Paul Parsons and his team were extremely professional, and went above and beyond. Before hiring, I was searching around for lawyers that could help. I left a voicemail at his office at 930 in the evening, and Paul called me back after hours to assuage concerns I had about being able to stay in the country, whether I hired him or not. Of course, after that compassionate step he took, I hired him. He and his team procured a green card for me in 3 months! Thats 9 months quicker than I anticipated. Very honest lawyer and I will tell you why. My father went to consult with Mr Parsons to fix his status, after the consult, Mr Parsons was honest and told him that because a missing document he was not going to be able to help him, at this point, my father has already paid for the consult, Mr Parsons caught up to him and gave him his money back, my father explained that Mr Parsons did his job and therefore it was fair to pay him but he said find the missing document and youll pay me then which he did and a little bit later he was able to help him, because of this I also use his services to fix my status. Very honest, upfront and knowledgeable.

10/10 will recommend Paul for the rest of my life. His record keeping is impeccable. He helped my mother in law and husband with citizenship back in 1999. My husband was under 10 years old at the time. We were able to come back to Paul in 2022 and he had the entire file!!! My husbands mother died and he lost his documents and was not even sure if he was a US citizen and had no family to ask questions too. My husband and I have been working with Paul Parsons (and his senior paralegal, Daniel Villela) since Summer 2021 for my husbands green card. Our experience has been great - very quick to respond to questions, very knowledgable and helpful, and very quick to prepare our paperwork. They even started preparing our paperwork before we even got our marriage license. Our case ended up being successful with our timeline being: submitting our paperwork in September, green card interview the following March, and being approved/receiving the physical green card two weeks after our interview (this will vary, of course, due to the busyness/case load of the USCIS office handling your case). Their fees also seemed reasonable (we have no other point of reference), but as two grad students/me starting my first out of school professional job we were able to afford the fees, plus they offer a payment plan option so you dont have to pay all upfront.

I want to take a short moment and share my positive and humble experience working with Mr. Parsons and his team with my immigration case. I got married in 2017, and unfortunately, my marriage did not work out, and in 2019 I got a divorce. Tragically, it put me in a situation with immigration that I would never think would happen. I immediately started to look for an immigration lawyer while I was in the divorce process. With everything going on at that time, I found a lawyer referred to me by another person. The last immigration lawyer, for whatever reason, communication was scarce. Also, it wasnt easy to get in contact with that lawyer. After eight months of not hearing anything and being in the dark, I sought Mr. Parsons help after having a not-so-pleasant experience with my last immigration lawyer. Mr. Parsons immediately called and emailed my previous lawyer for my documents. He would constantly communicate the progress of my case. We went to seek for help with our case. We liked his offer so we decided to move forward with him. We made a pretty decent downpayment. At the end for an external reason he could not take our case and did not want to refund the amount we paid initially, just a part of it. All in one day, is not like he had started the entire process and invested tons of days/hours on it. DO NOT PAY him unless you are 100% you can work with him. Probably my mistake for not bringing my visa to our first meeting, but also his fault for accepting the case AND the payment without checking my visa first.

This is a great Immigration law firm to go to. We went in for the consult towards the end of 2015 maybe September or October . Since my husband came in with a Visa it was a little quicker process. Mr. Paul Parsons is the most knowledgable, professional and efficient attorney in Austin. He worked on my H1B work visas for years and when I got married he and his staff managed my case. When my husband and I went to San Antonio for our interview to get my Green Card, the officer there simply said that he would have to deny it due to us leaving the country while the change of status was in process. So, we called Mr. Parsons who, Thank God, was more knowledgable of the law than the officer himself, asked the officer to check with his supervisors before denying the residency card. Paul is as greedy as Lawyers come. He prays on the desperation of couples going through the immigration process. We visited him which cost us $60 dollars to get a quote and listen to him read customer testimonials. At the end of his 20min monologue he wrote $2400 on a piece of paper and slid it across the desk. This was just for his staff to file our paper work and to retain his legal advise. After further research we found the Immigration Counseling & Outreach Services on North Lamar who are providing the same service to us for $600. You do the math.
