Putting my house on the market during the holiday season was a calculated risk. Homes in our area usually sale in the spring and late summer, but Alicia Trotter made my dreams come true and we closed in February. I couldnt ask for a better team to work with during the entire process. Alicia and Courtney are rock stars in my book! My complete trust was not misplaced. I cant say enough good about the Jeff Bird team! From the minute we started looking for houses to deciding to put ours on the marketing & closing on both, it was a fantastic experience. You can tell they truly care about what they do & make sure every step is seamless. Our house sold in 5 days & I know its because of the fabulous job they did, they went the extra mile! Jeff and his team are awesome. Very professional, courteous, with the heart of a teacher. Jeff carefully led us through the process, explained every step and patiently answered all of our questions. Our home sold quickly! This was our second time hiring Jeff and his team to sell our home, and wed happily recommend him to everyone!

My wife and I had been discussing the idea of selling our home for a while, but we were hesitant to take that next step. One afternoon we got a knock on our door and it was Diane Hardy asking if we might be interested in selling. After some discussion I decided to have someone from the Jeff Bird team come out and look at the house and let us know their opinion and how our house would possibly perform on the market. Amanda LaRue came by a few days later and after speaking with her we elected to list the home. Amanda went through the house and gave us a very detailed list of things we needed to do in order to have the home show ready. We completed the list and put the house on the market. The house was on the market for only 4 days before it sold! In the meantime we began working with Diane on finding a home in the China Spring area. My wife and I were very specific on what we wanted. Diane found and showed us multiple houses that fit exactly what we were looking for. However, none of the houses felt like home. Ironically, some close friends informed us they were looking to sell their home. We fell in love with the house and immediately let Diane know. Diane worked extremely hard to ensure the transaction between our friends and us was smooth and professional. We were able to close on both houses and be in our new home for Christmas. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda, Diane, and the entire Jeff Bird team. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and amazing at their job. Amanda and Diane never felt like realtors, but rather friends who were helping us through this transition in our lives. Especially since my wife and I had our second child the day after closing on both homes My wife, myself, and our two daughters are extremely grateful for Amanda, Diane, and the entire Jeff Bird team.

Jeff Bird Home Selling Team helped me sell three houses and buy three houses! The last house was kind of scary, the title company and loan was iffy at best, but Jeff helped me to settle down. Im a type A personality and that takes a lot to get me to settle down. The transaction went through and Im a happy homeowner! Sometimes I think about buying a bigger house and if I do, Jeff Bird Home Selling Team will be who I use to sell my current home and find me a bigger home! They are the best! I refer friends to Jeff Bird because their team is so good.

I had the privilege of working with Jeff and his team as my realtor when looking to purchase and sell our home. He knows the Greater Waco market extremely well; he is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with his clients. Jeff is both very professional and personable. His knowledge of the neighborhoods, home construction, and attention to our other needs (inspectors, insurance providers, and mortgage companies), was so valuable and helped guide us in making the right decisions. We cant thank him enough for his expertise and hard work in helping us find our home in China Spring. We love our home, the neighborhood, and the community!
