What are the standards for people work here. The person who served me today he just prefer to be in bed his walking, his way of talking and serving he just dont want to be here and made me feel the same way i was rushing my self out of the door because i felt i wokehim up or something because even his shirt was flipped. I m not one to leave reviews but I just started coming here, because I finally figured out what my coffee order at Dunkin is, and it s so good! I personally haven t had super negative experiences with customer service, but I have seen consistent issues. I ordered my drink once through the app and once through the drive through. Both times they did not put the cold foam on it like I asked for, and one time they forgot a few items and I had to remind them, and then after all that they forgot my ice water. Since it was just water I didn t feel like reminding them about that too. One food item I ordered was burnt and I didn t end up liking it enough to still eat it. The donuts I ve had were pretty decent, but the filled one s definitely lack enough filling. Lastly, last night I showed up at 7:30pm and the doors were locked and they had stopped taking orders. I made eye contact with an employee inside and she laughed as I attempted to open the door, then went back to sweeping. I double checked closing time, which is 8pm, then checked the time again, then got back in my car feeling confused and went to another coffee shop down the street. I m hoping that they were short staffed or had some kind of emergency situation that made them need to close early, but I kinda got the vibe that they just did because they wanted to go home early. Either way I m probably gonna still go because i enjoy the coffee, but I hope these things can be addressed soon!

Honestly, if you cant put a regular amount of chocolate or icing on donuts, then just sell glazed donuts. We will probably be going to a different location from now. If costs are going up, its best to raise the price a bit but never compromise on quality. Service, however, was exceptional, thus the extra star.

I always have excellent service at this Dunkin Donuts. The drive-through is run efficiently, even on a busy Saturday morning. I love their ice coffee (with cream and hazelnut, of course) and the stuffed bagel bites. Yum! Today, I had my sisters dog with me and got him a pup cup. He grabbed the treat on top almost immediately. But he prefers his cup at home because he is a gentleman. Ive even gone up and into the location to work from my laptop. Everyone was friendly, and I stayed a few hours getting work done. As someone with ADHD working in a busy-ish environment is so helpful because of the body doubling and general genial work environment.

I have been a customer for awhile now, stopping by every morning on the way to work, I can t tell you how much the works make my day so much better, for one they are giving me coffee for two the friendly talks and the smiles! The manager Sheila she s amazing as well, if they are out of something (because I order online) she always makes it right! The way she has treated me from day one AMAZING! There is a Dunkin right by my work but there is no way I ll stop at another one, you just don t see the care for their customers like you do here! Shelia, your crew Rocks! Keep up the good work!!! We went to pick up an iced latte for a visiting relative. I got an iced frosted vanilla latte - which was wonderful. It was just sweet enough and just vanilla-y enough, maybe too sweet for some, but good for me. My partner ordered a grilled cheese - when he saw the picture on the board he was like I haven t one of those in years and it looks so good! Unfortunately, the grilled cheese was the cause for the low review. Not only did it not look or taste like the picture looked like it would taste, but the bread was barely warmed let alone toasted. It also didn t appear that the same bread was used in the sandwich as what was on the menu. While I ll be back for the coffee, the food this time was a no go for sure.

Ok. I m trying my best to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I ve been trying to give them second chances. Weekly, I come here for coffee and some sort of sandwich. Maybe my expectations are high because in Chicago, the Dunkin is extremely efficient. But let me tell you, I m writing this review as I sit in the drive through lane. (And I m not a fast typer on my phone). I ve already put in my mobile order. It s 830a and the line is around the building. And it s not moving. The past weeks coming here, there has never been the same person taking my order or given me my food. I m still in line. What else can I say? I like to torture myself at least once a week because their coffee is the best. But, idk if I can continue doing this to myself. It s now 840 and I still have not been able to order . Cars behind me have left. Still haven t moved. . So yeah. If it is a weekday morning, avoid this Dunkin unless you have 20+ mins to spare.

Where do I start. Ive been a regular for over a year maybe four actually I havent been counting. Every single day I step foot into that building expecting some early morning breakfast. Nothing butters my biscuits more than a hot chocolate frosted donut at 6:00 a.m. I didnt always mind the environment, but recently all of the employees have changed... and not in a good way. Over the past month, every single time I step foot into that building I feel my brain cells deteriorating by the moment. Its gradually less clean, its less good, and every single day Im treated more and more disrespectfully. The managers, the workers, even the people just cleaning the tables look at me like Im carrying a shank. When I walk up to the counter expecting something to start my day right before I get to work, I feel like Im about to get shot before I order. Sometimes before I get in my car to go to duncan, I make a little prayer that nobodys mean to me in that building. I would 100% recommend this place if you plan on offing yourself within the next 7 days. This is the type of place I would wish on my worst enemy.

Made an online order! I chose to pick up at the drive through and as we got close, the shop was VERY popular and busy, got down and entered the shop rather than at the drive through hence the line didn t move for a solid 10+ minutes. Ratings only based on this takeout/online order and the fact that they didn t have butter pecan . My iced coffee could ve used more milk but I didn t make it and people aren t mind readers lol all else went well! Got the everything bagel sandwich & that tasted good! I have had nothing but good experiences here. Ive ordered nearly 10 dozen donuts for schools on multiple occasions, and they have been amazing getting them ready as soon as they open. The staff here has always been very nice and helpful. It is always clean and stocked when I go in. I really love Dunkin! I highly recommend Dunkin Donuts as well as this location. I just wanted to say that Ive been coming to this location for about 2 years and it has been nothing but great service and an amazing staff! One day I was having a crazy morning and ordered my usual wrong. When I pulled up to the window, Aubrey met me with a smile and kindly asked if I was sure I didnt want the coffee the way I normally get it. Considering the number of donuts that Dunkin Donuts sells nationwide, I expected better quality in their donuts, service, and atmosphere. Im not sure if the gentleman behind the counter was new, nervous, or what the deal was. He barely communicated with me. And he wouldnt let me know anything. So I didnt know whether he was understanding my order, whether he was accepting it, or whether he was even ringing it up. I dont know, maybe he was just having an off day. I apologize if thats the case. The donuts were generic tasting but off, IMO. I was disheartened. I had been through their driveway once prior and had very good luck... from a cheerful energetic tone at the drive-through to a very helpful young lady about a coffee drink that I was ordering and some delicious avocado toast. One more thing, they sell chocolate donuts, not chocolate iced donuts which my tribe did not care for.

Went into this location today and waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes without someone even saying, well be right with you. And I know that they saw me waiting because two team members passed by the order counter, looked at me standing there and said nothing! It wasnt until I said that recognizing the customer is important that I get an apology and an offer to help. I didnt order anything because there are other coffee companies in this neighborhood (Starbucks and Dutch Bros). In sum, I know that things can get busy for your staff. I have no problem waiting when you also show that the customer is important. I will spend my money elsewhere and I encourage others to do the same! Update: (11.25.23) gave this place a second chance because my daughter asked me to and we encountered much better service and attentiveness. Therefore, I thought it only fair to update this review. Thank you Dunkin for better service and friendly employees. We will be back!

We ordered two coffees, a donut, and a dozen donut holes. They forgot to input the donut holes into the order, so we had to wait for that error. We asked for napkins (at 7am), so they walked around for about 3min and then said the entire store was out... Lastly, the coffee was so hot you couldnt drink it. When it finally cooled off, they didnt put any sweetener in it! How hard is it to make a cup of coffee??? Evidently, it takes a rocket surgeon... Kid-friendliness: Yes, its fast food. The quality at this location is the most inconsistent out of any coffee shop Ive visited, right down to the messaging to customers. Yesterday morning I called an hour ahead of my arrival time to order 2 boxes of Joe with the response of absolutely, not a problem, and it wasnt a problem. Received my coffee no issue. Today I call up, same time, same request, and Im told I need 24 hour advanced notice. But it was more than that, the kid (presumably) heavy sighed first at the request and then when I asked to speak to a manager. I heard him giggling on the phone when he relayed the message to someone, muffled by his hand on the headset Id wager. At this point I told him to forget it and just called Starbucks. If this location wants to promote that kind of attitude towards customers then I really hope you can take the losses too. There are way too many options around your location to provide anything other than stellar service.

Placed order at 9:39 AM. At 10:05 I got handed a melted down signature latte was advised they need another 5 min for the hash browns as Drive thru was slammed (mind you when I pulled up they had only two cars, although I agree their was a significant ebb and flow both in store and out). At 10:22 I received 1 order of hash browns. Despite multiple attempts to raise awareness th team of 5-6 personnel took a passive approach to a minimal friction point that could have been prevented and even worse more appropriately prioritized when awareness occurred on the miss. Net net. Walked out without my order. Reminder why I stopped going to Dunkin 2 years ago. Won t get my money any more.

I went to Dunkin Donuts to get 2 donuts to find out that the employee was helping me was digging in the trash and never wash her hands and then proceeded to get my order ready then I asked the other employee what hiding and that employee ignored me. The next day I call the mgr at the store told him about the incident he was shocked that that happened and I told him I will stop by to talk to him and he seem to be concerned about the incident and then I call corporate to report the incident and they was very very helpful and they was going to call the owner of the store to report the incident to the owner and relayed the incident to the owner so the owner of the store would call I told the owner I will come by the store and talk to them when I got to the store they blew me off and gave me a dozen of donuts I guess they dont understand the meaning of CROSS CONTAMINATION or trying to kill someone!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars for corporate 0 stars for the non corporate store........ Maybe if a customer asks about the free coffee and you know what they just ordered doesn t count because of fine print, tell them instead of letting them come all the way up to the window and making them pay for it when they thought it was free :) thanks for ruining my work night! Good job

New Yorkers would burn this place down if they served them the burned food that they serve out here. They get 2 stars only because the employees are nice. The food is ALWAYS burned. The cheese was so hard on the sandwich, you couldnt eat it. I stopped going here and I wont return.

Unfortunately I worked at this place for a Hot Minute and it s a joke. Poorly managed and 1 Star is being more then generous. Management acts like they do t care so why should the employees care.I wouldn t recommend this place I have bein to other Dunkin Dounuts and they where nothing like this place nobody takes pride in what kind of product there putting out they just give you anything. People don t want to waist there money on something they ordered that s not right exspecially when thugs are so expensive now a days GM you need to clean your House Up.

I LOVE THIS DUNKIN!!! The staff is amazing and they re really what makes this the best Dunkin in the Dallas area. And yes I have been to most other DD s in town. I m not proud of that fact but it s true. I m a regular here and I ll keep coming back for the great coffee, the amazing deals I get on the app and THE STAFF!!!

Shout out to Dalton who made my cappuccino. Its literally half empty and not that great tasting. He couldnt even be bothered to fill the ice coffee with more ice to fill the line. For customers just stick to the donuts because obviously coffee is not their thing.

This location is hit or miss... usually a miss...but if u take your cold, or just completely messed up coffee back to the location they will fix it. The problem is that it happens too often. 80% of the time my coffee is either wrong or cold.

his place is really a mess. I made my order on the app for pick up. I got the order missing few items. I realized that when I was home. I also ordered a sandwich on the app and it was not ready when I arrived. I told the manager and it looks like nobody even looked at the order list nor realized it has been ordered. It is sad when you have kids responsible for stuff like this.

They wont let you indoors due to covid concerns but its been almost 3 years now they should have opened their doors long ago but they havent the food is good and the drinks are too but because there is no indoor dining the line wraps around the building and past that be prepared for a long wait time due to that so just a heads up when going here

This place is super convenient for me and close by, but they get my order wrong about 90% off the time! So, most of the time, Id rather just go without coffee. I rarely go here, also the drive thru line is always wrapped around the building in a super cramped parking lot and Ive even seen fights break out between drivers trying to get in line.

Horrible service at this Murphy location as now for two Holidays. Last year on December 26 placed a mobile order and when I came to pick up, the order was incomplete and stated they didn t make enough so sold my order to others. Fast forward to 2021, Halloween and attempted to go in for a simple donut selection w/my kids and a hand written door sign of drive thru only?!!! Sad this location is not positively representing the Brand name in a positive way for the Murphy community.

I ve been to this location a handful of times and it never fails to disappoint. Today will be my last visit after waiting in line for over 15 mins, being charged for an item they said they had but actually did not, and my coffee tasted watered down. I m almost positive my coffee was made as soon as I ordered in the drive thru (which is fine when there s not 3 other cars in front of you). This Dunkin always has a super long wait time since the inside is not open and most of the time they will forget to give you an item you ordered or their way of making a drink is not consistent with other Dunkin Donuts. If you are in this area, need a coffee fix, and prefer Dunkin, you will be paying monetarily AND a lot more in patience. I, on the other hand, will now be going elsewhere.

This place I been stop couple times because is ridiculous to get in the doors are close for any reason is close so we drive to the drive thru and the guy there is not very nice and put u in hurry up order at the end we not enjoy what we want.... thats why I like to get down and look well the menu but is close passing noon they put at door is cleaning or fixing the lobby but we didnt see anyone working on that so very weird.....and I just stop by yesterday 09/29/21 around 2pm so go figures....so Im going start getting another place to stop and not to be this big thing this place been doing close the doors for any reason!!!!

UGH! I know a lot of businesses are short staff due to the pandemic but I kid you not there were at least 4 ppl I counted for sure but it may have been 5. The line here is SUPER SLOW! Its like the person taking the order has to take a breather after everything you order. Then I got to the window and my drink was ready but it wasnt my drink. I could tell from the non-milky color. So Im like its not mines. She apologizes & looks up my order & someone else starts making it. After I get it Im sitting there for 2 minutes at the most & another person comes to the window & says you need something. My response, My sandwich. I ordered a grill cheese on sourdough with black forest ham that tasted strangely like a unknown chemical. Be sure to take a look at the picture of my sandwich w/ those 2 pieces of paper thin ham. This was my 3rd time EVER having Dunkin Donuts & its all been here. Im not a fan. Ill visit a different one to see what I get but I know I wont be coming to this one again because you have to spend too much time here.

Whoever was working cashier needs some better training. He said that he can t put bacon on my avocado toast. When I get it every time like that. He also made my drink completely wrong even though I specifically told him everything I wanted and repeatedly told him how I wanted it. Service was horrible. Should ve gone to Starbucks

Im gonna give you guys a five based on the following. 1. Lifes not easy for anyone today, I appreciate the hustle. Everyone in there is pretty young, working hard. 2. The facility is always clean, very important. 3. Everyone is very polite, and upbeat. 4. Pricing is good, products is good. I get the same order, day in, day out. A medium hot, decaf 3 Splenda, 3 creme, everything bagel toasted well done, butter. Its almost impossible for me to get my bagel back toasted at all, forget well done. Is there some special language I need to say to get a toasted bagel? See below.

Today I stopped in before work to get an iced coffee. The young woman who took my order was polite and spoke very well and with manners, my problem is with her co worker, I am not sure of her name, she had a long braid in her and she was just very rude to me and other customers. She said that my drink had tipped over a little bit well come to find out it wouldn t stop leaking from the bottom of the cup so I might have gotten maybe two drinks before it just totally leaked out of the cup. I understand that they busy but she needs to chill out and not treat customers like that. It s not good for business

This Location is really going downhill, I had a problem with a part of the management team a while back, and whenever he is on duty and I enter the restaurant they immediately begin talking about me on their headsets. They are always out of basics as well, cold brew, mocha swirl, and even LARGE plastic cups. Come on guys, get your stuff in order.... Only reason its not one star is because they remained open during the winter storm we had recently. Hopefully the district manager gets things back in order. Update, not getting any better. So sad that upper management does nothing to address this horrible Location. I wish there were other dunkin locations in this area, only coffee I like. Im just going to keep adding on to my original review. Today I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 drinks because all of the new hires are untrained. A member of management approached me because they recognized my review. Theyre working on these issues I cant help but have little faith in change. The team which seemed to be pushed out Salisa, Lauren, and Tori was always on point. The current team is just horrible from top to bottom except for a very select shining stars!
