Obviously this store has countless, amazing options at all price points! Which is amazing and overwhelming all at the same time. Logan was a such a god-send! (I m not religious, but I don t know how else to describe how he changed my experience ) He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! I went from stressed to confident about my choices. He offered insights when I asked, and I walked away feeling more educated. Cannot thank him enough!!

This review does not necessarily reflect my opinion of the whole store, but simply one specific person who helped me today. I was searching for replacement engineered hardwood today, and I had a piece with me to match up. There were at least six people at a desk nearby, but nobody offered to help. I wandered through the aisles, and a young man named Cooper respectfully asked, Is there anything I can help you with? He helped me find the closest color match, and he also made sure I had the underlayment in the right amount. He stood by and waited until I checked out and then carefully placed them in my car. Thanks so much to Cooper, who was exceptionally helpful!!

We worked with Mina from Floor n Decor on two rooms for design and he was wonderful helping us with all the products we needed for the job and even what colors to use to go along with the room paint. The store has a great selection of many different products and offer a free design service with appointment. Mina, designer, is outstanding. He focuses on listening to the customer s ideas and asks questions so he understands the customer s desires before he starts the design process. Once started, he has a great knowledge of products and styles/colors. I am very pleased with the products we selected and quite confident they will be great once installed in my house. Manager went against their return policy, which states, If you are not completely satisfied with your store or online purchase, simply return the merchandise to any Floor & Decor® within 90 days of purchase with a valid sales receipt, and we will refund your purchase. I purchased flooring from the Denton store and they initially they said I had to return it there. Then they decided they weren t going to return the flooring because over the past 2 1/2 weeks it had become discontinued. The manager then told me that I should sell it on Facebook marketplace.

We went to Floor & Decor in NRH today to pick out new tiles for our bathroom, and Fiona helped us. We originally picked a larger hexagon tile for the floor, but Fiona suggested a smaller tile and showed us the title matching the one we originally picked. The store has so many options, so you will find exactly what you are looking for at really great prices. To be honest, I thought the process was going to be difficult but Fiona was super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products. They have a great range of flooring at good prices. Their rep Deionte was extremely helpful. We had to return a palate of flooring after we were unsatisfied with how it looked and Deionte took us through the entire process seamlessly. He helped us select new floors, got delivery and pick up of the returning items without any hassle, all by the next day! He was extremely helpful over the phone and made sure our refund was processed without any hassle. Highly recommend working with him if anyone decides to go here.

The customer service is poor at the North Richland Hills location. I have been to that location several times and I would see several employees with the red vest on but no one ever greets, ask if assistance is needed or anything. Went to the store this morning to get some additional tile but some of the tile was bundled and I wasn t able to get all that I needed. I went to cashier and asked for help and she acted as if I was a bother. (2 cashiers at the time, no one in line) She called for assistance over radio and the guy said he was with a customer. Her response to me was I don t know how long it will be but it s going to be a while. I asked her if she had a razor so I can cut the bundle and grabs boxes she said no and walked away. Wow it s a horrible way to treat someone that is spending their money. I ended up getting one of the razors from the display shelves and cutting the bundle open myself. The cashier didn t even ask if I needed assistance loading the 14 boxes of tile. Since this is the same treatment I ve gotten on more than one occasion I ll just stick to Home Depot, Lowe s & online purchasing because I m not sure which location exhibits the type of service shown on the commercials but it is definitely not this location.

I made my first trip recently for a bathroom update and was assisted by such a kind young man, Jaylen. He was so helpful even accompanying me and pushing my cart while offering suggestions and valuable design insight. Jessica in the design shop kindly picked out the perfect floor tile to coordinate with my shower tile choice. Mina Botrous and Iris were amazing in helping us make our tile selection for our master bathroom remodel! When we walked in, narrowing down our options seemed impossible. Mina read us well and narrowed the choices down and after a couple of weeks to allow us time to solidify our choices, we met again, and again he helped us to finalize our purchase. When I walked in to match backsplash with countertop I was overwhelmed of all the choices. I was fortunate enough to have Rachil (Designer/Countertop Specialist) come to my rescue. She listened to what I had in mind and with so much patience showed me several options to go with. She helped me get all the materials that was needed. My countertop and backsplash are now completed and look beautiful! Can t Thank You enough Rachil Hanna! If I could give you 10 stars I would!

When I walked into the store I thought I had an idea of what I wanted however once I started looking at all the different flooring I realized I was wrong. However if it weren t for Jessie my experience would have been a very upsetting and frustrating one. Not only did she stop what she was doing to help me but she took the time to talk to me and get to know me to see what options I would like. We spend about 4 hours talking over different options and designs until I finally found one that I fell in love with. From the type of tile to the color and style I wanted she was very patient in helping me decide and discover what I really wanted and not just settling for what was easier. I returned again after my purchase and she helped me again and even called to double check how everything was going. I would definitely recommend approaching her for your questions because she is very knowledgeable in many areas and is a great help!!

Don t even think about buying your tile from anywhere else. Floor & Decor has the best selection - if they don t have it, it probably doesn t exist. I found their staff very helpful and was given personal service during my tile purchase. I will definitely buy tile from them again.

Back in April of 2021 I bought vinyl plank From these people. The product was fine. However they assigned me a subcontractor Installation made Easy , which sent out another subcontractor JC Tile. They sent out a girl and a guy (no older Than 20 yrs old). Long story short, these kids did not level the concrete or put a leveler down. ( I ended up returning the bags of leveler) . Over time the floor cracked and was uneven to walk on. I was dealing with Jose with JC Tile. He came to my house and definitely agreed there was something wrong with the flooring. He told me the labor was out of warranty but they would work something out. In the meantime I bought tile from Floors Depot and when they removed the vinyl, that s when they discovered there was no leveler. This first job cost me over $5,000. Material and installation. I will never recommend either Floor & Decor OR JC Tile.

I shopped my floor here and good customer service. Andrew was the person started to help me look for what I need. He was on his way out for his break, but he saw me look for something, and he stopped by and helped me. He made sure I was taken care before he took off for break. Omer was very patient to help me pick up LVP and tried to find close color for stairs. He helped me over an hour, and being patient all the time, and gave suggestions to what I need for flooring. Overall, it was a nice purchasing experience with this store here, and Omer was very friendly and patient.

We placed an order two weeks ago for some tile to be installed for our bathroom. When we went to pick it up it was not the color that we chose. It was supposed to be white and we ended up with a tan What we bought was breeze III blanco what we got breeze II tan claiming it was the lighting for the slight difference No apologies no intent to make it right insisting we were colorblind. The last time we will be coming here and we have our installer coming tomorrow.

From start to finish Mina was with us every step of the way. We walked in not knowing what to do or where to start but now our bathroom remodel project is complete. Me and my mom have different taste and often didn t agree on things but Mina helped us find and pick out things that satisfied both of us. The internet showed that the Richland Hills store had a quantity of 6 Schluters that were 10 ft long, 1/2 wide, and black. Realizing that often the store inventory does not match what is on the internet, I tried calling the store three or four times to verify they were available the day before, but no one answered. Since it was raining hard, I decided to go to the store the following day. Since the quantity showed 6, and I only needed 2, I figured rather than calling again, Id take a chance and drive to the store from Burleson. However, much to my dismay, I looked through all the stock on the floor, and there were none. Frustrated, I flagged down an associate named OMER, and explained my situation. He apologized that no one had answered when I had phoned the day before. He knew right where the specific product should have been, and verified that none were on the floor. However, rather than stopping at that point, he said let me check in back to see if I might find some there. I said do you think theres a chance? He said yes, I do, lets think positive. He came back out with a big smile on his face and said I found one. I realized I had forgotten to tell him that I actually needed two. He then said let me go back and see if I can find another one. Again, I said do you think there may be more? He said, well, we already thought positive and found this one... so lets think positive again. He came back out with 6. He was very pleasant, understood my frustration, was very positive, and didnt just stop when there werent any on the floor. I didnt have to ask him to check in the back, he just did it. Jessie Shaw helped us design our kitchen and we couldn t be more excited to see it completed. We chose a porcelain xl slab for our countertops which are amazing! Jessie took time to walk us through every aspect and gave us lots of room to explore various options. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price! I had the most amazing experience with a gentleman by the name of Omer at the Rufesnow and 820 location. I know absolutely nothing about flooring and he very knowledgeable, helpful and really friendly. He took his time to discuss what exactly I needed and the amount of material I would need.
