It was my first time ever eating there and it was delicious for being fast food I would recommend too any body if your going through Victoria and you like burgers the Wendys on Navarro Street is a great spot its clean the bathrooms are very clean and the employees are great Parking: There us plenty of parking and not to far from the front door

We had come for lunch with a chicken salad but.... the chicken was dry and the salad was not very fresh.... then before. to leave I passed in front of the kitchen to go to the bathroom... well the photos perfectly document what type of meat we should have had to find it fresh.....we wont be eating salad for a while!

Food was cold, didnt put my receipt in the bag as they said , Rushed me ordering my food , once received order it was wrong. Then the manager proceeded to argue with my husband so unprofessional and so was that crazy Halloween makeup she was wearing. Never going to the Navarro location again.

Went today ordered and when the lady give us our cups she put her fingers inside the cup and handed it to me. I asked her politely to give us new cups, arent they required to have a food handlers certificate? Because what she did was very unsanitary. Not very impressed with the food either. Miss wendys the way it used to be when it was good.

Whoever night shift was taking order on February 19th around 10:50-11:10 was completely plain and didn t provide any customer service and asked which drink is which and he said it s on the top but both of them literally are diet . Than he said them wrong ! The coke tasted flat and the food was awful! I would love if a manager could reach out to resolve this !

The food is good as always. I and my grandfather were very happy with the service. The cashier was well mannered. Food came out in a matter of minutes. Hearing the workers laughing and talking gave the atmosphere a warmer more friendly vibe. And an A+ on cleanliness.

Went to Wendy s because my son loves the fries, ironically the only thing served hot. The wife and I got a burger each that where literally cold to the touch. When we first got here we couldn t even see any workers except the one who was watching tv on the couch. Then all of a sudden 4 workers appeared

Food was delicious, but the customer service was terrible. The manager looked annoyed with his job and the cashiers were ok. Floors however were sticky, but other than that was cleaned up nice. There also was no ice in the drink dispenser.

The burgers are good. If you order other than how they come its 50/50 on if you get what you asked for. If you are ok with taking some stuff off youll be fine. Remember its fast food. If you want sit down quality i suggest somewhere else... The fries are always lack luster, not sure why. We went drive thru on this occasion. The employees were friendly. Service was fast and got us on our way. I didnt have to cook dinner.

I went there for lunch with my 5 year old son. The cashier that took our order was friendly and helpful. I love that they have a selection of salads since most fast food places dont anymore and the ones that do are small. The salad was a good size. I also liked the fact that I was able to substitute the kids meal drink for a shake without having to buy a shake separately.
