Best choice that my family and I made for not only defending me but also being there to answer any questions to help ease our minds. There is no manual out there that tells you what steps you need to take once you have been pulled over for a DWI. I had never been in any situation like this so it was a very scary and stressful time. Contacting Jeremiah Walters, he walked me through the process, told me my options, answered all my questions, and was very prompt to my calls/emails. I just want to say that without Jeremiah Walters, I would probably be in prison. I definitely wouldn t have the freedom I have now, and definitely wouldn t get to see my daughter grow up into a young adult, he s very intelligent at what he does, and fought for me until we got exactly what was fair. He s really came through for me on every single situation ive needed his help with, from small stuff to big issues. he kept his word and did what he said he was gonna do in a very timely matter. I have worked with many professionals in the past and have experienced both great, as expected and below expected performance. When hiring Jeremiah, I expected run of the mill type performance. The case was just concluded and the outcome was the best that I could have expected. It was the best not from luck but the various tactics, advice and persistence he had shown through the process. This lawyer loves a fight (figuratively) in court. He is someone I would want on my side rather than on the other side. He is ethical, hard working and a straight shooter. To boot, I was shocked at the fee that was charged. When the case was concluded, I asked him, you will send me the final bill right? He said, that was all included in the bill that was already paid. His fee is far more than just reasonable. Its down right cheap. I highly recommend Jeremiah for your legal needs.

I greatly appreciate Jeremiah Walters Law Firm and the close friend that suggested that I use him. Jeremiah is very well versed in law but, equally as important, the legal process and navigating the court system. I wouldnt have known where to start with my case without him! We had a particularly challenging case that required local representation while traveling abroad. Navigating filings and a court appearance was challenging, to say the least. Jeremiah guided us through the process, represented us before the court and resolved the matter with the judgement cancelled. Jerimiah Walters service as council was more than satisfactory. I was dealing with a DUI 3 case and he was able to negotiate for probation, along with helping me obtain a occupational licence allowing me the right to drive again.
