Cody Joslin... Hospitality Manager... PERFECT! We appreciate how much he cared about US and his EMPLOYEES!!!! This is a great place to have fun with family and friends... and then... he made it sooooooooo much better!!! No longer accepting cash which was what I planned on using. So they lost those sales and Everyone Ive talked to says its inconvenient and disappointing when your child wants to grab some popcorn and a drink to enjoy while they watch their movie. It smelled good and fresh though.

Everybody who has been already knows. The prices are ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. Its gouging at its finest and its kind of a shame that communities support this kind of price abuse just to keep kids entertained. The pizza used to be very very good and now its average at best and usually over cooked. Drinks are ok depending on who your bartender is. Overall I do everything I can to get my children to choose something else over times square every time.

Go on Wednesday because there are the same new movies but also concession deals. The staff are great, they are not responsible for the lack of new technology so bear with them. I recommend this little theater for sure!

Our previous visits were 5 star worthy. Our last visit not so much! We rented two VIP bowling lanes for an hour. While there no one spoke to us, so we had to initiate requests for bar & food service. We received drinks from the bar but never for food. We spoke to the manager and was ensured someone would serve us, but that never happened! As we were leaving, my grandson wanted to play video games, so we went to the arcade. He wanted to cash in his tokens for a gift. So we headed to the gift shop. The person working in the gift shop asked him what he wanted. He said, The black samurai sword. She asked him, Did you pick the black one because youre black? she followed up that with thats racist. These comments were unprofessional and unpleasant to a customer of any age, let alone a 6 year old We are still awaiting correspondence and resolution from the Regional Manager because we filed a formal complaint!

Definitely needs some attention in the custodial department. A quick Swiffer vacuum in the lobby would be a step in the right direction and some attention to the restroom facilities would be appreciated, as well. Concession prices are ridiculously high!
