for a quick bite to eat after a long day of physical labor. I don t live in Lewisville so this was the 1st time (and last lol) that I have ever been to this specific Arby s. Based off of the past reviews; I believe this location has some type of demonic spirit possessing the workers here because it feels like they go out of their way to be rude and refuse to resolve a problem. *This incident took place at 5:40pm Sunday, March 10, 2024* I pulled up to the drive thru and patiently waited for a greeting. The gentlemen speaking was very hard to hear through the speaker, he sounded very faint. I placed my order, I ALWAYS order the same thing no matter what Arby s I visit: A Gyro Turkey meal. The gentlemen stated that they don t serve gyros w/ Turkey, only Roast beef. I thought to myself that s odd because every other Arby s I order at, they make my order with no issues. So after hearing that, I ask him well I see you have a roast Turkey sandwich, you can t just make a gyro with roast Turkey??? There was a long silence on his end, then he stated No, we cannot put Turkey on the gyro Still puzzled and slightly annoyed, I asked him Why not, do you not know how to substitute the meat on your screen or something? Then an African American female took over the speaker and I could hear her loud and clear lol. She said very sternly, There is no button to sub the roast beef for turkey, and we are not allowed to make the gyro with turkey I knew she was lying but instead of arguing with her I just stated, Ok, well I ll be leaving a yelp review then. Before I could finish that statement she cuts me off and says THAT S FINE I ended up going to an Arby s in Carrollton closer to where I live and ordered my Turkey gyro w/curly fries with absolutely no issues. ***I will be adding a pic of my receipt for the Carrollton location as proof that there IS a button that allows the employees to substitute Roast Beef for turkey.*** I m not sure why the staff at the Round Grove location is so rude, maybe they secretly want the place to shut down or maybe there is a demonic spirit provoking them. Either way I got my meal in Carrollton and Lewisville gets one star because yelp does not let me put zero stars. A tip for the employees, work somewhere that you enjoy and try to have a good day but if you can t; don t go messing up someone else s! God bless you all

My wife and i decided to eat in rather than take our meal home. The restaurant was not busy. We were the only customers when we arrived. Stood at the counter for a couple of minutes while one employee had told another three times that they had customers at the register. The employee took our order but barely looked up. We almost felt like we were intruding in a place where people were not welcome. Got the order rather quickly, which was good, but when I said thank you, they ignored me. The food was good. Never really have an issue with the quality of the sandwiches or fries. As we were leaving, I wanted to thank them for the meal, (something I like to do no matter where I am,) but no one was up front. I just waved at the girl over by the fry station. She saw me but just turned her back to me. The staff working on Saturday afternoon has no clue about customer service. Still like the food but the kids working there need customer service training.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. I will never be going back to this Arbys. Went thru drive thru and was asked to pull forward and park (why would I want to park to wait for drive thru? but I did, I pulled into a parking spot right in front of drive thru) I waited 10 minutes, with food from where I like their food was getting cold. I went in to get it and wasnt happy. I got TOLD it was made to orde, and when I questioned 10 minutes was then TOLD well you were parked near the door and then have a blessed day. I could here the lady yelling to the other staff, we arent EVER going to serve her again. Got news for her, not only will I never be back, the person I got the new fish sticks for told me to remind him to NEVER go to Arbys again. He tried their Angus burger and said it was like cardboard. The fish sticks were the final straw. If I managed that Arbys I would fire her. Youre going to lose more than just my business. Im sure Im not the only one she has treated this way. Business will eventually suffer for treating people badly.

An hour and a half before close, the staff ignored the drive through and the phone.. so we pulled around and my boyfriend went inside.. three cars tried to go through the drive through the few minutes he was in there and every single one of them was ignored and pulled away. My boyfriend came out telling me AND one of the cars leaving the drive through that the entire staff was hiding in the back y all are paying staff to abuse your time clock.

If you order a two for 7 you better hope they have run out or yours will be cold and old. If you order a shake with 1 car in front of you it will be melted before you get it. First time visiting this location today 4/24/2023 while visitint a close friend of the family and I loved the customer service from the registrant Mrs.Quinshell she had a beautiful smile on her face, made sure before she touched my order she sanitized her hands thoroughly, took my order with good customer service skills I could hear the joy in her voice and had my order in and out within 5 mins and order was just the way I asked. I hope you see this review keep up the good work you turned my bad day into a pleasant smile. Easily the rudest drive thru individual I have ever spoken to. One of the items that was ordered was not in the pack and I had already spent the 15+ minutes getting home when I realized it. The complaint was that the order was placed over an hour ago, but I had only arrived thirty minutes into the hold due to a traffic incident on the road up. Ultimately I GOT the missing item, but the aggression coming from the woman and insistence I was wrong was extremely rude.

UPDATE: Looks like Arby s listened to their customers and fixed the problems. The past few times I ve gone they ve been open and actually busy again. New employees are doing a good job! We love to eat here so I m glad Arby s got it together I was worried they were gonna shut down. First of all, the employees have always been nice here, so no complaints there. However.... they are never open any more... there is a paper note on the drive through stating limited hours (that changes each time we go). The past 3 times we have tried to get food here in the past couple months (usually mid day), we have always driven up during those hours, but immediately an employee announces that they have just closed.... last time it was hours before the new limited hours, but all the sudden they were closed. Its always closed, yet theres always someone there to let us know they they just closed... and why are the limited hours never correct? I feel bad for the employees, because they are probably worried that their location is going under soon. Fix the problem management, because Lewisville likes this location!

I dont even know how the timing is done on Google, but that would be a suggestion. I did call a different Arbys, and no one picked up. Since it was on my way I stopped by, and they were open. They are often out of menu items like shakes, and occasionally can only accept cash, or cards. However, the service is generally good for the most part in recent months, and when the items are available they are well prepared. I want to knock off one star for unavailability of menu items, but not sure if it can be helped with supply chains disrupted as they are.

Hey, Flower Mound & Lewisville residents, its only a few miles from 407/Long Prairie Rd/Cross Timbers. I haved loved the Arbys stores and menu in the US, from the 1970s, to 2022. I favor a drive thru order. Quality food and fixings. Eat Up !!!!! (Vote for Arby or Horsey Sauces)

Have tried to purchase at this store many times over the last few months. Location is a fair drive from my house. Each time dining room was closed. Dive through not open even though employees inside. Today tried to call to verify open before driving the distance and received AT&T message saying call was unavailable to be completed. Dont know if store is closed or not but AT&T message on their phone number is not promising. Has lost my business permanently. Sorry.

Just tried the new waygu burger and was very disappointed. Paying $8 for a burger that was crisper than the fries, burger was bad. Seems like they just dropped in the deep fryer. Word of advise stick your busted roast beef sandwiches

Had the chicken bacon swiss combo meal and was severely disappointed by the flavor of the chicken itself. Appeared extra dark for a freshly fried piece of frozen chicken, but then i tasted it... This chicken tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil. The kind you get when your fryer isnt filtered and cleaned on the regular. Oh well, i was hungry and in a hurry to get to work. Maybe Ill stick to my Arbys in Denton.

Another bad Arbys. Didnt get my order right, didnt receive a receipt. Poor service and cold food. Why pay full price for random food orders? The only consistency in Arbys is that they will take your money, have a poor attitude and give you a wrong order. See you guys again in a year or two. This isnt my first rodeo ether. I have already filled out a contact form. Owner didnt even read that I already filled it out.... I cant even make this up. They didnt even read the comments.

I purchased a beef gyro sandwich from the Lewisville location on 4/29/22. Approximately 2 hours after eating it, I became violently ill from what I believe was food poisoning. The meat tasted ok, so I suspect that lack of sanitation in the food handling process was the cause. I will be reporting this incident of food poisoning to City of Lewisville Health Division.

Update: dont try to order via the apps, theyll cancel your order & then stop accepting new orders entirely. Been trying to go to the drive thru for the past couple days, but theyre closed even during posted hours. Yesterday (1/13) there was a sign saying their drive thru hours went until 6:00PM but when I pulled up at 5:27PM I was informed that they were already closed.

We used to eat here almost weekly. In the past few months it has become almost impossible. They close at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm. There is no consistency. The website shows open until 10pm, but that hasnt happened in a long time. Disappointing. I cant remember the last time we were able to actually catch this location open after 5pm.

1/17 - Drive thru only (no dine in) with posted hours of 10-4. Greeting at order kiosk is recording and no one responded after order. Went to window. Vehicle in front had been waiting and using their cane to tap on the window before driving off. I pulled up to window and was unable to see anyone inside and frier also appeared to be off. Guessing they didnt have staff today which points to lack of competitive pay or problem with management.

What are the hours for this location??? This is the third time I have gone here at dinner time to find out it is closed (once at 7:30 PM, once at 9 PM, and tonight at 8:30 PM). Its really frustrating that this location wont update their website and google-listed hours so customers dont waste their time. The corporate robotic response to this review is laughable. Last few times Ive tried coming here later in the evening all the lights are off and there zero cars in the parking lot. This of course is well before the official closing time of 10pm. Tonight for example I went around 8:10ish. This could be attributed to under staffing. Id be curious to hear from the owner on the master.
