I paid them $200 to take care of a speeding ticket I received in Dallas county last year. Lawyer told me that he would get it taken care of and notify me of anything. I waited a month and called him again when I didnt hear from him. He told me not to worry and that hes taking care of it. Here it is a year later and the DPS has sent me a letter saying I have an unpaid ticket and I am now unable to renew my license. Now they wont forward my calls to the lawyer and keep blowing me off saying well get back with you soon. They cant even at least get me a refund. I cant recommend anyone to use this lawyer for anything other than throwing away your money and time.

My son was in DCJ from a past charge from 2007, one of the inmates in the cell with him recommended he get David Traylor as an attorney, he was his lawyer. We contacted him, explained everything, and he seemed very interested in taking his case, of course a lot of questions, and we answered everything he wanted to know. He was a very genuine lawyer who was willing to take his case, of course we were told the good and the bad , but he was very convincing on what he could do for him, my son was released until his court date, which we were so happy, and Mr Traylor did his best to get him out to spend time with his family. If anyone needs an attorney in Dallas area , I highly recommend Mr Traylor, so honest and sincere, you couldn t ask for a better experienced attorney than him. I ve hired David for not one, but two individual cases. The first one I made the mistake of hiring two other attorneys that clearly were working for themselves and not me. That was NOT the case with David Traylor. First of all, unlike the others, he didn t attempt to intimidate me into hiring him out of desperation. Secondly, he immediately weighed out for me the direction he d like to take in a very clear and honest manner. And then . He simply won the best outcome, both times. And he s also the coolest guy I ve come across working in law. He s got some kind of magic, which actually isn t magic. It s skill, talent and experience. Me and my husband got pulled over in irving ( this is over 2 years ago), anyways he was arrested ( the case was later denied by the DA). I called David at 4 oclock in the morning, and without hesitation he went to the jail to bond him out. We waited 2 years and no court date so I called and found out it had been denied right after it happened. At 4 in the morning there not alot of formal paperwork that your woried about you just want to get your love one out of jail. I called David to see if I could get the cash bond back(remember this was over 2 years ago , and didnt have any paperwork). He was great and agreed to get that back to me even though I didnt have paperwork. I would definitely highly recommend him. My husband hired a different attorney for the case ( I used David for the bond) , and David has done more and gone above and beyond what his job was. Thank you David

I googled David due to my boyfriend catching a case in texas i needed a lawyer to psychically to bail him out and help with his case. He didnt spend one night in jail due to David going to bail him out. This case couldve been extremely bad but David helped us and after fighting this case for two years today it was dropped. I hired this law firm and was told ALL my tickets were dismissed. A year later I have Marshalls at my door advising some of my tickets werent dismissed. Attorney said nothing he can do. I was never advised of any fees or tickets left unresolved. So on my way to jail or payment in full because the jail will no longer accept payments.

I Paid to clear warrants & they ended up back in warrant status w/o them even updating me and I was also updated LAST minute on my payment plan for missing something in court. Hated this experience & will never suggest anyone to go with them. Secretary was so dumb at doing her job with informing me on everything properly. Only positive thing from this experience was her giving me $50 for my payment that was due within the next couple of weeks, but just overall horrible and unprofessional experience. I don t even want a comment under mine trying to clear my review either.

Not the brightest attorney in Dallas!!! He didnt show up for my court appearances, when I called him, his secretary told me he was out of town and another attorney would meet me there, He didnt show up either!!!!! David Traylor does it again !!!! First off let s lay the scene . Got an additional charge after being stopped by Coppell PD. I had an active warrant and I knew it. So I presented the officer a siblings ID. The officer sniffed it out and booked me !! After paying 1500 bucks for a previous attorney back in 2011; and then still having a 2700 dollar court cost and fine; along with 6 months of probation(360 bucks )and 80 hours of community service. What a raw deal. What did I do ? I blew it off completely for 9 years !!!Finally after my ID expired back in December 2019 I decided to do something about my situation. I had multiple warrants on this case 1) bond revocation $767 , probation violation ballooned to a 1k! The $2700 fine and community services were still there as well ! Scrolling thru searching for an attorney ; I came across this stone cold face of David Traylor ! Dude looked like he could convince God , that the Devil is innocent. Like he shoulda been the attorney in the movie : DEVIL S ADVOCATE! He took my case . After initially telling me 1500 to take it he drops down to 1300 if I can pay all at once . (Deal handshake). So 7/14/ 2020 . He calls me and ask : Can you pay 400 ? I m like for what ? 300 dollar probation fees and 100 dollar donation to a local food bank ! No 2700 dollar fine anymore , no community service ! Just 400 bucks and this ordeal is over !! I swear if somebody says they know a good attorney ; the next 2 words out of their mouth should be : DAVID TRAYLOR ! I ROLLED THE DICE ON THIS GUY BIG TIME !! AND HE DELIVERED !!!

I was referred to this guy and I hate I used him. I currently have two warrants out that I paid him to take care of. His assistants takes messages for him and promises he will contact you back and he never does. I want to extend great appreciation for the Traylor Law Firm. Recently I I received a fine/ warrant for the county right outside of Dallas for and it illegal dumping charge from 2015. I have never ever in my life heard of any charge of that nature. Nor have I visited that County. To make a long story short, on the day of the hearing attorney Traylor and myself entered the courtroom the case was dismissed within 5 minutes. It felt like a burden had instantly been lifted from my shoulders. It was very professional, and very knowledgeable. He reassured me a month prior to the hearing, that I have nothing to worry about. He was definitely right. Also Maribel, his assistant, is very knowledgeable and professional as well. Not only that, both Attorney Traylor, and office assistant Maribel are really nice people. My dad had referred David to me back in March when my husband went to jail on 3 traffic violations out of Plano. David took the train from Dallas all the way to Plano to help get him out. My husband and I were both told everything had been handled and taken care of. We were extremely grateful to him for that. At the time, I was pregnant with my 4th child so you can only imagine how stressful everything was. Upon getting ready for the arrival of our child I was getting everything taken care of financially. One day I realized we still hadnt heard anything from the law office or Plano courts so I decided to call Plano myself just to see what was going on. When I spoke with the clerk on behalf of my husband she asked if we had gotten an attorney. I told her we had, and she then said that everything gets sent to the lawyer and that the lawyer or his office was supposed to contact us to let us know all the details. We were never contacted regarding his cases. He had 3 payments due, June, July and August. Each payment was a different amount, we had no idea! Because we were not contacted Mike was late on his first payment, which means that that traffic violation would in fact be put on his record. We financially were not prepared considering our daughter was due a few days after the 1st payment. The communication was terrible. Had we known everything in advance we would of been able to take care of everything in a timely manner.

PEOPLE LISTEN DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS THEY ARE THIEVES THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING.....THE COMMUNCATION SUCKS!!! I PAYED 330 bucks to get 4 tickets in arlington tooken care off....the total for my tickets where 1600!!!! i gave these guys a shot but after my cdl and job where in jeopardy i decided to go ahead and pay the tickets off (mind you this company does not state they have a NO MONEY BACK rule) but back to the story i called and told the guys that i went ahead and payed off my tickets because i was gonna get FIRED before they could go to court on them....called the law firm and request my money back and they even saw that i payed the tickets off !!!!! but still denied me my money when they didnt even go to court yet so this traylor guy gave me an bs excuse saying they did SOOOOO MUCHHHH WORKK setting up the stupid court date Wooowwww it takes 330 bucks to set up a court date?!!!! but it gets worse before i told him i payed the tickets off i would call to get an update on the court date and mr traylor would always be in the office to talk but the day i told them i payed the tickets off and requested my money back hes never in the office and the lady or ladies would make up an excuse on why hes not in office....so basically he was avoiding my calls because he didnt want to give me my money back....so in total i payed 1600 for my tickets and this law firm basically stole my 330 after they did NOTHING but set up a stupid court date....PEOPLE READ THE REVIEWS AND BELIEVE THE PEOPLE BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO BELIEVE EITHER BUT NOW I SEE THAT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE THESE GUYS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN PERMANENTLY PS. his own employees or assistants gave him up and said they do give people their money back if they havent went to court before the court date....haha this guy is DIRTY

If I could I would put no stars but I guess you have to put one in order to put a review. I had a bad experience with this lawyer. I had two traffic tickets that I paid 150 dollars for, they said they were going to fix it or whatever but They never did I kept getting letters in my mail from mesquite court that I needed to pay, so I called them which it took sometime for them to answer, after a few calls. Well they told me that for me not to worry about it that they were working on it, that if I keep getting letters to throw them away. So after a few months I got another letter from mesquite that I had a warrant and that I could be arested. So I called them and the lady that usually answers said that they sent me letters that they were trying to make me get payments for the tickets. I mean I could of done that my self in mesquite you can do payments the reason I hired them was for me not to go to court and for me not to go through all this things. So at the end of the day I ended up spending more money paying them and the court. And one last thing the lawyer whatever his name is didint wanted to deal with me so he put his secretary to deal with me. So dont hired Taylor Law Firm

I used Traylor Law Firm to help me out with two traffic violations. One in Farmers Branch for speeding, and another in Highland Park, where the officer claimed I ran a red light. The fee for each case was $75, or $150 total. I remember thinking to myself, not bad if I can get out of one or both of these. I wasnt arguing the Farmers Branch Ticket, but I absolutely did not run a red light in Highland Park, which I made sure to tell Traylor Law firm, hoping they could pull up a traffic camera or something... anything... Let me be clear, throughout this whole process, after paying the fees, there was a complete and utter lack of communication regarding the status of my cases throughout the entire process. I assumed they were just working their magic so I didnt bug them.... until a Warrant Officer from Highland Park called me to let me know that I had a warrant for failure to act on my ticket. I informed him that Traylor Law Firm was representing me, but he had gotten no communication from the Firm regarding this. My experience with Traylor Law Firm has been absolutely HORRID. After the initial fee of $75 per ticket, they were unable (or didnt try... how would I know, they never even called to explain) to get either of my tickets dismissed... I had to call to ask the status of my Highland Park ticket, after which they informed me $240 was due soon for the differed disposition they got for me. Same with Farmers Branch. All said and done Im out around $600. I will never use Traylor Law Firm again, and I urge you to think twice about using their services.

Had a speeding ticket and hired David Traylor. I never talked to David, but Maribel the assistant did a good job of processing the ticket and getting back to me. I had gone to court for the initial appearance got them to simply fine, me no points, or take it to court. I then hired David hoping he could get it cancelled. They did go to court for me and ultimately they had the same ruling I originally got on my own. I reached out to Maribel to ask David for an explanation of what happened at the court date and have not received a response. This is the reason for the low rating. I have hired other lawyers in other states and they have always responded with an explanation of what occurred at court. I know that no lawyer is perfect at getting a ticket thrown out, but I will be trying another lawyer next time for a traffic ticket.

I had an issue that was 20+ years old and was sure it would cost me my first born or I could do some time , but we found d. traylor and just after a 20 min. talk he put all my fears to rest , and said I was going to be just fine and all would be clear for me in 3 weeks time ,and IT WAS. my warrant was lifted and my case was dismissed just as david said it would be , now my hubby and I are looking for people in trouble so we can tell them to call TRAYLOR LAW FIRM and know what a good knights sleep really is with out all that worrying , will we ever use this firm ever again ?? Mr. Traylor handled a case for me back in December 2014. I had expected a difficult plea bargain with the DA; however my expectations of the legal process and my lawyer was more than I could have hoped for. Im going to admit something very embarrassing. I was on the notorious Scoff law list for the state of Texas. It wasnt really deliberate. I just never had the money to cover the fines or the time to do community service. I just let everything sit and build up because I wasnt sure what I could do after a while. Eventually, I lost my drivers license. It caught up with me. I couldnt renew my registration, couldnt vote, couldnt even get into any place that required and ID. You get the idea. I was humiliated on more than one occasion. I couldnt even get a state issued ID because I had warrants out. Man, Im way too old for this kind of mess. Luckily, David Traylor and the team at The Traylor Law Firm, beyond my own belief and expectations, have been able to help me. I am about to be problem free for the first time in over 15 years. Im extremely relieved and thankful to the Traylor Law Firm. Im a professional comedian and have to travel all over the country and without a drivers license, its a big risk. Mr. Traylor has represented several family members over the years on everything from traffic tickets to much more serious charges. He has always been extremely courteous and professional. Hes never hard to reach and always seems concerned about getting the best results possible. Weve been very happy with having him as our lawyer and keep his number on speed dial just in case.
