I would often order the Ceasar salad from here, and it was great. Its not consistent, but its worth it. However, the test of the food Ive had has been a rip-off. Every time Ive ordered any type of sandwhich, I get maybe 2 slices of meat. It is not like the pictures they advertise. Its basically bread with barely anything else. The staff havent been amazing, but havent been awful either. Overall, Id recommend the Ceasar salad and nothing else.

Super clean and super fast . Employees are friendly and seem to care about their jobs. Every time Im in there, they have someone cleaning . Their deluxe seems to be more of a regular compared to other Schlotzskys. Parking: Open parking in front and to the side of the building.

This location has the nicest staff! They are always friendly and personable. Tonight, my drive-thru server was a young man in high school who was very kind. He asked about my day and seemed to enjoy his job. Keep up the good work! Its refreshing to see friendly staff.

Updating my review. The salad (specifically the Chicken Avocado Cobb) is the best fast-food type salad I have found. Its huge, they put a lot of ingredients on top, and everything seems really fresh. Quick friendly service. If you are interested at all in gluten free options, their sandwich bread is really good but I recommend having them toast it an extra time.

Terrible location. I love Schlotzskys but this location sucks. Rude employees and the quality it lacking to say the least. They also substituted off brand chips, I paid a premium a for Schlotzskys chips and you gave be a terrible substitute. Never going back to this location and you should stay away too.

Well first these kids need to listen to whats ordered and learn to make the sandwiches correctly An Albuquerque Turkey is made with jalapeno bread and if thats not available let the customer know its unavailable especially when someone asks for it. Next no Cinnabon rolls Seriously this is a staple to your business. And to not have any because the prev shift didnt make any. Wow A DM needs to take a really good look at this crew. We stopped for lunch today. We weren t super impressed when leaving. Ordering was really awkward. It felt like the employee didn t know the menu themselves so when we asked questions it just kind of got laughed off. I order broccoli and cheese soup for myself. On the menu board it says that it includes breadsticks or crackers and I specified breadsticks when ordering. When they delivered the soup I asked about the breadstick because they weren t there and the employee said they didn t know. 20 minutes later, I just ate the soup and moved along when the employee came back and asked if I still wanted the breadsticks. I just told them no because there was no point now in worrying about it after the soup was gone. Food that I did receive was just okay. Service is definitely not top tier.

If 0 stars were possible to rate this place I would. Our first time visiting this location. We walked inside and went up to the counter to order. There were no other customers in the building. An employee saw us when we walked in and didnt say anything. We proceeded to stand at the counter for a few minutes and all the employees simply ignored us and continued what they were doing. We then proceeded to sit on the bench by the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge us - never happened. Finally got up to walk out - a few employees made eye contact with us but still did not say anything. Dont expect them to be in business for too long with this kind of behavior. We wont be going back

My hubby and I thought we would stop by Schlotzsky s for dinner, and thought it would be a nice change (or so we thought). The food was horrible, it was not fresh! We will-not be returning. I had a French Dip & Pizza ( offer of two half helpings), hubby had a sandwich, we were so disappointed, the sandwiches had no taste and the Dipping Sauce was awful! We were very unhappy. We ordered, and waited, and waited for 30 minutes while 3 other customers behind us got their meals, go up to the front, tell them its been 30 minutes since we ordered, showed them the receipt, they turn around grab a bag that is tied up and hand it to me. No Im sorry for the wait or the screw up. Receipt shows to go scratched out. They just let the food sit there, did not call out our name. I should have made them remake the sandwiches, because they were mediocre at best.

We love this place! The store is always clean and blasting with cold AC which is nice in this Texas heat. The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond. My son loves there flat bread pizza and the anything off their menu is delicious. Sad they got rid of the margherita flatbread but the California Chicken Avacado was a delicious replacement. Glad to have them in Wylie and 10/10 would recommend!

This is the second time that I have ordered the turkey BACON sandwich and they put bits of bacon. If you are paying 8 plus dollars for a sandwich you should get what you pay for. They dont give full strips of bacon only half at best .The manager Nancy who was nice says that there should be 5 half bacon on a medium sandwich. Sorry no way. I was told that is what corporate wants it.

This is my first time at this location.. I was hesitant to try this newer location and my reasons were apparent in the food I received.. I get home and open the box.. Meats not fully cooked and the pizza itself doesn t look like where I normally go.. I m not going to bash this place as it s my first go at it .. I did take a picture of the food and will upload and you tell me if that s acceptable.. I did try to eat it but I now have to put it in MY oven.
