Ordered three subs to go in store. Pastrami ended up as a roast beef. Steamer was dry and tough. Club was just right. Eight people behind the counter. Two taking orders in a long line in front of the counter. MIGHT have been due to a corporate review in the process. I will never understand why reviewers come unannounced in the middle of peak revenue periods.

We were there at lunchtime. Every single available table was dirty. Literally had to wipe iff a table to sit It took 3 times to get my order correct. I ordered a Tuna Salad Sandwich First try not sure what it was. 2nd attempt they made me a salad . 3rd attempt was correct. They were nice about it and apologized. It was just embarrassing to keep having to go to the counter!

Hi, I am a DoorDash driver and I want to apologize to your staff for being rude.. the fact is it s very frustrating picking up orders from your restaurant. But it s your policies and not necessarily your staffs fault.. When I m doing deliveries I am representing our mutual customer who has paid a premium for the service. They have already ordered and paid for their food. Every minute you make me wait to pick up the order you are also making them wait.. I don t see the logic in forcing the delivery drivers to wait in line behind customers that are just now placing their orders. Many times I arrive at your store at the specified time and I can see the order is ready when I walk in . Only I have had to spend 15 - 20 mins waiting in line to have the one employee who is operating the register hand me the order (that s been sitting out behind the counter the whole time). while there are 4-6 other employees basically standing there.. how does that make any kind of sense? This means that by the time I reach our customer the food has been prepared for at least 30 minutes. This is not good.. Previously I worked as an assistant manger of a restaurant and this should be fixed it serves no one s interest.

Great food. Great service. Great reason to support a business that supports our hardworking firemen! Parking: Busy strip mall, but parking is plentiful even during lunch rush. Its a good idea to call in your orders as seating is limited. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level.Handicapped parking is available. However, the tables are rather close together, so maneuvering inside the restaurant is tricky when it is full.

My girlfriend and I both got Fridays special, the jerked turkey sandwich, and really enjoyed it. The jerk seasoning on the meat was very flavorful and the overall balance of flavors in the sandwich was nice. I got the macaroni and cheese with bacon added and it was creamy and quite tasty. The fancy soda machine was fun to use, and it was the first time my girlfriend had ever gotten a drink they enjoyed from a fast food restaurant. My only complaint from the trip is that when I got the cherry limeade, the only flavor to it was cherry syrup. Im not sure if it was just a fluke and one of the syrups didnt go in, or if its just poorly balanced, but Id be willing to give it a second chance. The restaurant was clean and the decor simple but inviting. The restroom was also clean.

What a great restaurant I eat here every once in awhile. I think they might have a hard time keeping employees because I never said the same employees whenever I go, but that makes it. They do make good sandwiches and the sandwiches are decently pretty good. Theyre steamed very well. I usually get to hook a matter. The hook and ladder is one of the best foods on the menu and the menu is a pretty robust. As long as you know youre like sandwiches. I would assume that you like sandwiches if youre eating at a Firehouse subs. So come on in a firehouse subs and get yourself a firehouse of a sub cuz they are pretty good. Anyways, I definitely would recommend eating here because it is a great restaurant and restaurants that are great are recommend to worthy so I have recommended you to try this restaurant.

First you are greeted and doesnt sound really forced, the food quality is excellent, cleanliness is on point. Compared to subway you will pay about a dollar more for certain Subs but in this case you get what you pay for. The employees working at this location were absolutely wonderful. When I walked in, I was greeted with an enthusiastic welcome to Firehouse! from the entire crew, and I felt like they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making my experience a good one. The whole staff was awesome, but in particular, one of the managers, Michaela, and two of the employees, Hope and Tara, kindly went out of their way to help me find something awesome to eat. Im Jewish and I follow a kosher diet, so I cant have pork or shellfish and I cant eat dairy and meat at the same time. Some restaurants get frustrated with all of the questions that I have to ask before I can eat, but the fantastic staff at this Firehouse location were endlessly patient with me. They put their heads together to come up with different options for me, and I cant express how thankful I am for that! They made sure that though my sub would inevitably need to be altered to make it kosher-friendly I still had plenty of delicious, flavorful items to choose from... and what I ended up eating, a steak & cheese sub without the cheese, was out-of-this-world tasty! It really hit the spot. Thank you to the entire crew for making my experience a great one, but additional special thanks to Michaela and Hope! Ill definitely be back the next time Im in the mood for a mouth-watering sandwich!

Worst sandwich ever.... you cannot advertise a steak sandwich and it be a processed meat. First time here and also the last. 22$ for two sandwiches 2 bites later and garbage bin it is.
