Our family had a wonderful time. We went to see the Shrek Musical. It was very cute and fun, everyone did a fantastic job. This theater is great as its always been. Thank Yall for keeping the good stuff coming.

First time here and we saw Mary Poppins. I was greatly impressed with the whole thing...the acting, singing, set up, costumes! Everything was just great. Took my 12 year old son who typically was say cringe but he loved it!

Into the Woods. This production is really good. The amount of talent is impressive. I encourage anyone who is looking for an entertaining night to go. There are two or three actors who are outstanding but even they couldnt have pulled it off without the whole talented cast and stage design. Great musical performance!

**UPDATE July 2023** Well we said in our 1st review we would be back and we have now seen 2 additional shows here and both were just as amazing as our 1st experience. We saw Wizard of Oz and also The Little Mermaid and both were so great!! Kudos to everyone involved in these performances from the set designer to costume designer to hair and makeup and of course they actors and actresses! All 3 shows have been magical and so much fun for our entire family! Highly recommend and thank yall Sept 2022 Took my girls here for a surprise night out and it did not disappoint at all! We saw Beauty and the Beast and it was a wonderful experience!! The cast was amazing and the set and costumes were great! Even the people working concessions were so sweet and engaging with my girls and made the evening magical for them! We will definitely be back to see more shows here in the future

Great local theater with some super fun performances, saw Wizard of Oz and Finding Nemo Jr. Both performances had great costuming and some surprising standouts in terms of performance and vocal abilities. The stage is surrounded by white walls with projectors, which really helps with setting up their backdrops for success and reduces the number of larger set pieces required to set the stage. They also serve wine from a local winery, which is a fun touch! The seats arent the most comfortable and the height of the seats in the first six rows doesnt change much, so can be harder for those that are vertically challenged or smaller kids to see. They do have booster seats for super small kids, but theyre a little too tall for shorter adults and younger pre-teens.

We were once season ticket holders, but after my husband died I have only been to one other show. The staff is amazing, fron Dwayne on to wait sstaffi will say the food was lukewarm & the flavor was disappointing. It was a cute show, would have enjoyed it more if wed been able to hear & understand it. The actors were trying to have accents but several scenes the sound wasnt appropriate & the lines were difficult to understand. Five tickets @ $62 apiece Is it unreasonable to expect to hear the show & have warm food? I will return because I love the theater but this time was a bust for my group. Sorry.

We drove four hours to attend performance, was definitely not disappointed. Have visited several other theaters, but I thought they did a wonderful performance, cast and crew were on top of their A game. Thanks for the experience. It was my granddaughters 16 birthday, she had a wonderful time.

My husband bought tickets to see Beauty & the Beast. I liked how a glass or bottle of wine was an option as a concession prior to the show along with other traditional options popcorn, candy, and drinks. The theater was clean, comfortable, and our seats werent hard to find. The actors did a lovely job with the show, but my favorite performers were the clock and wardrobe. There are places for photos before the show and photos with actors after the show.

Recently attended the dinner/show Nunsense. It was wonderful from start to finish. Staff was courteous, dinner was very good, but the show was phenomenal. The cast made the whole evening with their outstanding talent. Comedic timing was spot on and the whole thing was very entertaining. Anyone who has not experienced the professionalism of the Wichita Theater and our local talent is certainly losing out on amazing entertainment.

A wonderful place to watch musicals and shows of every kind! In a little over a year I have seen these musicals. Titanic, Peter Pan, The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Disneys The Descendents! I only have raves for the spectacular cast and crews who has kept this landmark open. I can not wait to see whats next!

This recent trip to The Hunchback of Notre Dame is quite literally the first time I ever attended the Wichita Falls Theater in Wichita Falls, Texas. I must say that I was quite impressed with the orderly service and clean facilities in addition to the wide spaces inside the main lobby and the seating area. The chairs werent that soft though. The food was equally pricy too. There was plenty of parking though around the surrounding areas.

Attended a performance of Hunchback of Notre Dame. Excellent service at concierge and concessions. Horseshoe Bend Cellars, a local winery, provided selections from their collection of wines; reasonably priced. The theater seating is comfortable and provides clear views of stage actors. Sound was pristine and lighting a delight to activate the imagination. Performers did a marvelous job creating an immersive musical theater experience. Thank you!!!

You never really forget your time at the Wichita Theatre, but not in a good way. Please take the time to look into their nonprofit status. You ll be amazed at what you find. Funny it s in the description of all of your materials. I m not 15 years old anymore, so I probably won t get a response from the owner. It seems to be the trend of management to look down on youth instead of inspire them. Pity.

So much fun! Sound of music is one of my all time favorite movies and I lived ever minute of this performance! My 3 young kids sat through almost the whole production (4yr old crashed about 5-10 min before it ended) they enjoyed it so much! We are all still singing my favorite things. I have been to community theaters and Broadways before and was truly blown away by the talent and how well done this production was! Definitely above and beyond what I expected! Bravo, to all of you on a job well done! I want to go back when I go visit Wichita falls again! If you are in the area, just go!!

Outstanding performance by AMAZING actors and actresses!! I went for my first time the other night to see The Little Mermaid show. I was VERY impressed!! Im from Houston and have seen some really good theatrical performances, and for a small town (Wichita Falls), I was very impressed!! I wish I had gone sooner. Will definitely go back!

We have been to several productions at this theater and have loved every one of them! Such talent! The only complaint we had from our last experience was the staff who came in late and sat in the back but talked and were on their phones. We were closer to the back this time than we normally have been, but paid as much as the ones up close so we deserved the same respect as the rest of the theatre guests. We still enjoyed the show and will, for sure, be back again

Opening night of The Little Mermaid was phenomenal! This cast is so talented and they really gave the audience what they came for, a great time! Fine is about all I can say. For a volunteer community theatre its productions are of an acceptable expected quality. However it often seems that they try to operate or fill the role of a professional theater, which they fail to do. Wichita Falls still needs true professional theatre or road house. However if you are willing to look past some things Wichita Theatre just dosent have the ability to do it can be a fun night out with the family (despite the ticket prices). The staff have been some of the kindest people I have met and some of the rudest. I have seen some truly generous and absolutely appalling behavior. So you never can be sure what you are going to get on any given night.

The fact that a theatre would be so unprofessional and personal in response to a honest review left by a young former cast member is disgusting. It takes away from those who volunteer and perform within the theatre who lead with an authentic and mature attitude and work hard within the theatre community for the love of the art. A change of leadership and attitude is long overdue. If you can t build upon criticism then you have no place in the arts, and especially not a place high up within the theatre.
