Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful from the person taking my order over the phone, the bartender and the team members greeting me as I came in. The wings are a good size, and they were hot, fresh, and ready when I walked in to pick up my order. Cons: The flavor (I had mango habanero and honey bbq) and texture were just not as good as I expected from a place with wings as part of their namesake. The sauces tasted watered down and didn t even cover the whole wings which was particularly annoying because I paid extra for sauce since I got two different flavors. The texture of the wings remind me of a chinese carryout I would go to at 2am in college when they were 50 cents a piece and nothing else was opened. It was like they got soggy somewhere between the fryer and the sauce bowl. Maybe the execution was a fluke this time, but I won t be going back for wings.

12/10, The best dining experience of my life and probably my choice for my Last Meal. We got the Sleezeballs and Queso fries to start and we could tell we were in for a treat. Amazing Flavor and crunch on the sleezeballs, fries were flavorful seasoned and queso was bomb! We chose Lemon Pepper and Sticky Soy boneless, and Kickin Garlic traditional. Cannot rave enough about the crunchy breading, flavorful sauces, and juiciness of the chicken. Exceptional service from our waitress as well. Ansley was a sweetheart so go ask for her!

We come here for the wings any time we have that craving. Always cooked right whether you go bone in or boneless, breaded or straight up... we like straight up fried bone in with Hot and also Honey Hot sauces. All other food and beverages our family and friends have ordered has always left them satisfied.... stuffed mushrooms, Buffalo shrimp, burgers/fries lots of apps, sandwiches, etc....anything. Great casual spot for comfort / game day food.

I recently picked up food from Wing Daddy Sauce House for the office, and it was a mixed experience. The chicken strips were fresh and hot, but they lacked seasoning, making them quite bland. The wings were a bit better, with more seasoning and flavor. However, the sweet potato fries were a complete disappointment as they were soggy and lacked the crispy texture that I expect for fries. Considering they were 5 bucks. On the bright side, the regular fries and onion rings were decent and more enjoyable. Given the inconsistencies, Im not sure if I would return.

The lady was really rude the way she came to my table to take my order and ask me what I want and then lied on my mother and told her manager that my mom did not pay before when that was a lie and what put the icing on the cake is she tried to argue and fight with me like I m not a customer how rude! I have been coming here since they have opened and cannot remember a bad experience I have had. Dine in or take out. The staff is always friendly and happy to serve! They make the BEST wings in all of Plano, hands down. The sleezeballs are amazing as well. They will always have whatever sports game you are wanting to watch on the TVs. Hugo and Dave are great managers Marichu, Alora, and Whitney are all super attentive and friendly bartenders. Paris has always taken great care of us as well. If you have never been before, you need to. You will not be disappointed!

We went on a Thursday afternoon. Server was fine, just always seemed busy. It was the food that really hurt. I was really looking forward to that red, white, and blue popsicle Margarita, but it was just not good in my opinion. Then, the wings and chicken tenders we ate weren t cooked that well either. It seemed like they were frozen before they made them, so they came out tasting really bland. We won t be going here again.

For a bar/restaurant setting it was clean. I will not comment on the service because I was only getting food to go. AS FAR AS THE FOOD: the wings were not fried hard so when you put ANY sauce on it it will make the skin soggy. The honey hot sauce was more hot than honey. The garlic parm was only really just butter, garlic powder, and parm cheese which was not as good as it sound. The sleezballs had no taste at all. All I tasted was potatoes and bacon thats it. And the potatoes didnt have any salt or pepper or any seasoning on them which made the whole thing bland. The oil needed to be changed because the balls were very greasy and looked dark brown in color instead of golden. The Buffalo cauliflower with the blasphemous bacon sauce was the only decent thing. Though it also could have use more seasoning besides the sauce, bacon, and cheese. Lastly the menus need a face lift. It was hard to really see the pictures and some pictures dont make the dish look appetizing. Overall I paid $45 and that will be the first and last time they will get my money. This is just my opinion but as someone who spent 4 years in the restaurant industry FOH and BOH I wished it was a better experience.

I absolutely love this place. In all honesty the best wing place in DFW. I been coming here for about a month now and I can t stay away. I ve been to this location about 4 times now. The bartender in the morning, and the bartender at night have been very helpful, happy, and caring. The customers are pretty laid back. Went to this location on vacation and was given the wrong order. It was close to closing time when we got to the hotel and noticed immediately called back no answer, called first thing in the morning to be told nothing will be done accept a credit in which we were headed to the airport at the same time! The atmosphere is like any other bar this my second time coming here I got the Funky fries and wings the first time and the wing were gross but those fries had me coming back for seconds so delicious. Best wings Ive had in a long while! Lightly breaded, not overly sauced, wings were large and cooked well (not slimy). Had the Tangasaurus sauce, a combo of Buffalo sauce and lemon pepper. This establishment is a mixed bag. While the food is exceptional, the experience is marred by an inefficient and sluggish staff. Ordering through DoorDash or Uber Eats is not recommended, as the establishment struggles to fulfill online orders accurately or in a timely manner. Additionally, the checkout process is frustratingly slow. However, if one can overlook these issues, the food is truly outstanding. If I could keep this service a 100 stars, I would. About a week or 2 I ordered some wings and i was very dissatisfied with wings. I called spoke with the manager and manager was very pleasant and he said. Well, he would replace the full order. And he took care of that. First time visiting 1-10-24 from irving.. Im a wing person and any restaurant I go to, if they have wings, I get them. The food was all delicious. Had wings, Buffalo shrimp, fries and chicken tenders covered in Buffalo sauce and some tater tot balls , or something like that. Definitely would come back for more. Nah actually our waitress Alora was amazing. She was very attentive despite us acting a fool on Saturday afternoon. We sat on the patio, and it was slow during that time we were there. But she was on it! She came out to check on us multiple times. Very very sweet and amazing service. I highly recommend her shift! I have honestly never felt such a welcoming energy. We have been coming to this location over the course of 4yrs since we moved from Austin to DFW. We have noticed a decline in service and food quality, especially on our most recent visit (7/3/23) where the server took a very long time, probably 20 min just to get our drinks (water, tea, and lemonade). We had even immediately placed our order as soon as we arrived because we already knew what we wanted and had planned to go to Addison Kaboomtown to go see the fireworks afterwards. It mustve taken over 40 min just to get our food. When it arrived, our boneless wings were cold and our bone in wings were not breaded as we normally order. I really must say that our server was unprofessional as she took time off to eat and not give a heads up or ask someone else to replace her while she took a break. Also, it was Tecate Mondays where a 12oz beer is $2.50. We were charged $5.50 and didnt notice it until we got home and read the receipt. (It was our mistake for not reading it then). Im not sure if we will be coming back anytime soon. We miss Austins Wing Daddys. Not all of locations provide the same quality of service unfortunately. We may just go to a different location like the one in Corinth, TX, where it has better reviews. Management needs to do something about the poor quality of food and service if they want to continue business. Parking: Parking is good not too bad.

We moved to Plano about 10 months ago from downtown Dallas. Before moving, we were pluckers fans. About 7 months ago, we found this place and we ve visited them several times. I will say that the experiences have gotten worst since the first couple of visits. I once ordered a 10 pc with two flavors. It came out in a single flavor. Notified the waitress of the discrepancy. She told the kitchen and the manager on duty asked her to retrieve 5 of those wings. (Very weird but it definitely happened) Recently, the quality of the food has gotten bad. Sweet tea taste very old. Fries are coming out very brown and the wings have gotten extremely smaller. Not sure if they changed the chicken vendor or opted for smaller chicken pieces, however, we won t be back for chicken or fries. I d suggest they get back to the level or service they use to provide. If not, they ll soon be gone as the place always seems to be lacking in customers. Providing a consistent service will go a long way. Stop trying to cut cost and get back to your roots. Oh and stop buying the smaller chicken and charging us a similar or higher price for them. Also, ranch should be complementary at a wing place.

This is a great place to enjoy good wings and ribs, honestly the last time we went there was pricey, almost 100 usd for 20 wings and half rack of ribs and chicken with fries feels like a little bit too much, but food is good and the service is nice. Will be back soon guys, just please watch your food prices.

We ordered pickup for 7:50pm, got there at 7:55. The bartender was super kind. Our complaint is that the fries were soggy like they were sitting there for like 30 minutes. The wings were also super soggy. The fried pickles were luke warm and seemed like they were sitting around for forever as well. I wasnt expecting fresh outta the grease but we were expecting some crunch.

It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was waiting to be served. Then when I stated I was there for an online order, she said it would be ready in a few minutes. After I waited another 15 minutes I just got up and left. It was literally only 12 people in the place n half of them had already been taken care of. Ive worked at a place similar to this and know it doesnt take that long for wings to be prepared especially when you pre order them.

The food was amazing quality chicken and I loved the ghost rush sauce perfect spice level. However, the customer service here was beyond terrible. I m the most easy going person but no one acknowledged me when I walked in. I had to ask someone to go check and see if my order was ready (after getting a text stating it was ready.) I told the lady at the bar I was here to pick up and she said she d go check and right after is on her cell phone texting away. After, re asking her to check on my food she says it s almost done. So I don t know why they texted me my order was ready for pickup. Again, the wings were great but the service beyond terrible.

The wings are really tasty and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I didn t realize that I had to specify no breading on the chicken wings and the manager offered a one-time courtesy replacement since I can t have gluten. I highly recommend eating here, they are fast and reasonably priced. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

It was an amazing experience here! The amazing food, drinks, music, and service! Our bartender Biri was awesome and provided amazing service. Thank you Biri youre awesome! The restaurant shows all the football games, but if youre a Cowboys fan, I highly recommend that you stop here. They also have this awesome sauce, which is a spicy lemon pepper, which I highly recommend. Parking: Its in a shopping center so plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair accessibility.

Wing Daddys Sauce House is a good place to watch sports while enjoying your delicious meal. The Cajun wings were very good, and next time I plan on trying the burger! The bartender was very polite and the menu is easy to read. *,if you plan on ordering your food over the phone you have to pay in advance with your credit card.* I look forward to trying new things on the menu, and catching a football game while dining in. My partner and I sat and waited for almost 30 minutes without any service. A table came in after us and were helped AND served before we were even spoken to. Nobody ever said a word to us and continued to walk past us the entire time. Will definitely not be back.

There are always website issues so, I always have to call in our order. When I called today the girl that answered was rude and clearly, by her slurred speech, she is drinking while working. She asked if it mattered that it would be an hour and a half before my order was ready. I said that would be perfect. She placed me on hold for 35 minutes when I finally hung up. I will gladly, spend my money elsewhere. I Loved their wings but,the service is always horrible. Ive spent thousands of dollars on wings there because, I have a big family. They will not see another penny from me.

Here I am again having to say the service at Wing Daddys has fallen out the bottom of the wing basket After I had experienced before the owner had gotten with me and the service went waaay back up. I was flat out told they cant even do a thing they have done since we started eating here. Even after the person who took the order confirmed with me that she got the order as I gave it. The food delivered was not what I ordered and not something I could just go ahead and eat. The cook in the back did get it fixed and brought out exactly what I ordered.

We came here for dinner two nights in a week and both servers (Monica and Niya) and the manager Manny were so kind and amazing. The food is delicious and for the amount of food you get and the quality, the price is not bad! The place is really clean as well. I would definitely recommend this location.

If I could give them a zero, I would. The place is disgusting. The person handling the food in the kitchen was not wearing gloves. When I brought this to the attention of the guy that appeared to be the manager, he went back there and then closed the kitchen door so that customers could not see. Once the door was propped open again by another staff member, this same guy is handling the lettuce with no gloves. The waitress was extremely slow and not very attentive and the place wasnt even full. My husband ordered a beer and the glass had lipstick on it. The waitress had a very lackadaisical attitude. She brought my familys food out and said mine was coming out shortly. Needless to say, I had to ask her about ten minutes later for my food. The food was not very warm and not appetizing at all. Never again! Save your money or go find fast food if this place is your only option.

Horrible customer service!!! We ordered through door dash Got Half of our due to the staff at wing daddy s Plano Not putting it in correctly! I then called to address the issue only to be told by the Manager they would address the issue and then call us back! After 21 minutes we still heard nothing back so we then contacted them back and still got the run around! Manger is completely unprofessional and did nothing to make Our order/experience fulfilled.

I ddnt pictures I was hungry from the long wait. First the black bartender was not friendly to be working in customer service. The menu said that I could order different amount yet the bartender said only 10 and 20. I think I wanted the 15 which was like $17 on the menu or something, so I got the 20 piece which was $27.... Fries arent included - neither is ranch... $.75 each I got Lemon Pepper and Hot, the name was Tangasaurus (something like that) and the bartender raved about how good the Bacon flavored wings (Hot Honey base with crumbled bacon and ranch). The wings were just dropped in the grease NO SEASONS. The flavors were ok... I added some sauce at home because both were lack luster in flavor. I got the appetizer... Sleezeballs. Their form of stuffed tator tots stuffed with cheese and bacon. They were cold and disgusting. The cheese wasnt melted, no salt and barely bacon. I came for the bacon dessert but they were sold out. I spent $45 would not recommend to anyone.

I understand an order can be messed up, but when it happens twice and you say you dont care for an item... youbhave to be professional as a manager. David did not talk to once when my order was messed up. Clearly showing he has no care of where he works or who works for him. Blue cheese didnt care for, beacurs it is made poorly and taste like a base with no BLUE CHEESE.

We dined in you establishment in Plano, Texas this afternoon and as my partner was eating they found long white hair in food. We brought it up to the waitress and with no apology offered she said well since none of us had white hair what would you like us to do I mean I can get a manager ? At this point we did ask for manger whom which walked to the table no greeting and stated what is that we needed, we proceeded to explain the issue and he begin to explain to us no one had white hair here either. Insinuating that we may have have put it there. As this shouldn t have been a back in forth because we are a paying customer as everyone one else is! Management stated he could remove it off the meal but that s it and walked off with out an conflict resolution. We have frequented this establishment several times and was very disappointed in these actions taken today.

I think I was served the pigeon wings, not chicken wings. Smallest wings I have ever seen, no question. The flavor was just strange, don t recall what I ordered, but it was hot with some kind of dry rub on top. However they do have plenty of options. My onion rings were decent and they were plentiful. Servers were very friendly and fast. Prices we very reasonable as well.

As soon as we saw the menu we had to try this place, everything looked so good. We had riblets and boneless wings, and both were as incredible as we had hoped they would be! The service was just as good as the food. Our server was pleasant but not overly nice, which I appreciate. They have big flat screen UHD tvs all around so theres a great viewing angle no matter where you sit to catch whichever game is on. Even on a slow sports day you want to be able to check out the lesser known extreme sports, as well as the reruns and bloopers shows that ESPN plays on a constant loop.

Definitely never returning! 2nd to this location (1st was at the beginning of Covid). Honestly tried to give it a second try as most local restaurants struggled with staffing during Covid. Today during a mildly busy time frame, I waited 10 mins to get service for a drink/food. It was another 10-15 mins after ordering my drink arrived. I literally stared at my drink waiting at the bar for pick up for minutes. The bartender attends to the bar well before anyone seated in the general area. I really had high hopes for this place as its route home from work. Unfortunately, its a bust due to service!

There food is good but there customer service needs A LOT of work. They won t take an order on the phone unless you pay . I pay cash so I have to wait for the order. (What s the purpose of the call in) . And I have eaten there a couple of times and the waitresses act confuse about who is in what area. I am in the neighborhood so I am looking for convenience and trying to patronize the establishment but I tell you they make it hate for the people. And I can see if I ordered and never picked it up that not the case they are just a little lazy if you ask me . Who turns away cash. I talked to Mary at the bar.

I go in to place a to go order at the bar. I stood there for a good 10 minutes and watched the female bartender Viridiana take drink orders, refills and then start to clean up behind the bar. She did everything, but acknowledge me standing at the end of the bar. She didn t even have the decency to at least speak. So, I got tired of waiting and politely said Excuse me twice . She rudely said that she would be with me shortly. When she finally came over, she didn t act like she really cared to help me. It felt more like I inconvenience her. After placing my order I waited 30 minutes for a 10 piece smoked lemon pepper wings. When I got the food it smelt like it was just cooked. But, when I got home, the wings look like they had been sitting out all day. Old and dried out. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the food and the service. So, DISAPPOINTED, that instead of going back, I opted to do a Google review. I will not be going back to that restaurant again.
