Gotta give another shout out to Shane I use him back in 2022-2023 few years ago and he definitely did the job repair my credit what I like about Shane as a previous customer when I have a question about my credit. I will call him and he will take the time to explain to me info that will help me not like other businesses they wouldn t never gave me free information before I start working with Shane he would give me free information if I needed a quick question. He still takes the time to answer any questions I have I referred family and friends to Shane he s definitely a Good Solid Business Credit Repair Give Him A Call Please You Won t Regret It ..

Fantastic customer service. Accomplished my financial goals by repairing my credit. Offered a free consultation and took about 4 months of Shanes hard work. My scores were brought up from the low 500s to low 700s. Shane is very detailed in his work. Highly recommended to get errors and collections removed. Great guy, and works hard for his clients.

I prefer google comes up with negative stars sometimes soon which will help in my case :: My experience with this company was disappointing and, in my opinion, a waste of money. Despite charging a substantial fee of $1000, the service provided was minimal. The primary action taken was the sending of challenge emails on behalf of clients, with little else in terms of value or results. Shanee, the point of contact, consistently offered excuses whenever I requested additional assistance or information. The lack of transparency and genuine effort to address concerns was evident throughout my engagement with them. I strongly caution against choosing this company, as my experience suggests they prioritize financial gain over delivering a comprehensive and effective service. Save your money and seek alternatives that offer genuine value and commitment to client satisfaction.

Started doing business with Rock credit almost 2 months paid 2 months IQ fees and $550 and I couldnt contact them reason temporary closed someone need to answer the phones call I will not loss my money that way

I called Rock Credit Repair on July 10th. Spoke with Shane and from our conversation, felt really good about working with him. He said he needed to send me a link to get started, so he could pull my report. It would charge me a 7day trial fee of $1.00 and after the trial, $20.00 but that we could cancel after he pulled my report. Once he pulled it, we would have our free consultation. Never received the link and needed to call back to have him resend. Received the email/link immediately after I called, filled it out and sent back the info he requested on July 11th. Never heard back. Sent a follow up email on July 13th and July 19th, called and left a voicemail on July 21. NEVER heard back. I was charged the additional $20.00 for not cancelling before the 7 days was up, but I guess that is my fault for being a fool. I 100% do not recommend this company or Shane. Which is sad because he really puts himself out there as a guy that gets things done, and that is exactly what I was looking for. If he wasnt interested in helping me, he could have at least reached out to tell me no thanks. I can respect that.

If you re thinking about signing up, just do it! Shane and his team are a God send! What they were able to do for me and my husband s credit was beyond what we had even thought was possible. Our credit was so low that we knew there was no way we would qualify for a home loan and here we are one year later about to close on our first home! This was the first step we took that ended up changing our whole life. We are so grateful for Rock Credit Repair!

ROCK CREDIT REPAIR IS AMAZING! They Helped me on my credit drastically. From lower 400s to now 700s i would reccomend them 100%. Not only kind and amazing people but very very professional people.Anytime i needed advice or a question they were quick to respond. When I tell you I was very skeptical, scared, and unsure. I highly recommend this company to anyone. I was in the low 450s and within months I started seeing rapid points. I started in june and now is september Im in the 600s . Short amount of time I tell you. They are rocket fast at results and getting the job done. Im glad I placed my money somewhere that got me results instead of wasting time and money with other companies such as lexington law. I am on my way to searching for that mortgage I always wanted but even better I dont have too rush because,I have options . I have been with Rock Credit Repair for a little over a year and I Highly Recommend their services! Coming from a very low credit score in the high 400 s to being in the high 700 s. After spending 6 months with a different credit repair company, I found Rock Credit Repair lovally. Decided to give them a shot. I thought I was stuck for the next few years. My wife and I are also buying a new house at the end of the year so figured let s give it a shot. Shane and his team 100% cleared up my credit. I went from a 620 to a 780+ on all 28 scoring bureaus. If you re considering a credit repair company this is the place to go. Always responsive. Can always get ahold of them. Just use them.

I started with Shane in Nov 2020, about 3 months ago. It was around $150 to start and then $89 Monthly w/ no commitment. My FICO Score was initially 534. Today, it is 631. I had 2 private student loans valued at around $12,000 which were in collections. I planned on paying at least 50% of that in case I had to settle with them but Shane sent out 2 letters to the Collections Agency and they DELETED both off of my report. This was HUGE. Please keep in mind repairing your credit is not magic. While Shane was working on his end, I was also doing my part. I got a secured credit card from Capital One which boosted my score right way. I ONLY use the card for up to 6% of credit limit as it is a TOOL to build credit and that is its only purpose. Then I got a copy of my report and settled all the minor credit card accounts for 50% of the balance so they would reflect a $0 Balance on my report. All these efforts, along with Shanes work, have improved my score and continue to do so. I highly recommend his service.

I started with Rock Credit Repair back at the beginning of the year and it took them only till November to get my credit higher then it has evee been before. Absolutley astounding. They are easy to communicate with and are quick to respond to you ASAP. The whole process was simple and efficient without being overly pricey. I was honestly dreading the start of this particular journey because I jad no idea what to expect but its easily one of the best decisions Ive ever made and now I qualify for practically any kind of loan. No ones gonna deny my score. Ecstatic isnt descriptive enough to describe how I feel about everything now but Im thrilled its over and with zero complications or road humps along the way. The best around. I had some work to do to get qualified for a home, Shane personally met with my lenders and worked closely with them and I was approved. That lender now has Shane working with his other clients. I am still working with Shane and he stays on top of my reports as well as keeping me in the loop. He cares and he will help you if you re willing to help yourself. I highly recommend him.

I couldn t have been more than blessed to find Shane at Rock Credit Repair. We were finally ready to get a house but there was no way with our credit and everything on it at least I didn t think so. The experience has been professional and consistent with success in regards to my credit score improvement. So I kind of had way too much fun and I was in over my head with credit card debt. I didnt know who to contact. A lot of the debt counseling services were out of business in Austin. But with luck (and Google) I found Rock Credit Repair. I didnt know if they were legit or not but after dealing with them, they are legit. I should stop saying they because basically it is a one man operation. Shane is very professional and very efficient in helping you. He helped me cut down my interest rate and so I wouldnt have to pay a high minimum payment. If you dont believe me, give him a call and see what he can do for you.
