I highly recommend Assured Roofing! AJ is super knowledgeable and great to work with. He kept us in contestant communication as he did all the leg work with our insurance. Our roof turned out incredible. I like that they dont use poor quality shingles that other roofers use in town. We could not be more happy!

A five star experience with Assured Roofing & Construction.We had our roof and exterior repairs, i.e., fence, pergola, gutters, shutters, etc. done by qualified craftsmen. A.J. Our experience with Assured Roofing was phenomenal! Jesse helped us and explained the full process very thoroughly when having to replace our roof and other parts due to all of our hail and wind damage. The process was made very easy and we got everything done in about a month (our insurance took the longest but Jesse and his team helped us communicate with them). So very grateful and highly recommend! I absolutely love our new roof!

Assured Roofing & Construction is a stellar company. AJ, the owner, is very professional. He listened to our requests and answered all of our phone calls. He was very attentive to our needs and was there every step of the way! The roofing crew at Assured Roofing & Construction is a testament to hard work. They did a fantastic job replacing boards and building low spots on our flat roof. Their dedicated efforts also made the standing seam metal roofing on the sides of the mansard overhang look excellent. The construction crew was very meticulous when installing our soffit vents. They measured between every vent, ensuring even spacing and a straight line. Our homes curb appeal was stuck in the 1970s. Thanks to Assured Roofing & Construction, its curb appeal has completely transformed, making it more modern and appealing.

I highly recommend Assured Roofing and Construction. It just so happened they came to my house and asked if they could access our roof. They said it was totaled. From that point on, they took over and handled everything including dealing with the insurance company. We were denied twice by the insurance company but they kept on them and got them to replace our roof. It was very nice to have someone come in and deal with the insurance company.

I recently had my roof replaced by Assured Roofing. I was affected by the downburst in Wichita Falls in August of 2023. With Assured s experience and knowledge of storm damage, they empowered me to be able to stand up to my insurance company and get the coverage I deserved! My insurance claim doubled In size because of the things they knew to look for. They are experts in their knowledge of construction and storm restoration. It truly was the absolute best experience I could have asked for! AJ and his team did an outstanding job on the repair and construction of my roof. They were punctual, easy to talk to, professional, affordable, and my roof looks perfect. They even showed me pictures so I could see the damage and all that went into the process. Assured Roofing & Construction took care of a full Roof replacement, on one of our Wichita Falls properties. They were very professional, starting with the paperwork, planning, designing and documentation. The date we agreed, they were there, with all the needed equipment and personnel. While the job was done they made sure everything was documented, taking pictures and video, operating a drone. They gave us real-time recommendations along the way, so as to provide the best available, on-the-spot solution. The result is a brand new, sturdy, and well designed Roof. AJ was great to walk me through the process that would take place ahead of time. At anytime that he told me he would be there, he always was. For once I felt I was a wanted customer instead of hoping someone would show up. The actual work was done in a very timely fashion and clean up was fantastic. With a recent storm event that included hail in my area, I needed to get my roof inspected. I had Assured Roofing and Construction come perform an inspection. AJ arrived at the time he said he would and performed a thorough inspection inspecting the total roof and vents. After his inspection he informed me that my roof was in good shape and did not need a replacement. He then spent time informing me his process on how he works alongside your insurance company and handles the process from cradle to grave. The honesty of the inspection was much appreciated.

I wanna give a big shout out to A.J. Garcia the owner of Assured Construction. After my insurance company basically denied my claim from hail damage to our roof I called Aj. Not only did he get my roof bought but also garage doors, fence, gutters and lastly new widows. Not to mention I had a class 3 roof and they paid for a class 4. Huge upgrade and lowered my premium. My claim went from $1984.00 to over 33k with absolutely nothing out of my pocket! I typically dont post things on here like this but they did a great job and made the insurance company pay. I highly recommend anybody whos had a low claim from an adjuster to call him.

Most houses on my block house had roofs replaced during the last five years. My view of my roof seemed really good. Mr. AJ Garcia contacted me and asked me to discuss the condition of my roof with him. He stated they were doing the roof of the house close to mine when he noticed the condition of my roof. He asked me if I could see how shiny my roof was. I looked at it like the sun was hitting it, a shiny roof. He stated that most of my material was not there anymore, mainly base fiberglass. I asked him to inspect the roof, and he briefed me on what he found. I filed a claim with the insurance company the same day and could not answer all the technical questions they asked. AJ Garcia answered all their questions and provided them with all the requested information. The insurance approved the claim and assured that the roofing construction crew did a top-notch professional job, with a knowledgeable and excellent cleanup. I was so pleased with their craft and got them to install seamless gutters and downspouts all around my house. I highly recommend its assured roofing and construction; AJ Garcia, construction manager, was a total professional, keeping me informed about the building as it progressed.
