Awesome place clean and fast made my food as requested. Excellent Job definitely will return when Im in the area. My code via the Burger King app didnt work, but luckily for me, there was a better meal deal available Decent deals on the app compared to the Arch. I actually prefer BK over the Arch . The Arch is closer to me and has available delivery options in my area but BK rules gotta love the Onion rings with zesty sauce Vegetarian options: Its not really vegetarian, but the fries are good. Im not sure about the onion ring, but I doubt them if there beer battered Dietary restrictions: Meatless options Parking: Nice amount of parking available

I was Doordashing and received an order to pick up two deliveries from this Burger King. I arrived on time and stood at the counter to pick up the orders and notice they were fairly busy, not slammed but just a little busy. The lady behind the counter was an older lady with whitish blonde hair. She was visibly frustrated and didnt even greet me until minutes later. When she did greet me she wasnt rude but very dry and unwelcoming. She told me she would get it out to me as soon as they could. While waiting I heard her yell at her employees a few different times, give food to other customers and was very snotty about it and finally I heard her tell one of her employees When I tell you to make something you dont question me you just make it!. When I finally got my order the polite young lady asked me if I needed a drink carrier and I said yes. There were two drinks for one order and one for another so I needed to be able to differentiate which drinks were for what order. I asked the young lady for a pen so I could write the initials for One customer on the single drink. She went to grab me a pen and this manager ask her in a very mean tone what are you doing?. When the nice young lady replied to her what she was doing the manager told her you dont need to do that, you need to take that food outside because we have people waiting in the Drive-Thru!. I thanked the young lady for getting the pen for me as I past the line of four customers that had yet to be helped and had been waiting for at least 5 minutes on my way out.

The manager Bobby is a prick. He kicked me out, actually, made my friend come kick ne out the establishment. I have no idea why. I ordered my food ate and watched Netflix. I get if I was causing issues but nope I was a customer just minding my business and he acted like I was ruining the environment. Not cool and Im not going back. It was great until that. Need management change if you ask me.

I placed my order thru the app. I live 3 miles away from this location on Broad st. I made all the lights, and no one in front of me when I got to the drive Tru. My order was just getting finished. The fries where so hot I had to wait a minute to start munching on them.! And I made all the lights home!! Wife was surprised it didnt take long round trip. I give it 5 !! Did I mention that I have Bk linked to my ATLAS EARTH app. And received 42 AB $$ for my order!!! Vegetarian options: They have salads and chicken salads, Grilled chicken on salad. I reluctantly stopped in here again on my way home from work and once again they got the simply bacon cheeseburger , no pickle, light on ketchup and light on mustard wrong. It had a lot of ketchup and mustard and it also had mayonnaise. When I took it back in to get a remake I watched the guy put a lot of mustard and a lot of ketchup again and then he put pickle on it. At this point I was really upset, so I just told them to keep the burger and I walked out. So I ended up eating my small order of what was now almost $6.00 cold fries on my way home for my dinner after putting in a 12 hour day at work. Needless to say that will be my last visit there. This was not the only time my order has been wrong from there andnoteven just the second time. That is why I was so reluctant to stop in again. ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR GUT INSTINCT.

My husband and I stopped here with our three kids on a road trip. The lobby was clean and obviously well-maintained. The service was prompt, friendly, patient, and helpful (I often feel rushed out, ordering a fast food, restaurants, but that was certainly not the case here), and the food was very obviously made fresh and with care. We enjoyed the playground as a break from being in the car, and I highly recommend this stop to other families traveling.

Burger King is to me is just your normal fast food place. But the customer service was really good and I got my order in a few minutes. Lately most fast food places have gotten lazy with how they wrap your sandwich or place things in the bag. The sandwich I ordered was wrapped neatly and when I unwrapped the sandwich was not sloppy and just thrown together, they took their time to make it look neat. Overall not a bad place for lunch.

I have been both a customer and a doordash driver working with this location. Every time I come here, something is always wrong, especially when it comes to the service of this place. My final visit here as a delivery driver involve them saying they did not have the order even though it had already been taken off of the customers card and being disrespectful to me. Until attitude or employees and management change out, I cannot suggest coming here at all.
