And her record reflects this. I was confident throughout the process and she did not disappoint. I would highly recommend her services in handling such an important endeavor. Please ignore the negative reviews. Beth Klein is amazing, and you wont get better services elsewhere. Beth took the time to explain the process of modifying my previous order. She also explained the pros and cons. She did an amazing job painting the bigger picture and helped me focus on areas that were most important to me. To say that I never felt like I was bothering Beth with silly questions during mediation is an understatement. On the contrary, Beth made me valued and cared for and she patiently answered all of my questions with love and care. Beth, I am so grateful for you and your staff!!! Thank you again!!!! Can I give no stars... Failure to communicate, after she gets her money and has you do all the work she doesnt speak to you, doesnt return calls, doesnt reply to emails and even though you say you do not want mediation she pushes for it then in mediation when you arent agreeing and you say multiple times that you dont and you want to take this matter to the judge then she says things to make you believe that is the worst idea ever..... She is the worst. She ruined my life.

I was referred to Beth Klein by a family member who had a decent experience with her. Unfortunately, I was not allowed the same experience. I was not kept informed of what was happening in my case, I was pressured and, at times, bullied by Beth into accepting terms for custody that were not in the best interest of my child. She also bills for every single communication that is provided, from a simple email asking for a status of the case (which they refuse to communicate on their own) to asking why a portion of the custody papers signed by the judge is NOT what was agreed to in mediation. Now that everything is said and done, I have emailed her and her assistants on multiple occasions asking for the papers to be fixed (since the final degree may not deviate from a mediated agreement by law) and I have not received a response. Avoid Beth Klein at all costs. She is not worth your time or your money.
