I booked my appointment 2 months in advance, the day before my appointment they reschedule me since the doctor has an emergency which is fine and acceptable but then only give me options to reschedule another month after. Utmost disrespect and neglect for a patient who books 2 months in advance and are completely unable to co-operate. Dont go to a doctor whos overly busy and has no regard and respect of your TIME.

the receptionist were absolutely disgusting human beings and should never work a front desk again. they are very rude and unprofessional. while trying to figure out a new appointment after they canceled mine, i got spat at by the receptionist. dont waste your money here

Dr Shaw is a great communicator, and spend time talking with you. The nurses are helpful, the receptionist can be somewhat hard to communicate with due to their accent, but patience and being polite works.

DONT COME HERE! Receptionist is beyond rude, absolutely unacceptable. We called the day before to make the appt & were given the price of the visit. Once we arrived, the price was increased & were told to pay or leave. Dont waste your time, money, or sanity! Find another doctors office!!!

The pediatrician decided to take blood from my newborns arm and not his heel. Everyone I have spoken to their peds did not take blood from the arm.

We are new to the area and my daughter needed an immunization that was missed at her last physical. They were very kind and amazing with children and the Doctor was very thorough and caring.

Dr. Shah is a good doctor but the staff is one of the worst I ve experienced. The receptionist got up in the middle of a question I was asking her and started talking to another person. The nurse asked if I was fasting for my bloodwork and when I said no, she said Ofcourse you aren t . Keep in mind this is the first time I ve talked to either of those staff members. The receptionist acted very patronizing towards me and didn t address any of my issues professionally. When I said I couldn t do 8 AM in the morning because of work, she immediately put on a too bad for you attitude. Like I said the doctor is good but the staff is so unprofessional that makes you not want to come back here.

Had a family member in there recently for a basic annual checkup for an insurance incentive and she said her experience was horrible. She tried to explain that all she needed was an annual checkup and the doctor was so confused by this that he became frustrated and (what she described as) irate. He could not seem to understand that there was nothing wrong with her and all she needed was a check up. He became so angry that he began hover over her in the exam room, backing her into a corner and yelling things like you do not need to tell me how to do my job. She finally just walked out. I would advise anyone seeking treatment to go elsewhere. Among the reasons already mentioned, the place was overcrowded and disgusting. Im surprised they are allowed to practice medicine.

My elderly parents have been with Dr. Shah for several years. Despite their disabilities, poor vision, poor hearing, dementia, and general elder frailties, the entire Allen Clinic staff has been helpful, communicative, compassionate, informative and overall, great. Thank you.

Excellent Doctors, from Pediatrics to Adult and Geriatrics. We have been going there for over 10 years. Dr Syed Shah is a very caring doctor, his knowledge is vast since he has experince in most areas of medicine including surgery. We have seen nothing but great care from these doctors and their staff. They are usually busy because of that. I am grateful for the care we have received from them in all these years. I wont go anywhere els. May God keep them healthy so they can make us healthy in times of poor health.

Great medical service! The pediatric doctors are magnificent and very caring, the nurses are wonderful and helpful, and the Adult doctor is just as amazing! Its a very caring practice and i recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Hussain is a wonderful, caring old School Doctor. I have always been able to obtain an Appointment the same day. (As well as pick up any medications at the Pharmacy, next door. The Pharmacy Staff are very helpful and friendly too). The Maximum wait time is around 15 minutes. The Nurses and Front Office Staff are very helpful and friendly. The Office is very basic, however it is clean and I feel they always put their Patients first.

This review is for Dr. Hussain and the children nurses in her clinic. They are nice, straight forward, down to earth people. They take patients with all insurance, Medicaid, or even no insurance with affordable rates (some fancy clinics are very selective in terms of accepting patients, I guess they forgot their oaths). Staff is very understanding and quick. I usually make appointments in advance and the wait is around 15 mins max each time. Dr. Hussain is a very loving and caring person, old school style, helping people kind of doctor. My son loves her. I used to take my son to fancy clinics but I think after 3-4 times visits with them here, we will stay with them. The clinic is simple, basic but not dirty like one other review said. You all know who pay for the costs of those fancy clinics: patients! We don t need that. So far so good! Thank you, Dr. Hussain!

We have been going here since we first moved to this area back in 2001 (17 years ago) the doctors and staff are amazing and have always treated us like family. I recommend them to everyone and my whole family sees them. We have had some pretty serious illnesses and situations throughout the years and they have seen us through it all and we are so very thankful for them. We love Dr. Hussain and Dr. Talukder and wouldnt trust my children with any other doctor. The same goes for Dr. Shah he has always taken exceptional of us. I highly recommend them.

Waited 2 hours just to be seen. The staff was rude and did not seem to care about the fact I couldn t breathe...they misdiagnosed. When I called back the next day the Nurse practitioner had left an hour early would not recommend

The worst clinic to take your child or for adults. Very rude stuff and they have no idea what they are doing. They prescribe everyone with antibiotics and they dont diagnose you in one day. They will make you go the second day. Waiting time is horrible, it will most likely take you all day. They dont give appointments. There place is nasty and very old. And when you complain, they will block you from going there. I will never ever visit this place again plus I dont recommend anyone going there. They dont care about their patients, all they care is about their payment.

Very disappointed. Misdiagnosed my child three times. I have been going there for a long time and service has decreased dramatically. This office is very greedy and have shown preference for money first and patient needs second. I expected more from them, but their true colors have been revealed. Very disappointed. Doctor(s) not board certified in pediatrics.
