We had an AMAZING time here! My sorority had a sisterhood event here and it was an absolute blast, they taught us everything we needed to know and made sure it was a super safe and fun experience! 100% recommend The Cut!

It s been awhile since I have been here, but the last time or two I went they had a big axe that you got to throw if you tied a game to determine the winner, and you have to say/yell BIG AXE , and when I did it the owner of the place (Billy Luce I think) took a video of me yelling it. But what I am trying to say is that is is AWSOME HAVE FUN!!

It was her first time axe throwing and the staff were helpful and patient in teaching her how to play. Almost a little to well as she started to take the lead in the matches we were playing.

This was my second time at The Cut, and it was wonderful both times. I forget the name of the young man that helped us, but he was fantastic. We hosted a company event at The Cut and it was amazing!! Our employees had SO much fun. We rented out the entire venue for two hours and the The Cut staff ran everything when we arrived - training our employees and running the tournament! We were blown away by their hospitality and how they even had a light-up trophy with our logo on it for our tournament winner. Tony was incredibly communicative throughout the entire planning process, and flexible with last minute headcount changes, etc. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

I was visiting family in College Station and my son wanted to try it out. This establishment did not disappoint. Clean atmosphere, friendly staff, and a lot of fun. A gentleman by the name of Cody helped us and he was a pleasure to deal with. The only thing that this place would need in my opinion is an appetizer menu. Cheers! Kid-friendliness: They were great with my 11 year old who was apprehensive at first with the axe. There is a Chinese star option for him to throw which he did.

I went here a couple of weeks ago for my bachelorette party and we had a blast. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took the time to teach each of us how to throw the axes and tactical shovels, then continued to reteach us when we started to miss consistently. He taught us the games to play and even gave us lots of extra time. He really made the day special for all of us. My only regret is not checking this place out sooner!

I didnt think I would enjoy it very much but it was someones birthday request. I was very wrong. It was a lot of fun! Everyone is very friendly, our coach was attentive but not overbearing, and there are lots of other games to play while youre there. We went on a Saturday at five and got the premium throwing option so we could throw shovels and large axes. The large axes were indeed large and the shovel was surprisingly fun. They had legit league axes for purchase and encouraged folks to try the leagues. The lanes were large and you got to throw two at a time instead of one person throwing, waiting, then the next person goes. The tips were helpful that were offered by the owners and they were pretty personable. Definitely going to come back.

I went here with my girlfriend, and we both have never thrown an axe before. But, with the expert coaching from the staff, we were able have a great time, consecutively hit the board, and compete in the fun games they taught us. We both hit the bullseye at the same time during a head to head game! The thing that struck me the most was how extremely kind the staff was! Great place and awesome people! I ve thrown an axe or two in my life and I can t say enough about how much better this place is than any other I have ever seen. This is REAL pro axe throwing, the coaches are legit and they have REAL cottonwood boards that get changed regularly. No projected screens or end grain targets like other places.

Amazing venue and amazing management/owners and staff! First time in this venue we came feom Waco to compete in a pro league tournament. The venue is amazing and have what it takes to host big events like Collage fraternities, business team buildings, Birthday parties, divorce parties or whatever you like (lol) , professional tournaments etc. The venue is BYOB and if you re hungry while throwing axes ? There s places in the area walking distance to grab a bite, they also have league season to compete and learn more about axe throwing and have a chance to become a pro axe thrower. Come and check it out and you won t be disappointed. Thank you guys it was a blast and fun !

This was the first time my wife and I ever tried axe throwing and we couldn t have asked for a better time. The guys were awesome - super fun, helpful and patient - and showed us how to throw axes, knives and even a shovel. The atmosphere is fantastic, big enough for large events but also intimate enough for first dates. There s also Jenga, cornhole, and selection of drinks. Fantastic time, looking forward to seeing how they grow

Great venue for both learning the ropes and for tuning up the fine skills. I m so happy that two top ten contenders in the World Axe Throwing League have opened up such a great venue here in CStat. I ve tried out multiple axe throwing places in the area and this is by far the best!!!

Absolutely LOVE The Cut and the staff. The coaches are very helpful and encouraging to all skill levels and the vibes are great. Definitely top tier compared to the axe houses we ve been to in multiple different cities.

This is a great place to learn how to throw axes. The owners and staff take their time to coach you and help improve your technique. You can tell that everyone who works there is passionate about this sport. Had a lot of fun and a great time. I highly recommend.
