I always get my son to pick up my food on his way home. He said the place looked ok. The food there is spot on. Great food from the dishes Ive tried so far. Drunken noodles will be my next order. So far, Ive tried several, but the Basil Fried Rice and Tom Yum are my favorites so far. Eventually, Ill get through the whole menu. One note, if you have a mild spice tolerance youll be fine. They dont automatically make it Thai hot.

The food is delicious - this may be the best restaurant for food in Victoria. Weve done dine-in and takeout. The atmosphere for the restaurant is nice, clean, bright, and I would say a bit family oriented. I really wish they had another room that was more intimate and had a bar for date nights.

Best Thai I have had in a long time. Choose your spice level wisely. They will go above Thai hot. I chose Thai Hot +5, but be warned... they mean it. It was perfect. Very spicy. And plenty left over for seconds. Thank you.

They have the absolute best boba tea there! So many flavor choices and they make it blended with ice so its very frothy and cold and delicious! Friendly staff! Ive only had the shrimp fried rice as far as their food goes, which was also really good! This is my fave place for the boba though.. try the honeydew with yogurt pearls in it!

The food is good i actually love the place however, I did notice one thing that I can t seem to shake off. While waiting for my order i witnessed a kitchen staff member head to the restroom wearing the gloves they use in the kitchen. didn t think much of it until she came out of the restroom with gloves again and headed back into the kitchen I would lie if I said I wasn t grossed out by this.

Ive eaten here twice now and am looking forward to visiting again. The food is delicious, paired with a cozy atmosphere and great servers. Fried spring rolls are the bomb. The dipping sauce has the perfect kick. Pad Thai was tasty, but I think my favorite is the Vegetable Panang curry. Cant go wrong with the Tom Kha either!

We had lunch on a Sunday. Amber, the server, was extremely polite and attentive, visiting our party several times, but not intrusively. She helped us pick a delightful curry dish, carefully explaining the levels of Thai heat that were available. Our meal was wonderful and spiced exacted as described. Before our meal was done, the chef came for a quick and pleasant chat about our meal. Overall, a very good dining experience, which we have passed on to several of our friends because of the memories of that meal.

A hidden gem in Victoria, Texas. Quite possibly the best Tom Kha soup I ve ever had. The spring rolls were fresh and the mint added the perfect flavor. I went with my cousin, NOT a good experience by far. Three parties were seated and and served their food before us, and when they did bring us our food, it wasnt even fresh. It looked and tasted like theyd pulled it out of a container and warmed it up in the microwave. The noodles were mushy and clumped together( I had one bite of noodles and promptly stopped), which is what lead us to the conclusion of them pulling it out of a container and heating it up, because when they bring food out fresh its always steaming. I ate a couple of the vegetables, some of which were still slightly cold like they werent warmed all the way, further supporting what we thought. My counselor told me that her stomach was hurting, and mine started hurting soon after. When we talked to management about this (Amanda), all she said is that everything was made fresh, which our food clearly wasnt. She then proceeded tell us she couldnt take our place off because we had already eaten a lot of it, which we had not because the food wasnt good or fresh, and said she could only give a discount. After it was clear that she didnt actually seem to care about the disappointing food wed been served, we just paid and left. Edit: the lack of professionalism showed by the owner by insinuating that we were looking for a free meal demonstrates a lack of business ethics, as well as an unwillingness to try and resolve the issue at hand which was not getting free food but the subpar quality of the food, which is highly disappointing. It was mentioned that the food could have been reheated, but was never an option presented to us. They didnt offer to have our food remade and made no attempt to address our concerns about said food. The entire situation was handled very poorly, and this experience has brought us to the decision of no longer spending our money at this establishment. Something that Ive noticed recently is the restaurant has a certain odor to it. It reminds me of a bowling alley with plumbing problems. Also, we saw two roaches on our last visit. So good! First time eating here and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend the Pad Kee Mao Shrimp and the basil beef. Tons of flavor and veggies were not over cooked. Noots Thai kitchen is one of my favorite places to eat. They make perfect Pad Kee Mao, Pad Prik Pow, curries, spring rolls, Tom Kha soup, Thai iced coffee, etc. Most dishes can be made with tofu if you are vegan. Everything is adaptive to your preferred level of spice. The restaurant is beautiful, clean, quiet. Server Lauren is kind, friendly, and attentive and makes sure she gets your order to your liking.

We had another great experience at one of our favorite restaurants in Victoria. Lauren was our waitress and was super attentive and kind. The fried spring rolls were delicious and we enjoyed three of our favorite dishes- garlic fried rice with shrimp, chicken pad see eu, and shrimp pad thai. We also tried the Thai tea, which was fantastic!

Ermergerdddd the glass noodle with beef is a sooo good. I had it one time and I went back two weeks later to eat it again. No spice if you are looking for a dish with no heat. Service was great and atmosphere is nice. Serive and food prep can be a bit slow if you go with a large group or if it is busy. So, heed warning if you go on a lunch break.

I ate at Noots last night with my family and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Im eating the leftovers as I write this, and its so yummy! I had the green chicken curry, my husband had a type of beef soup, and my kids had chicken pad thai. I honestly cant wait to eat here again.

Honestly one of the best restaurants in town. I havent seen a better that clean in ages, Our waitress Jade was awesome with an almost full restaurant she handled things amazingly couldnt ask for a better waitress,The food was amazing I was weary about the food when I ordered it but after i tried it I couldnt be happier. Their jerky is delicious and their chicken fried egg rolls were pretty tasty but other than that I would say the food at this establishment was pretty average. Not the best I have ever had but pretty good for when you are craving Asian food in Victoria, TX and want to indulge a little bit with eating at a restaurant.
