Pretty cool spot to take pictures at, had the opportunity to see Austin s homeless population in their natural habitat. I think when we starting snapping pictures too close to their tent we startled them so they went to go shower in the river.

This is a nice little gazebo area down by the lake. It has been in Austin for for several decades and has beautiful views of the city and park from it.

Nice plaza to visit for scenic overviews of the city. It especially comes to life at night when the city is illuminated. There is a body weight fitness park directly adjacent to the plaza of you come to be fit on the neighboring trail. Even if you dont, its a pretty place to sit and relax.
