Ordered online I order bowl with sour cream and there was none I thought maybe they forgot nope they didnt he pointed it out its there but I cant see it. And yes there was 1/2 teaspoon on the side sometimes I wonder are the employees paying make the food why are they so bad on portions is corporate cutting thier pay if they run out of food. And stop hiring 20 young ppl and hire 5 adults who need the money to survive kids are killing fast food service. And the white guy who made my food change your attitude. And I wish there was another Chipotle near by this place needs to be shut down.

We went in the evening and customer service and cleanliness was terrible! all staff seemed so young. One black female started talking to a cheerleader customer instead of cleaning tables or helping her coworkers and then took it to what seemed to be an office for like 15 minutes. Then the young Asian looking girl was just so terribly nervous and inexperienced at making food. Then the other asian looking girl didnt know how to work the register or count change smh.

My only concern was the cleanliness of the prep line. I know that it was after the lunch rush; however, there seemed to be absolutely NO wipedown of the area. It looked like the Tasmanian devil had just come through the line...Lol...both beans and rice were almost emptied and thrown in each others pans (brown rice mixed in the white rice and vice versa), and the same for the beans. We had to ask for fresh rice because it looked like they were going to try and scrape the bottom of the pan to use the last little bit for our order.

I was craving chipotle and man was I disappointed. I get there and order tacos. They were just meat and cheese so you might as well have called them quesadillas. Well I ask the lady to toast them and she refused to because they weren t quesadillas. Ok whatever I didn t want to make a big deal. I kid you not they took forever to get the line moving. I order a drink because I had seen they had Mr. Pibb. Tell me why it comes out clear. Not only that but their floors were disgusting. Trash everywhere. This location used to have lines to the door that took about 15-20 min to get through. Now that they have a dedicated person for the orders placed ahead, they have improved their wait times. My grandson loves when I pick up food here, so this makes me happy that I dont have to wait forever. Great improvement!

When I arrived the sun was shining, by the time I left it was dark outside... (not even exaggerating) I dont think Ive ever waited so long to be served, it was close to 45 minutes in line. There was 1 person running the counter taking one customer at a time to the register, where another employee would magically appear to ring them up. I wouldve ordered online (even while standing in line), but they dont accept gift card payments online. As I was leaving, the line still stretched to the door. Those poor people, I sure hope their food tastes good...

As always, it was dirty. You can barely see inside the windows are filthy.(You have a corner store, clean up!) The line is out the door, my husband stays in line for his steak bowl, I wanted carnitas, they are out of both.. how? You have one job, feed your customers. Have food for them! He settled for the asada. Overseasoned, dry, hard like a cardboard. I think they were trying to get people to eat that rather than cook fresh food. I will not go back to this location.

I have never walked out of a restaurant before but this Chipotle was incredible. I went in simply to get a burrito or something like it. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes and the person behind the counter ignored me then ignored me for longer and then ignored me some more. Nothing was going on and so he finally said what do you want? I said started pointing out what I wanted on a burrito and hes like putting a teaspoon of anything I pointed to onto this Wrap so I just went all the way and ordered each one of these things getting a little teaspoon of each thing. Everytime I go to this location it s always a problem 1. Y all are in a shopping center of sorts so the traffic is going to be consistent; PREPARE ! 2. I ll cont in just a minute .. Do not go to this place. First, you are going to wait a very long time in line. The workers have zero sense of urgency, just like the DMV. Second, they give you such a small amount of food. One scoop of rice, less than a scoop of meat. Add cheese and theyll give you less than a scoop of that, too. I placed an order online to be delivered. Received the delivery with my name on the outside of the bag. Inside the bag is a much smaller order was with someone else s name. I go into the location myself, stood at the counter, no one acknowledge s me. I just smiled and waited with the bag in hand. Everyone (the workers) just kept walking past me. The service is extra slow and there is no crowd. I attempt to tell the person I received the wrong order and she points down to the opposite side. I go to the opposite side and start to tell the cashier about my order and another person comes up and reaches their hand out. Doesn t say a word. Cashier doesn t say a word either. The other person Stands there with hand out. I politely hand my bag to the person with their hand out and she grabs it, looks at it, then she proceeds to make the order. Once she s done, still no word. Slams the bag in my hand and walks off without a word. A hot mess! Terrible customer service and bad attitudes. Do not go to this location!

Who is in charge of this place? Looks like no one. I went in around 6:30pm and there was a long line but that s pretty normal for the time of day or so I thought. But today I believed the burrito gods were on my side due to only 3 people in front of me. Literally I noticed the line wasn t moving. Came in one hour prior to close. Lights were dim, floors were clean and mopped and chairs were on the tables. Every single order from this place in the last year has been missing items, the quality of the items provided are poor, and the staff is incredibly indifferent about the fact that that the quality of the work they are doing is subpar. Poor attitudes. And Chipotle conveniently changed their website so it s literally impossible to contact anyone in customer service to get a resolution on ANYTHING. I visit this location frequently because of convenience and the fact that I love the veggie bowl.Ive noticed that the employees are mainly teenagers or very young adults who could use a refresher in customer service and work ethics. However, for the past 5+ visits, Ive literally stood in line for 40+ minutes (time is calculated from the time I stand behind the last customer in line to the time I step up to the counter to order).Ive also observed employees announce they are out of something after customers have been waiting in line for a long period of time (resulting in the customer leaving, after waiting a LONG TIME). I really hate having to write negative reviews and call corporate on fast food workers because they already deal with so much, but this place is just sorry. On 3 separate occasions that Ive ordered from here, they have been out of veggies. First time I went and asked if they had more veggies, they called the line for more veggies AFTER it was already empty. So I sat 15 minutes for them. The young dude working there was playing around and not making peoples orders and people were clearly getting bothered. While waiting he said you ready to order? What you waiting on, or have I not made your order yet? I said it would be nice if you could, and he started moving around like he didnt know what to do. Shooting hoops in the trashcan with gloves and paper towels to the point where I said im good & have a nice day. The ladies next to me had to shout to get his attention cause he was too busy playing around to hear me. That was mid day. The 2nd time was earlier this week at 7:05 pm where they once again was out of veggies, but didnt plan to make more. How yall not making new food with 3 hours left and a line behind me. Once again I politely said have a nice day and left. This last time was the one. I did a mobile order so they could take their time making it and I wouldnt have to spend 30+ minutes in line (very consistently). They STILL didnt put veggies on it despite the order being 13 minutes behind pick up time. You literally have the instructions in front of you and you still can complete it? The sad part is the food is good, but they just are terrible at functioning. Go ahead and ask Ms Pepper for a live agent and file a complaint against them. This location needs help. Obviously it s a very busy part of town, so it should be managed better and staffed appropriately to handle the traffic. I don t even know if they have a manager at this location. It was only one person working in front. The presentation of the place is very concerning. I left yesterday because I lost my appetite because of the appearance. Food was everywhere or looked old, not fresh. I asked one of employees if it would be fresh Queso coming out he said not at this time but could grab some from another bar. I just went ahead and left. This not my first experience like this here. I don t believe I will be returning. Someone definitely needs to get this location up and running right.

I waited an hour in line for my food. I entered the restaurant, and the line was average . When it was my time to order, I asked for Carne Asada. I was told it would be 15 minutes. I stated that I would wait. As I stood in line, I looked around the bar and noticed the bar was almost empty. I thought its after 5:30 pm I must have missed the crowd. I step outta line and begin to wait. After about 10 minutes, I enter the growing line again. While waiting, I heard another customer complain that there was little to no food available on the bar. I waited my turn in line again and was told that for a second time, there was no Carne Asada ready it would be 5 more minutes. The team seemed to be not be concerned with my wait and made no effort to complete my request any sooner I begin to wait again but I literally had to stand at the bar and wait until they prepared the Carne Asada. I ended up waiting at least another 15 minutes. I am extremely disappointed, and I didnt feel valued. I can truly say I didnt enjoy my experience here. In total I spend an hour waiting for my food.

I stood in line for 25 minutes with 4 people ahead of me. Employee just walking around looking mad it seems that no one wanted to be here to work , or just mad they had to work. Food canisters was empty so not much of an option to choose from. This is my last time coming here. I don t even think they have a manager on duty just young children here. Ive been to this location twice now around 1:45 pm on a Friday each time there has been less than 5 people in front of me and it has taken OVER 40 mins to order and go which is ridiculous. The employees walk around AS IF you have nothing more to do than spend time in a slowww line! Chick-fil-A is directly across the street and the line had minimal 10 cars in line and I was in line far longer than the line at Chick-fil-A...much longer at lame Chipotle!! I am rating 1 star. Myself and 4 other patrons arrived at 9:41pm with the intent of ordering dinner. We were told that what we see is all they HAVE TO SERVE. I told the attendant that surely that could not be possible, but that it was the fact that they did want to open fresh inventory for 15 additional minutes of business, which was very disappointing. If Chipotle has concerns with wasting 2 pints of a food item each night, then whomever gave that direction is an idiot, the financial gain would have been a better decision. Burrito was just OK. The chips tasted terrible. Tasted burned and stale. I ordered food online but when I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make it then had to wait longer for them to remake it because the order was wrong. We arrived at Chipotle at 930p to find out that rice and steak was out. After telling the first few people in line that was out, the rest of us was left wondering what was going on. All the while the restaurant was being cleaned, the grill was being cleaned, and the area around the food was being wiped around while there was still food in the containers. When I asked what was going on, I was told that they were out of rice and the rice was being prepared and would be ready in 10 minutes. Steak was also being prepared on the grill and would be a while. I was really disappointed with the functioning of the restaurant with more than 30 minutes left before closing. If you are advertising to be open til 10 then food needs to be prepared and ready for the customers that come in to spend our money.
