Without any doubt the worst Chilis location. Overpriced, undercooked/raw proteins, and they definitely reduce their portions on delivery. A creamy beef patty on a burger should be an immediate alert to any cook that the patty isnt cooked, however this location is consistently bad (tried several times, but yesterday will be our last).

A very rarely ever give a five-star review but this place deserves it. I ordered the three for $10.99 deal.... The potato soup as the appetizer was very good and the Smashburger was fantastic..... Restaurant was very clean and the waitress there was very nice and did not keep us waiting. I live about 20 mi from this restaurant and I will be going back as often as I can.

My order was wrong, but I didnt bother calling b/c it was my own fault for trusting everything was there given how nicely packaged my order was. The ribs were not good at all! The dry rub tasted like I was chewing on dust, which didnt help with the dry meat. The street corn was good.

No more free chips and salsa. Food is overpriced. And the water tasted like dirt! The least they could do is give the customers FILTERED WATER. Even sharing a dish it was so expensive. Worst food Ive ever had at Chilis. Ive really never had more than 1 item that was so-so at Chilis before this. Potato soup was a hard mush, cheese was rubbery. The little old garlic bread was tough and cold. The steak was grey and fatty, shrimp was light orange and looked fake, and tasted like nothing. Got nothing but crushed chips, salted to the max. French fries were brown and hard and cold. Chicken strips were dry and cold. Was extremely hard to pay $75 for that food.

My cousin picked this restaurant for a get-together. Our booth was perfect for carrying on conversations, and it had enough room for all six of us after the rather large and detailed menu folders were taken away. The server kept our drinks filled and the food was overall quite tasty. The black bean burger patty was the exception, with a beyond well-done firmness and very little flavor. It was the only menu item that disappointed.

Stopped in for dinner with my family of four, our waiter was attentive and helpful as we ordered. 40 mins later our waiter stopped in to tell us the order never made it to the kitchen, something to do with the order machine. We ordered again and to our suprise our order came out in less than 10 mins. I ordered the smokehouse combo with ribs, sausage, and chicken crispers. I immediately noticed both the ribs and sausage was cold, no exaggerated description, they where cold to the touch as if the cook pulled them out the fridge and forgot to heat them up because of the rush to get them out. After point this out to my waiter I was just ready to go somewhere else, however I let my family finish their meal and the manager thought it was kind of him to not charge me for a meal I never ate and after requesting 2x to speak with a manager, no one ever came and instead gave an additional 20 dollars off a 75 dollar tab. Again none of which I ate. This customer service is extremely lacking and I was disappointed with this location.

I was pleasantly greeted even though it was very close to closing time. My server did everything that he could to make my visit as well as it could be. I was a bit disappointed with my order because the chicken nachos were prepared differently than I remember them from before or at other restaurants. Lets start with the atmosphere, they had it so cold in there some people even had a blanket with them. The service? Our waitress (Rachel) took our drink order, then passed us twice before finally returning with our sodas. Food: My food came out wrong. I have a dairy allergy, so obviously no cheese or butter on my burger. It came out with no bun, and thankfully no cheese! All in all, this is by far the worst chilis Ive been to.

Food was good only issue we had was that whomever refilled the ketchup bottles accidentally put BBQ sauce in the one we got instead of ketchup they brought out a new bottle and it was good. But watch your bill our waiter made a mistake on our bill and accidentally put the table next to us on our tab too it would have been a $75+ error if I not been paying attention we paid out with cash just to prevent a problem in case the other table didn t pay their bill I didn t want to get slammed with their meal.

We knew we were in trouble when table next to us warned us about incompetent waiter. Well we ordered and gave for a party of 3. Only 2 of us received food and after a bit we asked the waiter, and he said, oh, the order got canceled. Let me put it back in. Since my wife ate her salad and munched on bottomless chips/salsa, she gave her burger to my son, and we canceled his order. Then waiter had charged my son because he ate some of the chips. His charge was 80% of what his full order would have been. The waiter knew nothing about customer service. Had to get manager involved.

I came here to the bar to get something to eat, and this woman looked at me as if she was lost, then headed to the back. No one was here for 10 minutes, so I left the place. Visited this restaurant yesterday day with my sister . Let s first start off with the fact that the receptionists did not even walk us to our booth . Then upon being seated it took a minute but or waiter was at least nice and was very patient with us and not knowing what to order so that s appreciated! I regret not being able to get her name . Now as far as the rest of our lunch it was not pleasant at all . I would recommend that the manager there have a talk with all staff but most importantly the bartender by the name Kristina to my knowledge. About talking about political and racial things . I was not only shocked but disgusted about the conversation going on at the bar between her and two of the customers sitting at the bar. Going on about why Juneteenth should not be a national holiday and then some conversations about African Americans . It s disgusting that the conversation happened in the first place but even more that your workers are fine with openly talking about such things . This made me feel both uncomfortable and made me lose any type of appetite I may have had . I did shoot a glance over to the bartender and only then did she lower her voice to speak to the woman at the bar . I don t care what your workers personal beliefs are but, if I am a paying customer just like anyone else I would expect the same comfort and piece of mind like anyone else in the restaurant. Sadly that is not what I had instead I was offend and very uncomfortable. I will definitely not be coming back . Especially because it seems this is what your establishment seems to encourage negativity and racism . So iam sure you will be more than happy to not have my company . Do better . Other than that service was fine a little slow to get the food out but that s all .

The food was okay I ordered a sirloin steak medium and they cooked it well done it was dry but anyway with street corn loaded mash and broccoli. My spouse ordered the smoke house combo with sausage and ribs and the loaded mash and street corn all was good till the bill came it was $70 it was higher than normal I checked the receipt and they had added tequila shots at $8 a shot. The bathrooms were very unkept. If they do not have a conscious effort to keep them clean I can only imagine that the kitchen and food storage areas are a disaster as well. Our order was not as we asked so instead of the server taking the plate back to the kitchen, they just brought out what was missing. I for one will NOT be coming back to this location.

Food is good, but Im sorry 25 bucks for ribs is to much, almost every item on menu is like way way more. Was going to order food but with delivery charges and everyone wanting tips at every freakin place you goto the food here is simply overpriced.

The young lady who tends the bar in the A.M is awesome. She serves the bar and surrounding tables with no problem. She knew my order second time I was there. She knew my drink and my lunch order no problem. Thank you young lady. (Sorry I dont know her name. :( )
