Absolutely would not recommend this dental practice! I had replacement dentures made and they need an adjustment. The dental office is telling me that they dont have an appointment for another 3 weeks. They knew when I left their office a week ago with the dentures that they were not fitting correctly. Very unhappy

went and got 1 tooth pulled people seemed so sweet told me they were going to do everything possible to help me get full set of dentures asap and it was going to be over 11,000 for everything I got insurance and all but when I call they have a attuide w me and arent really trying to help me they are making me feel as I am getting on there nerves and Im tired of hurting can anyine recommend a better place and some where I can pay them monthly if anything I have good insurance I loved Aspen but now they have made me feel like my ex did i can tell they dont care nor trying to help me :(

My first visit went very well. The technicians were very courteous, kind efficient when the dentist came in to review everything. She was very thorough and explaining the situation I face when they told me what it was gonna cost. I realize that my insurance wouldn t pay for much of it and we only get done certain things at this time, hopefully I can get the few things done. Couple crowns a repair on an implant and a filling and after that will proceed with the remainder of the implants, but we just have to take one at a time. I think it was good.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this office. The doctors are so nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. I had 2 extractions done by Dr. Amadhi and didn t feel any pain. I healed quickly without any problems. The DA s are all super nice and helpful. I recommend them 100%. Best dental office in Victoria!!!!

Everyone at Aspen was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my visit. However, I don t have insurance and the prices were outrageous. That is the only complaint that I have. you do get the examination and x-rays free if you don t have insurance. That was a nice plus. I need a tooth extracted and some cavities filled. The prices were just way too high. Other than that the place is excellent.

I went in with horrible pain from my wisdom tooth. Well long story short it took forever for the dr to come into the room to see me and when he does the oral surgeon doesn t even want to make time to extract my wisdom tooth because they were ready to leave for the day because they finished early . That s ok though I wouldn t want a poor job done anyway.

I ve been pleased with the work of the dentist, hygienist, and other dental workers, but the office is terribly unreliable. Canceled appointments even though I confirmed, failure to enter insurance and finance information, multiple quotes that don t match, late cancellation on their part. (They called to cancel my 8:00 appointment at 7:30.) Poor office management overall.

Updated review - The attention of the dentist, hygienist, assistant were excellent. Bit of disrespect checking in and problems getting my dental records. One contact questioned me getting the free X-Rays and going to another dentist to get the work done, when that was the recommendation of the dentist that she couldnt do it and for me to return after having the other work done. Overall positive experience during the visit. Although now that it is time to return, I am hesitant about returning for the completion of my free visit/cleaning, if I am going to be looked down upon for using the free consultation to get a second opinion to help me make the best choice for my dental care. Not my intention to take advantage of them either.

I can say that after staying away from a dental office for a long time (7year). Give Aspen a chance after moving to Victoria was the best thing I ever did. Dr. Cruz was amazing with my extractions and fillings that were needed. Dr. Ahmadi was very helpful in explain what I needed and the importance of getting it Done ASAP. Front desk was helpful with the set up process as a new pt. The cherry on the cake was the office manager that was helpful with the financing. Over all the STAFF was great and helpful with al my needs in making the experience pleasant. Thank you

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. The Drs.are amazing..I saw Dr Cruz. He came in with a smile and made you feel at ease. He talked to me and helped me understand the various things that could be done and what he thought ,but the final decision was left up to me,I wasnt pushed one way or the other.i would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Victoria Texas. The office manager does everything possible to help you with setting appointments up. And helps you with your insurance or in house lending if you need it.She will also answer all your questions and concerns. Giving me the run around on my appointment. My first appointment they turned me away and asked me to reschedule, saying theyd like to do everything in one visit. I asked if it would just be easier to do the exam and schedule from their, the lady in the office told me itd just be best to do it all in one day. Fast forward a week and I get a call confirming my new appointment, they tell me that it will just be an exam.... then what was the point of rescheduling??? Reported you to the authorities for fraud We paid in advance & showed up for oral surgery after waiting MONTHS to get in. You did not have the appropriate equipment for monitoring vitals on a sedated patient and the operating area was in complete chaos and not set up appropriately. We opted not to go through with an unsafe procedure. Your office promised a full refund to us. This was two months ago. We have not been paid back. Your office manager refuses to return our calls. Your staff are now playing games with saying that we are not on a privacy release authorization so you refuse to speak to us when we call. I am under Humana federal employee insurance. I have reported YOUR OFFICE to their fraud department and provided them the financial transaction receipts (debit) from my bank account by YOUR office. We will be seeking legal punitive damages by the state of Texas against your office. I do not recommend using this location or services for dental procedures. They are criminals.

Im grateful for being able to eat again after 3 years but I feel I must warn future disabled folks that,the system gets you excited by blessing you with a $3000 dental benefit to help you achieve a winning smile,and get dentures to eat your favorite crispy foods,but unfortunately not all dentists promoting *winning smiles* are willing to do that with us...we get low quality appearance,workmanship in how their cut but the worst is they show you 2 dark stained prototypes and tell you to choose so when your outside in the daylight all you see is yellow...taking the word *benefit* out of the equation,its embarrassing...You deserve better!!!!

i used to love them but after this last visit, y all are definitely my last place to go too now. appointment at 11am don t get called back till 11:45am. waited even longer in the back. i didn t leave there till 2pm. super ridiculous. i was checking out and the lady just kept trying to sell me all the things i didn t even need. i ended up paying $150 for a machine flosser that i could have found cheaper somewhere else. my visit alone should have been $30. i literally told her i was overwhelmed with all these things i was needing and all these numbers she was throwing at me and she didn t even seem to care. will never go back. I was able to schedule an appointment easily for the next day first thing in the morning. I was seen within ten minutes of arriving. Everyone that I dealt with (including the receptionist, x-ray tech, hygienist, dental assistant, dentist and office manager) was very nice and went over all information thoroughly. The dentist took her time when going over my treatment plan and explaining everything well and patiently and thoroughly answered my many questions.

Dr Hill and the entire staff are fantastic. Fun to work with and you feel you re in great hands. My dental work was extensive and long hours in the chairs over many visits but Dr Hill and the dental technicians made sure that I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain or discomfort.. BEWARE!!! I had a broken wisdom tooth on the lower right side that needed to be pulled. They informed me that the left side wisdom tooth needed to pulled as well. Both molars next to those had crowns. Dr. Ahmadi managed to accidentally pop both off. What do you expect when you use a crowned tooth for leverage ? The other one she barely touched . Accepted ZERO responsibility and lied to corporate saying it never happened. That means I get to eat the cost of two crowns and all the prep work fees. Mind you, I had those crowns for YEARS and didn t have a single problem with them. Until this dentist got in my mouth. To say I m mad is an understatement. I didn t expect them to lie, that s for sure.

Took over a week to get an appt due to staff shortages. Website wants you to fill out 8 pages of forms. Upon arrival 10 before appt time front desk clerk did not know what to do with them. Wanted me to fill it all the information again on a tablet. Several persons who had come in after signing in were treated long before me still while I was waiting. I was told on three occasions it would only be a couple of minutes more. After waiting an hour I left, and was never seen or treated. If I get billed for non-service they will receive a bill for my time as well. One other thing, Do Not sit in the chair next to the plant in the corner of the waiting room. You will be swarmed by insects.

Went on to have a tooth extracted and Dr. Hill made sure I felt NO PAIN. Even the injections to numb me were so minimally invasive, I barely knew when it was happening. After some tugging and pulling, the bad tooth was free and so was I. Easiest extraction of my two I have had bu dentists. Dr. Hill has the absolute best bedside manner and understands your fears. Very friendly staff. Easy scheduling and I had the most pleasant experience all around. This place is non judgmental on everything from the condition of your mouth to your wallet. If I could give no stars I would. I came in with a dental emergency, I left with a dental emergency and a referral to a surgeon. They took X-rays , they checked my gums. As I was physically crying and shaking nobody numbed me for the entire time. I left with a referral for a tooth extraction and was told that an antibiotic and steroid prescription was at Walgreens for me to pick up . ITS 12:53 pm the next day WALGREENS STILL HAS NO PRESCRIPTION FOR ME TO PICK UP . I have been eating ibuprofen and calling other dentists out of town . If aspen reads this GET ME MY PRESCRIPTION SENT TO WALGREENS SO I DONT DIE OF INFECTION please

Had been here 2 years ago and Dentist was rude very unprofessional and decided to go somewhere else. Recently decided to try Aspen again and heard there was change in Dentist and management boy what a difference in my experience. Now would definitely recommend Aspen. The receptionist Charisse was so sweet. I needed to get in on short notice and she set me up within 2 days and still called to confirm my appt the day before and had everything ready to go with my insurance before I got there. Everyone that worked with me was so welcoming and happy to answer all my questions. Dr. Ahmadi explained everything which made me feel super comfortable with the treatment plan. I had no idea my teeth needed correcting. I always thought my teeth were okay bc they looked straight to me but she showed me and explained the issues. She told me that the correction of my bite may even fix my migraines which Ive been have so often lately. Im excited to go back and start my correction.

Dr was really nice and helpful! as far as the secretary at frond desk, I had made an appointment there days prior to today s visit! Was told by secretary that she had today at 4 pm, so I said ok. She started that is all she had available but I informed her if something opened up sooner to let us know. So today I got a voicemail at about 245pm stating a sooner appointment came up but mind you I have 4 pm so I just decided to stick with 4pm appointment as agreed. So we go in here is where it gets sticky! The secretary stated to us due to it being so late at 4 pm appointment all we can do is an examination! Well my daughter has been in severe pain as I let her know sense day of appointment schedule, but she also lied and stated she told me that all that can be done is an examination and lied and said she advised us of this and stated we do not handle emergency situations this late!! But clearly on door it states emergency walk-Ins mind you we had appointment! I demanded to speak to manager so I did, she apologized for secretary and as I continue to tell her story Dr over heard our conversation and came by and stated she understand and will help your daughter and see what we can do. Thank you Dr. but as far as secretary not so happy so I have to give 1 star as we all know are employees reflect our business the first impression can always be remembered!

5 stars does not do this dental practice justice for how well they look after their patients. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the oral surgeon, displayed excellent customer service and bed side manner. They were expedient but thorough, and took time to answer questions. Most notable were 2 very kind, patient, and helpful assistants named Latika, and one named Keana. I was sure to get their names, as they deserved the recognition. Visit Aspen Dental for 10/10 service

After my cleaning I was given a bottle of rinse, which I have had in the past from other dental offices. They don t tell you that they will BILL you for it. Now I don t mind paying for products, however, they charged $27 for this one bottle. With a Rx, (which can be written by any dentist), for this same product at Walmart you get 3 bottles for only $10!!! That is absolutely ridiculous. I m more upset that they don t disclose this information to you up front. You get a bill for it a month later!!! Very dissatisfied.

I was dreading most of all the shot when you get worked done. I was totally surprised that it wasnt near as bad as ones I have had in the past. I think she numb the gums before the shot.not positive but barely hurt. My Dr was very nice and everyone was nice smiles and most of all informative. Walked into Aspen dental with my face looking like a chipmunk. Absece over a chopped tooth. Just needed antibiotics and follow up appt made to extract cracked tooth. They couldnt fit in an EMERGENCY in . Ended up having to go to the E.R (Detar north) they took care of a very serious situation got me on strong antibiotics. Adorn dental will be the last place I go to get it pulled now

I went in for a routine cleaning and they tacked on additional services without letting me that it was not covered by my insurance. When I was left with a big bill, the girl in the billing office just told me if I dont pay, itll just go to collection. Im more annoyed that it wasnt disclosed prior to the services that they werent covered by my insurance. I would not have had them performed.

I had a very good experience!! Setting the appointment was super easy the woman on the phone was very courteous spoke calmly and didnt pressure me to speak fast or seemed like she wanted to get off the phone like other places. The staff when I arrived were very nice and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and explain everything in detail. Hannah the woman that did my x-rays was very sweet, and was very productive and quick. Which made the slightly uncomfortable experience of getting the x-ray much easier. I would definitely recommend making them your new dentist.

Hanna was amazing!! I was very fearful of seeing a dentist! Hanna was the First Lady I got to see there and she made me feel son comfortable (continuing to check on me and to just be very supportive). Cassie was the hygienist very sweet lady!! Nice place to land when my dad was suddenly in a hospital 4 hours from my home and I had a toothache. Dr. Ahmadi and others working with her were kind and knowledgeable. They referred me to an endodontist who was able to see me that afternoon and complete a complicated surgery a few days later. I would switch dentists if they were closer to my home.

Right now I am not very happy with them. I have been trying to get in since Tuesday and have been told I would get a call back after they spoke to the doctor. I have called back several times and they are still waiting to talk to the doctor. Really? After 4 days? Does the doctor not respond to messages? I even called the emergency line last night and still no response. Now I have an abscess that I will have to suffer with over the weekend!!!

Worst dental experience I have ever had. Waited for 2 hours, just to get to the back and have them try to take X-Rays on me about 100 times and still could not get them done. I tried to have patience before I walked out,but the person taking the X-rays was rude and did not seem to care shoving the instrument in and out of my mouth very rough and left me 3 cuts on the inside of my mouth. Said it was because my tounge was in the way.I Have studied for Dental Hygiene and have never had a problem at any Dental office before. Over all I feel it was a very disrespectful and unprofessional experience. I will not be returning for that type of service.

Christie the office manager was extremely courteous on the phone. Even when I was very rude and demanding, she kept her cool. I was having a bad day that day. Once I realized how I was treating her, I apologized. She gracefully accepted it. This isnt just a wonderful example of phone etiquettes, its a beautiful example of how to be a wonderful person. BIGGEST RIP OFF IN VICTORIA TX. I went in to get a second opinion on possibly needing a root canal. I told the receptionist and nurse that I couldnt do the panoramic x-ray due to my insurance would only pay for 1 every 3 years. The nurse said that they wouldnt charge for it due to they had a free cleaning and x-ray promotion for anybody who didnt have insurance. I told her again that I have insurance. Needless to say I receive a bill for $82 because they sent everything to my insurance and of course my insurance wouldnt pay for the panoramic x-ray. I called them 2 times and pleaded with them to drop the $82 charge and they said that they wouldnt. Surprise... now its on my credit history for not paying. Super rip off. Trust me. Dont get scammed.

The staff is pretty nice, but the overall office really has a hard time following up and managing appointments. Went there once, and they forgot to call me to tell me I should have arrived an hour later due to their mismanagement of appointment times. When pregnant, I called to ask if they d be able to do a procedure. They ASSURED me they d be able to, so I went to my appointment. When I got there, I waited an hour before going back and was told that they wouldn t be able to do the procedure after all. Then went to get wisdom teeth removed, waited for 4 hours, and again, was told they d rather not remove my teeth due to my age! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after 3 screw-ups, I finally switched to a dependable dentist. And, after finding a new dentist and getting updated x-rays, I was told they d left part of my tooth in from a previous extraction they did a year ago. Now, I have to pay twice for a procedure they should have done correctly in the first place. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff is nice but all of them, including the doctor, are completely incompetent.
