I attended a bridal shower in the gathering room today. Wonderful location with a sliding glass door for privacy. As usual Sertinos Cafe outdid their selves with the coffee selections and sandwich trays! Clean facility, safe environment, and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I stopped in on the way out of town to grab coffee and were very impressed. The midnight mint frozen coffee was tasty and indulgent. The bananas foster latte was light and sweet. Stopped by when passing through Beaumont this past weekend and was happy to see Sertinos is still here! I stopped and grabbed an Ice Coffee and my wife picked out a hot White Chocolate Mocha. Both hit the spot. We were greeted warmly and got our drinks very fast!

Im not a big coffee person, but Sertinos offers more than that. The Baristas are not only friendly but very knowledgeable of their products. The coffee suggestion made by the young lady was very good . I believe she told me it was one of her favorites . The suggestions for sandwiches, considering my preferences and taste, from her were on point. The sandwich that I had that day was outstanding (thanks Kim!). The atmosphere there is one where you can either people watch, have small gatherings, or have private conversations with your friends. I have known the owner for almost 20 years when he opened his first location. I am very happy that his business has flourished as it has. Hes a great guy!

I order a grande Mexican hot chocolate a mocha frappacino with half the amount of coffee flavoring and a large water. The very nice n sweet lady that helped me gave me suggestions of monkfruit sugar substitute. I didnt get her name but just hope this gets shown to her. She is definitely a gem to your facility! The food always tastes great and is fresh. The reason I dont give them 5 stars is due to management. Ive noticed a high turn around rate, and the high frequency of new employees has yielded less than par skillsets recently. This place used to be 24 hours, and I used to see a lot of the same baristas, but lately its been new people every time. The manager needs to implement a way for debit transactions to add a tip. That small change alone could go a long way, in employees staying longer. They also stopped the rewards program, and for that I also visit less.

***ATTENTION THOSE WHO WANT TO RENT THEIR EVENT ROOM*** I had previosuly reserved their event room for a meeting with my employees. We showed up right before 9am (our reservation was from 9am-12pm). There was a lady, whom I believe to be the manager on duty, tell me that Im sorry, this is the second time this has happened in two days, but someone double booked this room. I was very upset and told her, What are we supposed to do? I had employees drive over an hour for this meeting and now I have to send them back home. She got frustrated with me and pointed me to the main dining room (which was FULL of people drinking coffee). I let her know that the whole reason we booked the event room was the fact that it has a projecter we can use to project all our meeting notes on. She just said, Well I dont know what you want me to do about it. These people reserve this room every Saturday for a defensive driving course. I gathered up my group and we ended up having our meeting next door in a taco shop. Which was a disaster to say the least. I dont fault this manager for how she talked to me (as I was VERY angry and had a lot of attitude that I was giving over) but I was dissappointed in the fact that she didnt try to remedy the situation by blocking off another portion of the cafe and offering a comp on the reservation price. There were different ways she couldve handled the situation...Needless to say, the Business Christmas party of 25-30 people we mightve had there isnt going to happen. There are plenty of other places we can rent to have our get togethers. I just wanted to post this review so other Business Owners dont make the same mistake I did and book a reservation with this place. If you do, call the day before to ensure they didnt double book you!

Straight up 5 in everything! I love coming here and the staff is always friendly. If you arent sure on what to get, ask the batista for a recommendation, they usually dont disappoint there! My recommendations are: Chunky Monkey (iced, hot, or frap), Almond Joy (hot), Snickers (hot), and German Chocolate (iced, hot, or frap). For food, I suggest getting the hot BLT. Its nice and toasty and has cheese on it. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I suggest at least going there once before you leave town. Dietary restrictions: Someone I consider family is on a keto diet. When she asked if it was possible to get a dish like that, the owner of the store was super helpful to her. He understood what she needed since he was following the same diet plan. Kid-friendliness: I came here with my daughter and her adoptive mother. The staff were super friendly towards her.

I absolutely ADORE this place. They offer many things, coffee, breakfast, lunch, wifi, plenty of comfortable seating. The owner and workers are always very sweet and can put a smile on your face on your worst days. Kim was our barista and she is spectacular! Wonderful coffee suggestions and a vast knowledge on her menu items so she was very easily able to make recommendations for my family and Its drastically different pallets, plus she also had the patience to allow our 2 year old to order her own coffee lol it was what she called a steamer for moms and dads wanting to get something for their little ones. Service like hers is difficult to come by these days. And lets be sure to mention that if youre a frappe person like me, theirs are smooth with NO CHUNKS! Be sure to stop by and give them a try! Met my daughter for breakfast. Lots of coffee choices, but I dont drink coffee. We chose the bfast sandwich. I had a croissant with egg & bacon...very small egg portion...looked like a pre-made circle...1 oz or 1 medium egg...not very big for $4.00+. My daughter got the bagel...same egg, but the cheese made it look bigger...it was a very nice atmosphere, and the manager (I think) was very friendly and sporting with conversation. I come here almost everyday to study for my boards as it s usually pretty quiet. Their mexican mocha (all of their espresso honestly) and their cheesecake is very good, and the baristas are so nice!!! Fair prices too. Our #1 coffee place for years!! We come here frequently. Everytime our coffee is made to perfection. We see the owner inside working as a team with his employees. The leadership in this establishment is beyond amazing which is clearly shown. We are never disappointed with anything we order. The owners and staff are always friendly, and it is a wonderful place to just relax, study and even visit. It is a family oriented establishment. My kids have had coffee (without) caffeine or they are able to choose from a variety of ice cream, muffins and a deli. They even have a few gift items available. I refuse to buy coffee anywhere else!! I would definitely recommend coming here not just for amazing prices but the quality and welcoming atmosphere.
