Am unable to fully verbalize how grateful I am to Attorney Nicholas Westbrook. When it finally donned on me that I had to file bankruptcy, I was very very devastated because I have always been a very responsible and careful person, I believe in doing things the right way and I didnt play around with my credit, but life happened to me. When I went to Attorney Westbrook, he was very honest, open and caring. He was there for me, answered the million questions I had. He even cared and asked how I and my kids were gonna survive at one point, I was taken aback because lawyers usually worry about business and money only, but Attorney Westbrook cared. He is a genuine, caring, awesome and nice person. He was there for me during the meeting of the creditors, he guided me so closely and it went very well. He and his amazing secretary Jessica, were so so wonderful, Jessica is so so sweet, a wonderful human being, am very thankful for them. Also, his price is so low compared to every other law firm I contacted. Others wanted $2500 but he charged less than 50% of this amount, I was so lucky to have found him. He is definitely your bankruptcy lawyer. He covered all the important aspects of the bankruptcy. Call him if you have fallen on hard times and have to file bankruptcy. FYI: No one paid me to write this review. I was a real client of Attorney Nicholas Westbrook and this is my real life experience with him. I had a consultation with Mr Westbrook about my wanting to file a chapter 7 case. The case was complicated and Mr Westbrook spoke with me at length to clarify the details of it. Finally, he told me the area of the law that my case dealt with was not his specialty and he could not in good faith take on my case because he didnt want me to risk my assets. He refunded me my consultation fee and also went out of his way to find a lawyer for me with more experience in that area. He is so honest and kind, I would recommend him to anyone. Definitely not a lawyer thats just in it for the money, he seems like he really wants to help his clients.

I didn t feel comfortable talking to him on the phone something about him makes me feel uneasy !! He is a little rude and only explains if you ask especially if my first question in the paid phone call was (can you explain the process for filling bankruptcy in general for me please especially with the covid 19 going on ) never volunteer information about case process in general! Most clients will call with lack of knowledge so they expect a little leniency from the attorney if a common question is asked!! also Jessica his assistant was friendly but not responsive , his office charged me $100 to answer 5-6 questions which is ridiculous another reason why I gave his office 2 Went with another attorney paid him $800 More than what Mr. Brooks office were asking me but I know I feel good about paying more but in return I get more experienced attorney and more friendly and responsive service. I am not saying don t go with his office but my personal experience was as I stated above. Good luck everyone

Life is not always kind to us as a loving aunt. In a very short period I lost both my health and job. And everything collapsed. To find a proper position with physical disabilities and in 60s it s extremely difficult single person my savings melted like ice cream, and debts began to grow like palms in tropics ...
