Well the customer service was great..... And the Monte Cristo Sandwich my fiancee had was delicious but my food wasnt. I wasnt satisfied with my order at all and my napkin had a hair on it. But I wasnt in a fussy mood and the manager and waitresses were nice. Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly atmosphere. But it did have a bar. Wheelchair accessibility: It was wheelchair accessible

Had the 14oz steak, ordered medium, center was closer to well than medium with black charcoal grains on it. Not properly seared. I had 2 different margaritas, a regular and a baha. Taste was off, sweet but overly tang. due to flavoring and mixtures Im sure. Look forward to a future attempt.

We came in about 8pm on a week night so the dinner rush had tapered off. Our service was pretty poor. Everything took a long time. To greet us, to bring drinks, to get our boxes and check. Her attitude was so indifferent and unhelpful. She never once checked in after the food was dropped off. After the food was dropped off the next time I saw her was to ask for the check. I ve served/bartended for 20 years. I know if a server is busy I don t hold it against them but it wasn t a super busy night. Also, there was a table nearby that was so loud and obnoxious that it overwhelmed the dining room. Management should not allow a table to be that disruptive to everyone else. I left with a feeling that I would never return to a Cheddars.

I know you should only get steak at a steakhouse but someone suggested I give it a try here. Bad idea. Steak was tough and slightly overcooked. We took our family to cheddars in Tyler for dinner today and the experience was very disappointing. First the portionsize of the salad was off which was promptly corrected but when we found plastic string in the seasoned rice and pointed it out we received no apology or a Manager to come over to the table to fix the issue. A piece of plastic string is a chocking hazard and should not be taken lightly. Unacceptable! We used to love coming here but this experience made us question coming back and spending our money here.

Their staff is a hit or miss. Generally though - croissants are timely, fresh, and delicious. Chicken fried chicken is a good thickness, cooked evenly, and good breading. Texas toast is crunchy. Like their sweet corn, mashed potatoes, and broccoli rice casserole. The potato soup is also very good. Would not recommend the cookie dessert, the cookie has a weird flavor with too few chocolate chips. The new watermelon vodkarita is a hit or miss. Parking: Ton of spots on location. Wheelchair accessibility: Single level, easily accessible bathroom, good parking, areas for inclines instead of steps.

Whether you dine inside or on the patio, the atmosphere is great. There is also a bar, however Ive not been on there yet. We love the patio with the fire lit and the waterfall. Makes a great date night or just a great place to have a drink and catch up with a friend. The food and service has always been great and the prices are reasonable.

Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing! We were served the honey butter croissants right after we sat down and ordered the cheese curds. We also ordered the chicken tenders the country fried chicken and bourbon glazed salmon. The salmon was served late because of a mistake but they came to tell us and took it off the bill. We also ordered the Maui and painkiller beverages and those were good as well!

The girl that seated us Mattie or however you spell it was very rude and had a stank attitude. A very ugly look on her face and she just threw our menus on the table and just walked off. I watched her the remainder of the time I was there and she did the same to alot of other customers as well as she almost hit a baby in the head as she was trying to push past a lady holding her infant. Cheddar s Scam Kitchen. They charge you $3 to play the trivia game that they put on your table, without any form of disclosing the fee beforehand. I only noticed it after going through receipts several days later. No complaints with the food, but seriously, a fee to play a lame trivia game on a screen that plays advertisements.

Walked in asked for a quiet both told not available . Was seated at a filthy both. We moved to the next booth and no one came to serve us. We went to the bar area to see if we could order at the bar and was ignored for 15 mins at bar. Sat at a table in bar area 7:12 pm no one came to our table. Finally ordered our food togo on my phone app as NO ONE came to offer to serve us. Parked outside and got food to go. They brought us some very cold food that maybe was a return not our food. Missing things and drinks had ice not what we ordered. Horrible experience will not be back. Cheddar s what in the hell happened to you??? Food was great. Service staff decided to fail to plan and call sick and screwing over the other employees so it was short staffed. The burger my son ordered was plain, with no mayonnaise or ketchup, and a little burnt. The pasta was bland, and it felt like it was missing something, but overall, the food was pretty good.

My wife and I took our son and 3 of our grandkids. We had a great time. The food was great! We started off with the Wisconsin Cheese Bites, and then it was on to our main courses. My wife had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, my son the Texas T-Bone (which was surprisingly good!), myself the Monte Cristo and Baked Potato Soup (was great!), and the kids ordered off the Kids menu. We all enjoyed our food. And Cynthia, our server, was excellent. We will definitely be back!
