Terrible service. Got told I needed deep cleaning and laser treatment on gums. Got it done. Had bleeding gums for months. Finally built up the courage to go to a different dentist. Set up an appointment and turned out by X-ray and diagnosis they told me there was no way they did a deep cleaning by how my plaque looked under my gum line. But they sure did charge me 500.00 for deep cleaning and laser treatment

Smilepoint is my daughters dentistry and Dr. Mangel is the absolute best! She s always been very focused on her job, kind, and caring when it comes to her work. So, when I developed a lump on my jaw and was told I had to go to a dentist to find out what was going on, Smilepoint was first on my list. I called and made an apt for an X-ray and made it clear that I was going in to have this specific lump checked on. I m assuming Smilepoint uses a call service because I was not aware of the actual service that was set which ended up being a routine check up. Dr. Evan s came into the room I was placed in and I was anticipating him discussing the results for my own peace of mind. I didn t expect him to begin a regular routine and when he started I stoped him and asked what he was doing? I understood immediately the issue was miscommunication. I had scheduled an X-ray, or so I thought, and he had thought I was coming in for a routine check up. I apologize and tried to explain, but he was visibly frustrated with me from that moment on. I saw him happily engaging with his staff on the outside then come back into my room when I ended up having to get a tooth pulled and exhibit the most passive aggressive behavior I ve ever experienced from a doctor. I get he was frustrated from the miscommunication, but that does not excuse his behavior and clear distaste to have me sitting in his chair after. Doctor Mangel is an amazing dentist and she s been a wonderful dentist to my children. Im very disappointed that I got Dr. Evan s when I decided to look to a dentist for my concern and ended up with him. His treatment of situation as well as his behavior towards me was entirely inappropriate and uncalled for. I m sure he felt justified because he was not willing to listen to the fact that it was just a simple miscommunication. I hope he develops some tolerance for his patients in the future, unless this is how he acts normally and he s allowed to behave in such disrespectful ways.

Horrible experince for me i had some teeth pulled in June 2024 1100 dollar visit ended up costing me 64,000 in hospital bills over 200.00 for meds and i had to have surgery to correct everything that was wrong im still trying to heal plus pay off dental bill to this day zero stars for me!!

The process for Invisalign is extremely SLOW. At first visit, they lost its data and was forced to wait another month and half to be rescanned. It s been a year with Invisalign and so far top teeth shifted and not much for the bottom teeth. I wish everything could have been a-one-time appointment. Not impressed.

After waiting for an oral surgeon for like 6 months I went it and Dr. Evans told me the tooth needed to come out which I was aware of that and I wanted more than anything for it to be taken out. I was dealing with a lot of pain and lock jaw. They got everything ready numbed me up and in less than 5 minutes the tooth was out. Thanks Smilepoint!

So I had three appointments today for all three of my kids all different times had to be there at 10 this morning until about maybe four but that changed and thank God it did end up, leaving at two all three of my kids and at once it was awesome. Forgot my child s prescription and Lisa literally ran out across the parking lot just to chase me down so I can have it they are awesome totally recommend them for all ages in my ages very from 8 to 15. They are a 10 out of 10. Thank you. You guys are awesome.

positives: the dentist and hygienists are very nice. The person who did my cleaning was very nice and made sure to keep me comfortable. The lobby is clean and they play Netflix. Negatives: they are so disorganized its not even funny. In the middle of my cleaning while I still had the tools in my mouth one of the front desk ladies asked for payment information. WHILE I STILL HAD WATER SPRAYING AND SUCTION ON. Mind you , I showed up on time for my appointment and still had to wait an hour to be seen.Why we couldn t discuss payment while I sat twiddling my thumbs is beyond me. I had given my insurance info while checking in yet I still had to remove the suction tool from my mouth, remove my spit bib and walk, numb and drooling, to my car to retrieve my documents; which I m lucky I had because the front office girl forgot to move a decimal and was trying to charge me nearly double than what was agreed upon. Then, they were rushing me out of the chair during my filling and said I needed to come back and finish the polish. They schedule me for Memorial Day (when their office is closed) and when i come back a day their office is actually open they try charging me for a whole other cleaning because it s after the required 30day window. Well maybe if y all knew when your office is open and closed I would have come within the window ?? Then after voicing this to the front desk ladies they look at me like *I m* stupid and say well I don t understand why you re frustrated with no resolution or answer. .. well no there was an answer: give them MORE money for something they can t even explain what it s for. Because apparently the polishing isnt so important that I needed to come back today but it is so important I have to keep coming every 90days?? Then the payment plan wasn t set up properly because the money was never drafted from my account and so I had to pay upfront. Did I get a call saying that it wasn t set up properly? No of course not, but I assumed it wasn t being drafted because they hadn t finished my procedure (according to my hygienist- I didnt pull this out of thin air) and they were waiting to charge me until they finished their services. Nope. I don t even normally leave reviews but this has been some of the worst service I ve ever had. I would have been able to forgive the disorganization if they were at least nice about it. Instead, I get treated like Im stupid and unreasonable. I paid off my bill and I hope to never have to deal with them again.

I had gone here because I needed a partial bottom plate...the dentist they had (it was a man) did nit listen to what I needed AT ALL...Unpaid them over 1200.00 for things he wanted to do...I had explained Inwas starting a new job and would not be able to miss work for at least 6 weeks so I wanted to get going on the partial....it never happened...I take a look at the paperwor from my insurance company and for my 3 visitis they said I should have paid a little over 300.00...took almost 3 weeks from the time I called them to get 400.00 of it back....guess I should consider myself lucky I even got THAT back. 1200.00-300.00 is 900.00 500.00 mistake I WONT make again!

The dentist was very attentive to my needs. My teeth are very sensitive and she made sure to take her time when performing my crowns. This is definitely the place to get your teeth done. Dr. Mangal was the light at the end of the tunnel! I didn t have the best experience with the dentist before, so I was VERY hesitant on getting any more work done at SmilePoint. She was very patient & listened to me when I informed her that I was uncomfortable in any way. Her assistant even gave me a comfy blanket when I got cold! Dr. Mangal made getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth out a great experience. I m one day post-op and I feel very little pain. I m just sore mainly. Dr. Mangal and her staff are the best!! I went in a couple of weeks ago in tears scared there was no hope for me when my crown fell out and took the post with it. I broke my front tooth and I have an irrational fear of anything teeth related so this was my worst nightmare. But Smile Point dental was able to get me in the same day and got me all squared away! Dr. Mangal and Dymin put me at ease during my root canal and crown placement. My temporary crown looked pretty great considering it was just a temporary! I got my permanent placed today and I think it matches so well! Thank you guys so much!

I was able to walk in needing help and, with just a short wait, was seen and got a tooth crowned! They broke down the costs, got me the antibiotics I needed for afterwards, and really made it a painless experience - and I have irrational fears about dental stuff! Absolute 10/10, will be going here again for any future dental work!

I took my grandson here. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with every single member of the staff. Especially Lisa. She is beyond helpful and reassuring. The doctor was amazing. Just this week I had extensive oral surgery done( 10-9-23)and I have to say, I am just so thankful and in awe how great the experience was. Son had a appointment at 11 am in this office hours on door say 830-530 office locked at 1030 am a lady unlocked door me and my two special needs sons walked in I had my two sons sit down she told us we could not be in there we had to wait in our car till 1100 . so we went to our car got in and seven people went into the building they where not told to wait in their car .needless to say I canceled my son s appointment and we will not be back .BEWARE if you have special needs children they do not treat them right ..

Very disappointing I go on my lunch breaks and have to use my PTO and still unable to be seen. So it is very irritating. I chose them because its close to my work. There seems to be poor time management. I wish I wouldve chosen a different place

Went here and found out I had periodontal disease, ended up having to get dentures. I spent so much money for my surgery and 2 sets of dentures to get the perfect smile that they promised and all I can say is I m very unhappy with my dentures they re ugly crooked and don t even fit right, I ve reached out to them, emailed called and NEVER gotten a reply, sure were quick to keep pulling payments out. Just basically got the run around that someone would call me back and never got the call back!!! Definitely don t recommend them at all!!! Very upset with them!

Best experience EVER from a dental office!! Dr. Espinosa gave me options for my treatment plan. I m going to need extensive work done and she asked which was the first thing I wanted to work on. I told her it was a front tooth that needs a lot of work. She gave me 2 options for treatment. My last dentist office only gave me 1 option. Viviana in the front office worked up the insurance and walked me through every single option and the out of pocket cost. They have additional financing options and I was even able to apply for 0% financing based on my cash flow in my bank account! I was approved for a good amount but still had just under $1000 that needed to be covered. The dental office also has in-house financing and I m able to put that additional amount through their in-house financing. I m going to be able to have one of the most self-conscious issues with my teeth and my smile taken care of in the next 2 weeks! And it s only taking that long because of my schedule actually, they can get me in to get started on a couple of days! My family will now be coming here and I will tell everyone I know if they want compassionate dentists and caring office staff, Smilepoint Dental and Orthodontics is where they need to go!!

1000% Recomend Smile Point Dental off hwy 59 by Walmart. I Had to get 2 teethises extracted it was totally painless and super fast. Went back for impressions , then a couple weeks later my partials came in. They were not a perfect fit, ( which Im sure is normal) but theyve gone out there way to get everything adjusted to satisfaction. They even let me keep the old ones as temporaries until the new ones come In. Every 1 there is super nice and professional especially Shaina she has been great through this whole process thankyou for every thing and going the extra mile. I really appreciate it. 5 stars aint enough

Everyone there treated me like a queen. I had to have 13 teeth pulled and got dentures. Im 68 years old and have been to a dentist three time in my life. I was scared. Someone stayed with me the whole time the teeth were coming out. Thank you Victoria Smilepoint. Havent smiled in over 50 years. Nor have I had pictures taken. Shayna and the rest of the staff are just wonderful.

I 100% recommend this place. They are so nice and helpful. The girl that did the x-rays and helped the doctor was so amazing I will be coming here for now on. I believe the girls name was Jamie. She so so sweet. Best dentist visit Ive ever had. And the doctor was amazing as well. She talked to me before she worked on my mouth and she really helped me. Unlike the other doctors they like to mess up your teeth so you can go back and they steal your money. But this doctor want to make sure she gets it right the first time. The doctor here went out of her way to help me today. Thank you so much. I will be back.

Poor Customer Service I went online and scheduled my daughter s appointment. I received confirmation, along with the 7-page new patient packet (which was completed). To make the process smoother I also input my insurance information. I show up for my appointment and the office is closed. I was able to reach a representative in the office who informed me that my appointment was canceled. I asked why I wasn t notified and the answer I received was, You booked the appointment online. REALLY! A representative with SmilePoint canceled the appointment and COULD NOT notify me (phone, email, or text)? Remove the option to book appointments online!

Wouldn t recommend if you value your time. Arrived at 12:15 for my 12:30 appointment and by 1:10 they were still trying to verify my insurance, even though they called me the day prior to verify my information. I had to relieve my babysitter by 2pm which would ve been enough time for my appointment if they didn t waste an hour. Asked if I could return with my child and they said they were going to lunch soon. So I m not sure what they would ve done if I just stayed in the waiting room - had me waiting another hour through their lunch? I had to reschedule and the soonest they had was another month out. Very unprofessional and unaccommodating.

I have not yet experienced the office in person, but I called to make an appointment and spoke with Martin #c913. He was super friendly and answered all my questions kindly. The next available appointment was a few weeks away, but I explained that I had a kiddo that may have a cavity and he worked out getting me an appointment for him in just a few days. This kind of customer service is a huge relief to a very busy single mother of two. Thank you Martin. I hope you get the kudos you deserve.

Just wanted to recognize Kacen and Tam on their hard work. My temporary crown had come off and the office was swamped... but Tam had gotten with Kacen to put it back on after I was initially told Id have to wait over the weekend... but Tam was so nice and Kacen didnt even take 5 minutes...and its still on no problems. He really knows what he is doing. Everyone is great there even ladies up front. And the dentist dr. Espinoza is the bomb... I hope she stays around.
