Ordered 50 wings- 2 orders of 20 hot, and 10 3-mile island for take out. The manager brought them to us but didn t check them. We get home 30 minutes away and they gave us 20 3-mile and 20 hot - shorted us 10 hot wings and 10 wings in total. I want a credit for 20 wings but you cannot call their location. It goes to a call center that can t pass the call though. It s ridiculous!

I waited 15 mins with no front host, once they showed they did apologize & said they were short staffed. Then I bit into a raw chicken wing, manager asked what he could do to correct the problem I said maybe get me some cooked wings so we waited an extra hour & 18 mins after waiting an hour for the raw batch, so he brought out another 50 piece wings! He said I will make it right so he took my receipt & discounted a drink off my bill so not sure what that meant!? Oh did I mention he apologized for the raw wings excuse was he was short staffed! My bill went from $138 to $133 or so! So thanks for the discount FYI: The Buffalo RAW Wings Are Awesome Highly Recommended! Especially With The Free Drink

My wife just picked up some take home, she gets lemon pepper bone in breaded and I get spicy garlic breaded bone in and it was horrible, the chicken was over cooked and crunchy, the chicken pieces were smaller than normal, and not like Im use to and Im hoping this was just a one time thing, but if I had went somewhere else and got that I would be done with them.

My family and I visited the Mesquite location September 14. 2024 at around 11:30 pm. We ordered two kids drinks, one tea, and one dos equis. We also ordered a fried pickle appetizer and meals. Our fried pickles were delivered and we discovered a dead cricket in the ranch (see photo). We brought this to the attention of the manager and asked that our food order be cancelled. We offered to pay for the drinks totaling $12.95 and the manager accepted. We did not feel comfortable taking the drinks abd left them. We were completely shocked that the manager made no apology or offere to comp our drinks. He was completely unbothered by the situation.

We waited 12 mins at least no acknowledgment (husband went to bar to get our drinks) until I mentioned to a manager we haven t been helped. The menu s are always disgusting, dried food, pages sticking together. I mean the girls are just sitting upfront waiting for something to do, at least sit and wipe them down!! BUT I will have to say David the manager was going around to each table introducing himself and taking opinions, so of course I have mine! He instantly thanked me and had those girls on the menus!! You can tell he s trying to make that location better! Way to go David!!

DONT COME HERE. Worst experience of my life. avoid this ghetto location. The minute I walked through the door there was nobody there to greet me or sit me down. I waited 20 minutes. I had to go find my table. I took another 20 minutes for the waitress to come take my drink. We put our order in an hour later, my friend gets just his wings. But they forgot about my food his fries. I didn t even get my food after sitting here for almost 2 hours. I have no food in front of me. I just told the waitress to give us our check. And we still ended up paying $60 for just one 10 piece wing and three beers and it took another 20 minutes for her to get our check. The place is dirty AF. The air ducks are nasty and filled with dust. I was coughing the whole time because of that. The ceiling is covered with old food. There was a food fight or something, and nobody bothered cleaning it. Horrible service, horrible atmosphere rough people coming in.

Beer still cold ....food starting to feel like 7-11 update 8/12/22 seems they are making some adjustments to staff and the restaurant. The food is definitely tasting better seems more freshly made. Came in around 5:00 pm and sat at the bar area with my wife. Was there 15 mins and not one person came to greet use or take our order. Business was slow. The girls were too busy putting on makeup, flirting, or on their phone. As my wife and I were getting up to leave, the manager, I assume, walked right past us to three guys standing at the podium and apologized they they had to wait at the podium for 5 mins. Told me it was happy hour when it wasn t, I ordered 3 beers and it came out for $30 for just the beer. They comped out appetizer and kids meal but it was still 76 before tip. The men s bathroom was gross, the women s bathroom halfway didn t work. The waitress didn t want to be there, would not recommend. Go to the Olive Garden next door, it would 10/10 be much better than the time we had here. Ruined my entire hooters experience, what the heck :(

Everything was great. The only two things I have a complaint about is that they dont have enough kitchen staff. We waited an hour and 20 mins for our wing. But they were good and hot. Omg this place needs to be investigated by there corporate office. First stood at the door with no host to acknowledge any of the customers and the staff standing around talking. Today s visit was quite disappointing. Although our food was great, our server was new, but certainly working hard, the environment was most certainly not one where I d want to visit with my family again to dine. I understand Hooters waitresses normal uniforms; however, today s attire from a couple of the ladies was an absolute disgrace. There were 2 workers there wearing bikini s, in which half of their backside was fully visible. They each wore skirts, however, the skirts only went down halfway way, displaying everything personal, including the actual thong. It was not flattering, and numerous customers were complaining amongst themselves. One family left the establishment with looks of disbelief on their faces. If the dress attire has changed from tights, with shorts, I can understand and will choose to not patronize at this establishment again. I understand it is the 4th of July weekend, but that attire was not festive at all.

Hostess and waitress were both great. They eagerly changed the channel to the sporting event that I wanted. Then Mr. Manager comes by and changes it to something else along with every other screen in the place. Guess hes not smart enough to see that when he does something like that, all it does is affect his waitresses tip. In town for one day and heard they had a view. Showed up in work clothes and bartender on the outside said we couldn t sit on the outside bar bc she was sick and leaving. Me and my family came in and waited 45minutes for service after not being tended to once seated. Our initial server claimed it was a shift change hour and would look for our new server. Turns out she just didn t want to wait on us and was tending to her others tables the whole time. After complaining twice, the host moved us to a new table which we waited another 20 minutes for anyone to come wait on our table. Most server just walked by and stared didn t even acknowledge us sitting and waiting. Finally a waiter came and brought us the queso we ordered over 30 minutes ago and gave us an attitude while asking us are you guys ready to order ????? LIKE HUH we been here for 45 fminutes of course we are!!!!!! She didn t even apologize for the wait or anything. Just took the order and stormed off. Truly giving off the vibe that she didn t want to wait on us anyways. Idk if this location is JUST PURELY RACIST TO BLACKWOMEN BECAUSE EVERYTIME WE COME HERE WE GET POOR TREATMENT!!! 0/10 hooters.

Went to hooters last weekend for some hot wings and got scammed with these little bitty, not even bite size wings. I thought it was a joke but no it was real. All but 1 wing was normal size. I took a pic and compared it to the other 19 wings. Insane they serve this poor quality of food to their customers. And to top it all off it was full price for some less than sample wings. I will never go back.

Hadn t been to the Mesquite Hooters in a while was in the mood to celebrate my recent promotion with a good friend. It was this past Sunday daytime and we sat at the bar. The bartender greeted us when we came in and got us our drinks. Even though she was telling others she usually doesn t work Sundays she had a few regulars. We would try to say excuse me to order food but she would tell us to hang on and then forget all about us. I got tired of waiting and interrupted her while she was carrying on with one of her regulars. She put up her hand as to shush me and told me she would be there in a minute. She then finished her conversation and (five minutes later) took our order. I almost paid my bill and walked out when she did that. She s lucky I was in a good mood. It was obvious her regulars were her priority but definitely not us. Every time I had to ask for something I had to interrupt her because she never asked if we needed anything. We finished eating, and I ordered some celery sticks and 4 bleu cheese to go and a Togo box for my leftover wings. I not only waited 15 mins for it but when it came out they hadn t put it togo so it sat there and sat there as we sat there and sat there and patiently waited. As our food was sitting there she just sat down behind the bar and conversed with others we waited and waited and waited until I FINALLY had enough and had to interrupt her again and ask hey I got to go I need you to get that for me please oh I completely forgot .hehehe. I won t say I ll never go back because the food was good, but if I go in and see this girl I m either getting a table or leaving. I get it I m not your regular or someone you know this is YOUR bar and YOU make all the rules not management, not the owner but YOU decide wether I get good service or not. I had to apologize to my friend for taking him to such a place. For the amount we spent we could ve gone somewhere else and got better service.

Too bad the lowest rating is one star, or I will rate it lower than that This is one of the few places where I had such a bad experience that I will never come back to spend my money on Because its not worth it!!! I hope I will have a better experience in another location So long !
