Usually have the Crown Apple I love but can never find the specialty craft beer for my boyfriend. Also, its pretty expensive at Pinkies. In Houston (southern Texas in general) there is a similar liquor store chain where the selection is greater, the prices are cheaper & they also offer a regular customer discount when you sign up for it. We need something similar to Specs via Pinkies here in West Texas.

Unfortunately, not well managed. With parties and business meetings, spending $1,000 to $2,000 a month at this location, I was informed that the current general manager at this location would no longer hold my name on an allocation list for premium bourbon bottles. Being that this is a large corporation, I have to come to the understanding that the managers really couldnt care less about turning customers away because it does not directly affect their paycheck. I will no longer be shopping here and will share with my business associates that the lack of customer support and service at Pinkies is not worth us spending thousands monthly. If the regional director for West Texas wants to reach out to me, I would be happy to discuss the opportunities he or she could benefit from having better customer service.
