Really bad customer service my friends & I wanted to get 7 tats between us After calling, they recommended for me to come in, and leave pictures of what we wanted, went in, and only one man working at the time on a Saturday evening. Called three more times and as of this day have yet to receive a call back. I have gotten 2 tattoos from this place before and wasn t very impressed during those times, but I thought I would give it another chance .. I seem to think these people think that because tattoos are the happening thing to do right now that they don t need to follow up with previous customers because I guess they have business that they don t really need to follow up with anybody else, especially returning customers they will never receive business from me or my friends again

This was my second tattoo with Isaiah and he did an excellent job again. I wanted to pay tribute to my brother passing away through a tattoo about his love of fishing and it couldnt have turned out any better. I get so many compliments on the work. This place is top notch with everything.

My wife and I both recently got matching tattoos and they didnt make us fill out paperwork. And after they did mine we had to leave the room so the guy could clean up. Never heard of that before, didnt see them change the needles etc in front of us. My wife is still tender from it and where she got her tattoo is really red, purple and is past the time to be red etc. Shes never had this happen before and it looks awful her arm.

Huge shout out to Aaron and the front desk dude(sorry bro bad with names) was easy to schedule, very clean, relaxed environment and awesome art. I gave Aaron a idea of what I wanted and he took it and came up with a even better design then I could imagine. The guys a professional! Highly recommend! Can t wait for my next appointment!

Been coming to these guys even prior when Aaron worked at Primal. Known these guys since we were kids pretty much. Never any issues with the quality of work by any of the guys. Trust me also when I say that this is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ individuals. I know that the shop owners wouldnt have it any other way. The shop is impeccably clean and pristine. The best tattoos I have are from the artists here at this shop. Its really the best place in Victoria to get tattoos. They do not offer piercings BTW this is strictly a tattoo shop. If youre in the market for some tattoos - call Top Tattoo you wont be disappointed.

My wife got a tattoo a year ago and the artist (Aaron) was so heavy handed that even after a year the tattoo is still causing trouble. It has scarred up tremendously and til this day it still has not healed up properly. I ve never seen a tattoo be like this after this long.

I will NEVER try to do business with this shop EVER again. I ve tried multiple times due to people recommending me to this shop. I was told to come in when they opened to show them the tattoo I wanted and they would schedule me from 2-6pm because they had an opening. I went to show them what I wanted and they acted like they didn t want to do it, coming up with excuse after excuse. That has happened on multiple occasions when I tried to do business with them. Never had a chance to do business with them and now they will never have the chance to do business with me. I hope they treat others with better service then they did me on those multiple occasions.

I was in as a new coustmer , very nice but did not explain to me about the deposit and now lost 20$ after cancelling my appointment 2 days later. Very upset and they should explain that better or have a sign . Not just sign this and make a deposit. No one reads papers it s 2018.

Scheduled a tattoo two weeks in advanced, put a hundred dollar deposit, and 1 1/2 before I was Scheduled to go in he wanted to reschedule. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone
