Dr.McCarver bio is Amazing that my whole purpose for seeing her; and the back office staff; Amazing. Her nurse that day treated me with the utmost:Care, Tenderness, and Kindness. She was very Professional and attentive and listened to my questions and answered them. All of the Back office staff treated me that way; with Care and Kindness.The front office staff, less to be desired. My insurance Company UHC and Myself were on the phone with one of front office staff members ( which no one responsibility of talking to us; but simply looked around at each; never took responsibility. There was one young lady up front try to apease the situation; but I was so upset for them not handling my business the day before the appt. So I could in and have a plesant visit with the doctor. I simply just couldnt stay. People dont really realize that the Front office the first people that Represent that office. First impressions mean alot! Cassandra Wright

Poor care. Came in on Thursday, October 19. As of tonight, Monday October 23, none of my issues have been resolved which is totally unacceptable. Now I m told that I must be seen again tomorrow, October 24 at 230 pm and NO meds have been prescribed at all. UNACCEPTABLE!!
