I came into the store a few weeks ago with only an idea in mind but no real place to start. The office manager helped me to make my idea into a beautiful party! She was incredibly sweet from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to absolutely everyone! And we will absolutely use them again! Thank you so much!!!!

My daughter had her sweet 16 birthday party this weekend. We used A Plus Party for our decorations. From start to finish the ladies in the office were so helpful. Everything turned out so beautifully. It was honestly better than expected. I would recommend them 100 times over! I can t thank y all enough for helping my wife to give our daughter the best birthday party she could ve ever wished for. I will definitely be back in the future!

Hello to up coming brides that may be thinking about using this company for their wedding. I would like to share my experience as the mother in law watching my future daughter in law navigate her way through this special time in her life. It was an outdoor wedding and she ordered the the tent from them. A week before the wedding she received a call to let her know that the tent she wanted was not available and they would give her a different one not what she wanted. Also the plate charges she ordered to match perfectly with her wedding decor was not available they substituted it with a dull low lacquer replacement. So disappointing. She rented a white runner rug for the walkway. It was delivered dirty and stained. The Edison lights she ordered to light the tent was a very cheap version that offer very low lighting she could have ordered from Amazon. The day of the wedding she had to drive over 30 miles two times to get the correct color tablecloths she ordered. And the white fold out chairs she ordered was delivered dirty some had mold that could not be wiped out. Very dissatisfied. She didn t have time for some of her wedding photos because of the ripping and running she had to do because they promised something they didn t deliver. Hopefully this will prepare you for what will be in store for you if you use them.

Tent, tables, chairs, linens all Delivered late. They kept giving us the runaround as to when they would arrive. Did not finish setting up until 7:30 pm the night before our event which left little time to decorate. Office staff not helpful but workers that set up were helpful. Linens were all creased down the middle but given the late arrive and wedding the next day, there was no time to steam. When event was over, they would not come and pick up the tent. We ve had it at our house for 6 days now. Would not answer the phone or return phone calls. The tent was nice but the service was not good. Would not recommend this company due to poor customer service.

Communication was awful! Policies were not communicated. My linens arrived with large creases from being on the truck ALL DAY, supposedly since 9am, did not get delivery until after 4pm. Reservation ticket was incorrectly quoted, numerous errors including spelling and phone numbers. Extra fee for chair set up which again was not communicated when placing order. Overall, would not recommend and will not use in the future.

My friends and family have rented from A Plus Party Rentals for years and have never been disappointed. So when we, the Nursery Volunteer fire department, asked about getting a bouncy house for our fund raiser they did not hesitate. They kindly donated one for our event. I decided to go from Kings Party Rental to this company due to a slight price difference. The manager did not disclose a set up fee after ordering and paying for 50 white chairs and 50 sashes for my wedding. The contract did not mention anything either. The day of my wedding I met the delivery man and ended up being short one sash and I had to set up my own chairs two hours prior to my wedding. The delivery man did not know how to tie a sash so even if I had paid extra he would not have known how to tie them. He then brought me four different color sashes to replace the missing one and they did not match so I went without one throwing the whole set up off. People pay the extra money and go with a better company. Meanwhile the manager never answered or returned my phone calls to discuss how upset I was. I even reached out to her on Facebook and she completely ignored me. So disappointed and it almost ruined my wedding. Bad customer service!
