Got dry rub lemon pepper wings for appetizer, those were good. Reminded me of wingstop. I got the four 80s steak burger. Honestly, one of the best burgers Ive ever had. Juicy, not tough and great flavor. My husband got the four 80s burger which is brisket, that was also really good. Fries and onion rings werent overly oily. Had a lot of room inside with plenty of TVs for games. I also liked the lighting. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful atmosphere and great service. The only thing that is bad is they allow people to bring their dogs in. Dogs unfortunately carry parasites like fleas, ticks and other mites. It is, to me a very unsanitary practice to allow animals in a restaurant. With all dew respect.

1 star is still too much for this place. Staff is extremely rude. Manager is not available to take compliments nor to supervise staff. Burger I waited on twice due to waitress not being able to do her job and it was terrible. Sad thing is this rude staff seems to be a repeat issue.

Cant even rate the food because we didnt even get it by the time that the rest of the group was done. Advised while ordering of an anaphylactic allergy and asked that it not be on the burger and fries we ordered, the waitress agreed. Then when food comes, both the burger and the fries have it. When we brought this up to the waitress, she argued that they were something else without even looking at it. Never once did she apologize. While everyone ate, we waited 10 minutes for the burger and fries to be remade. No apology from the waitress for the wait either. When asking for a manager, the staff could not find him and said he must have left but they werent sure. Then when trying to address the issue, the waitress was rude and argumentative.

One of our hang-out places, when visiting El Paso. Our waitress (Dean) was very helpful, knew the menu and their specials. Very enjoyable. Parking: Over 50 spaces Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure about sitting. They have tall tables.

The food looked pretty but it lacked flavor and quality. The chicken fried steak was grossly chewy but it looked good and the gravy would have tasted better if they knew how to salt their food. The seafood enchiladas, again, looked nice but had no taste, no spice and the seafood was exactly like the name, a mystery. The Mac and cheese was pasta, milk and cheese not mixed. The service was great, the drinks were weak. The music was fun and they have slots to gamble so if you go for a couple of drinks with a flask in the purse to hang out and enjoy good music, youre in for a good time. Maybe the food tastes better if you get a good buzz going

A group of 40 picky, grumpy old ladies ( Im one of them) went to lunch there! Thank you to Chef Louis, wonderful gals who waited on us and boss man for making our lunch super! Who would think they would cook to order our burgers? They did and they were perfect! All the ladies who ordered chicken fajitas had plenty of chicken. Most had to get a to go box. Wonderful atmosphere and clean, clean, clean! Highly recommend for large groups or just you! We will be back!

I came here to listen to my favorite band-- Exito. Exito played great. However the place was pretty empty. A venue needs a good crowd to really enjoy great music. Im not sure if someone dropped the ball on promoting the live music event. The food was pretty good. I had loaded nachos and they were very good. The server was very friendly, but long lapses went by between check-ins. Overall this is a very nice place, but they definitely need to better plan for special events. One other thing-- the DJ there was very good. Played great music and played great videos on the large TV screens!

I was here the other day and I had Sophia as my server. She was so kind and attentive and had no attitude when I asked about modifications (I ve had servers do that before, not at 480 s.) We came out to eat and enjoy the live band. DJ started playing and raising the volume with every song. It got to the point where we couldnt carry a conversation with each other because it was that loud. My husband asked the Manager to have the DJ lower the volume and he told my husband that he couldnt accommodate his request since the band was going to be even louder. The manager stated other people wanted the music loud but no one was dancing. I dont know how he can say that. An assumption on his part .The place was full and there was a large party going on. The band wasnt the issue since they had not started and we have heard this band play before. The manager offered my husband another table so the music wouldnt be so loud. At the level the music was playing there wasnt a table inside or out where you couldnt hear the loud music. The DJ has been the problem every time we come to listen to the bands. We have asked the DJ to lower the volume before and he doesnt. Our friends have stopped coming here because of this DJ. He plays the same music and shows the same videos every time we have gone. We asked for a specific song the first time we heard him play and he didnt even understand the request and stated he couldnt play it. The Manager finally agreed to speak with the DJ after my husband told him he would be bringing this up with the owner that we had previously met. Once the band started playing the Manager, DJ, and a Security Guard were apparently talking about the loud music and kept staring at my husband. This manager appeared young, immature, and unprofessional to be carrying on in that manner in front of paying customers. We have always had good service and have enjoyed the food. We didnt feel we had a good experience this time and see how things are changing not for the good. Our waitress couldnt tell us the price of certain bottles of beers. We were charged 18% gratuity for myself and my husband because we sat down in a table for 6 since the place was full when we got there. Some of the other individuals that sat at the table came after us and were probably charged like that too. We always tip, but the waitress took it upon herself to charge whatever percentage amount she wanted. She stated that she gets paid through large groups. Two people are a large group?? I thought a tip was a gift or a sum of money for a service performed. She should take into consideration what type of service she is providing and why others may not be tipping her. This is probably the wrong job for her. Not happy with this overall experience and will be going with our friends elsewhere.

Went over with my family on Saturday April 1st around 5pm and walked out after 10 - 12 minutes or so after being seated because no one came to our table or even acknowledge us. I finally asked one server of many passing by if she could get someone for us, and she said ok but did nothing. We told the manager as we were walking out and he said, sorry. We have been there before and honestly enjoyed the food and drinks. We will probably give it another try sometime in the distant future, but Saturday was not a pleasant experience.

We were passing through on our way back to New Mexico. We did not want to stop at just any place, so we looked for a place that had the most vehicles in front. We now know why. This place served one of the best burgers I have ever had. The service was excellent and the laid back atmosphere was perfect. Have always wanted to try this place and finally got the chance. It most definitely did NOT disappoint. Food was delicious, a bit on the salty side for my taste but flavor was excellent. Service was awesome, waitress keep stopping by our table to check on us. Beers are cold! They have a great deal of them on tap. Live band, good food and cold beers made our Friday evening. My wallet was stolen last night at this location while eating there. Even though the Manager provided me with footage of the robbers while they were stealing my wallet. The business did not take any responsibility for the incident nor provided any assistant besides a we are sorry your wallet was stolen. I will be submitting a police report about the incident as well as taking legal action about this establishment for lack of security as well as for not assuming responsibility over the incident along with any loss I might incur as part of my wallet being stolen in their location. Robbers already pulled over $1,200 out of my accounts and this establishment must assume responsibility for it. That is the least thing they could do.

Music was a bit loud for our liking, we had to use our outdoor voices. (8pm) But music was great and good variety. . Atmosphere was nice plenty of Tvs and sports playing. food came out quick and was delicious and drinks were not at all weak. Will definitely come back.

Top notch food and outstanding service. The menu is pretty extensive, and out of the two occasions Ive been there, I havent been disappointed with a dish yet. If youre looking for a combination of quality well prepared dishes and huge screens to watch sports, this is it. Comfortable spot to settle in on game day.

Customer service is top notch. The only detail I would add is the live band that plays various mix genre like Batchta, Salsa, or Merengue . Watch the dance floor get full, true me on this.
