Im just gonna start off by saying that this is our new go-to spot for Italian. Our waitress, aka little bird, was absolutely on point. We never asked for any refills because she came with a refill when she thought our drinks might be watered down. She even made us to go drinks. Everything here is made to order, so youll need to be patient. But rest assure that itll come out promptly & itll be well seasoned & hot. Our bread, salad & mozzarella sticks were so good that we were almost full from the appetizers alone. The chicken parmigiana was so good & tender that I wanted to wolf it down. I could here the guy in the back pounding the chicken flat while he was preparing it, so I was excited to try it. The pizza was so full of meat that you got flavor in each bite. We will be back next week & bring our family to try more entrees. Thank you guys for such a great treat & food all that you do. GO TRY THIS PLACE OUT!!!

I pass by this place often and decided to stop by. I m glad I did. It s an authentic cute lil spot. The food was delicious! I had the stuffed mushrooms and spaghetti with meatballs. We went there on Mothers Day this year. The food was great, authentic. It was perfect except our waitress kept forgetting her duties. Luckily, the table next to us had a great waitress, and she served us what we needed as well. We made sure she got her a good tip as well. I should have gotten her name to give her full credit. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the experience. Update: So I came back here for Fathers Day and it did not disappoint. I ate so much I almost burst. Definitely still a 5 out of 5 and our waitress was great this time, even though she was new.

Should of driven to location on Matlock, but gave the Grand Prairie location one more opportunity to make my day. Note the restaurant wasnt busy from 2-3pm. Five tables of two. One table playing board game. Today I ordered Seafood Fettuccine and was offered Alfredo or Pink sauce. I asked for Alfredo please. I was brought Pink Sauce. By the time it was corrected my order, my wife was done eating. My Seafood Alfredo Fettuccine was delicious although the portion size seemed smaller. (Todays world= higher cost and smaller portions) not cafes fault. My wish for this location is: Consistency in food, and delivered as ordered. Maybe another time, till then there are a few good Italian options around Arlington and Grand Prairie.

My nephew recommended this place. I made reservations for 23 family members. I came in from Chicago with my sister. Our brother and S-I-L came in from New Orleans. Misty was our waitress. She was outstanding. Our tables were ready when we arrived. The food was excellent and Misty was very attentive. When in Texas again will definitely return and hope that Misty is our server. We went on a Saturday evening. My family consists of 2 adults and 2 children. We ordered the cheesy garlic bread as an appetizer. My daughter ordered the lasagna, my son ordered the kids fettuccine (no meat). I ordered the chicken aristocrat and my husband ordered the pasta treat with meatballs. We also shared the country salad. For dessert we ordered 2 slices of the chocolate mousse cake. We also brought in our own bottle of wine. Everything was absolutely delicious! We had a perfect dinner! I cant wait to try everything on the menu. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and congenial. Walked in, lady was ready to sit us down but the manager immediately stopped her after looking at us telling her that they were closed for the night. We came at 3 hours before closing and the sign still read open and with a lot of seats open. The service lady had to ask the manager 3 times asking wait really? and manager kept saying they were closed. Unfortunately I cannot make a comment on the food because they refused to serve us. We came in at 7:30 pm, and they close at 10 pm. We walked in and the lady at the front was so sweet and was ready to serve us. Before we were able to get seated, their manager (I think) told her that they were closing for the night. She was confused and he repeated it 3 more times. My boyfriend and I found it strange but we were ok because what else could we do? While we were in the car trying to find a new place to eat at, we watched another couple walk in and get seated. I then called to ask if they were open for dine in and they said they were. I dont understand why we got refused while the other couple was seated immediately. I hope it wasnt because we were asian while the other couple was caucasian. I would just recommend to stay away from this place if you want a pleasant experience because the management is extremely rude.

Wonderful experience! Food was amazing! My man had the chicken aristocrat. I had angel hair with pink sauce and sausage. Very tasty! Service was very attentive w/o being intrusive. Marcus would discreetly remove dishes as we finished each course. Even brought to-go containers before we asked. We were well cared for! Prices are more than reasonable for such a fine experience. Overall i like this place. However I was super disappointed today. I ordered the spinach artichoke dip. Which based off the title would be spinach and artichoke. When it came to the table it had bacon in it. I dont eat pork or beef. All the waiter sad was sorry. So I took it to my mom so it didnt go to waste. Online it has a description which states bacon. We had a big group for a birthday party (mine) which had been pre-arranged. They were short staffed for wait service as well as in kitchen. Staff worked very hard to prepare and serve 12+ people all at once. Took a long time to get food out of kitchen. Food was excellent. We all ood and ahd over the various dishes resulting in a delightful tasting party. I had the eggplant Parmigiano and it was excellent! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! We ve been here several times and have had decent service and good food. Tonight was sub par and quite disappointing. One of the pizzas ordered had meatballs cut up all over instead of on the side and the Stromboli we ordered to go that specifically said No sausage and No Canadian bacon (and it was repeated twice by the staff person) seemed to have extra sausage and extra Canadian bacon as shown in the pic. Upon cutting it open at home the inside dough was completely raw, that is not cheese I m pointing to in the pic. Basically the whole thing is inedible. Disappointed.

Today my party of 10 and I came in one hour before closing. Typically this is not something we would do but we didn t know they closed at 9. Even though we came in late and had a huge party, they took us in and reassured that it was fine. Not just the food is amazing but so are the employees. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by smiles. Although our party came in at different times, the employees were understanding. I have come to this exact location multiple times and have never gotten anything less than the best. It was clean. Nice customer service. It was slow because they were short staffed. Three of us went. We all loved the bread. The bruschetta caprese was weak. My family and I went here for my birthday. Our waitress was Chloe and she was wonderful. She knew about all the dishes, was patient with my grandchildren and provided excellent service. The meals were spectacular. Our favorite was the stuffed veal, but all of them were delicious. I will be going back to order myself the Veal as it was one of the best things I ever tasted. First time here and it was to pick up a to go order. Inside was really nice and the lady atvthe front was really nice as well. I get my food to bring home to my family and my salad had a large friendly flying insect in it. Thought it was a roach at first because of the size but not sure what it was. I called to let them know and they asked that I send pics. Thus was all within 15 minutes of leaving the resteraunt amd within 5 minutes of getting home, unloading the food amd opening the salad. The response is why Im upset. I get it that stuff happens but initial response was thanks for letting us know and were so sorry. After that I just sat there and they proceeded to tell me they had an issue earlier in the week with bugs in the salad, which they dad they threw away. If you had issues earlier in the week I suggest washing the salad mix or inspecting it a little further. The final straw was they asked for name so they could give me a gift card to cover some of my meal. Well why would I want a gift card to eat there again when this was my first experience and you admitted youve had problems. I will not be picking up the gift card and I wouldnt have written a review if you simply took care it appropriately. I feel bad because the place is nice on the inside and again the people seemed very nice but know hiw to take care of mistakes that are 100% your fault. We ended up ordering a pizza because I didnt want my 4 year old twins eating at a place were health issues may be a problem. Over the top maybe, but please do better. I hope you do in the future and I wish you guys the best.

I tried this place when they first open and they were good and had good service. Now that they have been open a while, seems things have changed. Ordered a meat lovers pizza to go, that was it. Three times that asked my name, and what I ordered. 45 minutes later a different guy asks my name and then again what I ordered and says he doesn t have my order. I then said just give me a refund since I have been waiting 45 minutes. His first comment was, you already paid? I had to show I already paid him to get a refund, and then he says it will be 3 to 4 business days. This place has gone downhill in service, you order something and pay and they don t make it or can t find it? I no long recommend this place.

The food was incredibly bland. I was a part of a big party that came and it took forever for the food to come out I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo the chicken didnt even have salt or pepperoni it was so blind. They put very very little sauce on my noodles so most of my noodles didnt even have sauce. And they blamed it on the fact that we made our reservation for our big party the day before and that their schedules had already been made and there was only 2 people working in the kitchen. We got 2 to go orders and neither had any sauce on them just noodles and meat. I dont think Ill be going back to this location.

food is really bad like really bad. i got the rigatoni vodka pasta that apparently has bacon but it s just cheap lunch meat ham. and that s all the pasta tastes like. eggplant in the eggplant parm was leathery? idk how that s possible but wow. the empty parking lot and restaurant speaks volumes haha i wish i didn t come pick up my food

Came to try some new italian to go. Ordered inside because their phone goes straight to VM because it says they dont have it set up. Anyway. The kid didnt place the order for hubbies lasagna. Waited outside already 25 mins. Manager standing right there didnt say boo. No Im sorry no let me take a bit off no smile of apology. A real ...hole. now my eggplant and the garlic bread getting cold and have 20 more mins. After the service I received theyve lost my business. Short lived hope of a good place to eat Italian. Now Ive eaten the food and it was not worthy of a 2nd visit. Hard cheesey garlic bread with no garlic taste and slapped a piece of cheese on there that was never melted into the bread. My italian is better and not over priced. Sauce was not horrible. Thats my review of Cafe Sicilia. To the owner you definitely need a new manager who possesses a semblance of customer service skills

First time dining, food was great and so was the service. Unfortunately, the food now is subpar. Seafood fettuccine says crab, but it s imitation crab. The Alfredo sauce is very thin and not good at all. Service it was a to go order that I did in person, took almost 45 minutes from moment of waiting to place order and then waiting. Could ve been understaffed, but definitely needs improvement all around.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. I ordered the veggie pizza with jalapenos and artichokes. The pizza came with ANCHOVIES and jalapeno. Sent the pizza back and the second time it cale back with artichokes and no jalapenos...the kitchen staff must have dyslexia. Also - restaurant is BYOB so be sure to bring something if you want to enjoy the experience. If not, stick to olive garden. Will not be returning, which is unfortunate, as the staff was wonderful but the food did not match the service.

Walked in on April 30th 2023 with my Autistic son no one acknowledged us for 20 mins and my son was getting irritated ..IT WAS GIVING VERY MUCH PREJUDICE AND ANOTHER LADY OF COLOR WAS WITH HER CHILD AND WAS TELLING IT WAS TAKING MORE THAN 45 mins to get her order and the restaurant wasn t even busy!!! AND I PICKED UP ON HOW THEY CATERED TO THE CAUCASIAN TABLE THAT HAD A SPECIAL NEEDS PERSON OFF JUMP SO ONCE I NOTICED THAT BC MY TABLE WAS LITERALLY NEXT TO THEIRS AND TO NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGE AT ALL WAA DIS HEARTENING SO I GOT MY SON LEFT AND WENT UP THE STREET TO OLIVE GARDEN WHERE THE SERVICE WAS 10X s BETTER !!!!

Food is very good. Unfortunately one person at our table found a hair in her food. Manager or owner came to table, apologized but said hairs float around all the time and sometimes just happen. Should have stopped at the apology. They did offer to remake the dish but at that point our guest was not interested in eating. Very disappointing response and they lost a good opportunity to handle the situation to earn repeat business.

The wait staff is horrible!! There is no organization on how to serve customers. The lady took my order and never came back to our table. Then I called the guy over to see how much longer will my order take. Lol, she never put my order in and now I have been waiting for an hour with NO FOOD!!! No customer service at ALL! Portions are pretty big, ordered Veal Siciliana could feed 2 people. Not sure what its supposed to taste like, first time having it but sauce was on thicker side closer to tomato paste. Flavor was ok, felt its maybe slightly better than what I could make but nothing to brag about. The soup that it came with had better flavor but wasnt able to get the name of it. Would go again for just for the soup.
