We came here today to play for my daughter s 2nd birthday , and we will DEFINITELY be returning this place is very welcoming & so fun! Very reasonable pricing & a nice snack/drink collection for purchase. We had a dance time , and bubble fun during our visit! Highly recommend for the little ones! I m sad to be leaving 2 stars but I feel like it s needed for constructive criticism. We came here on a Friday, it s Sunday and my kids are sick from visiting here. For all the reviews saying it s clean here I am combating that with a no, it s not. It was disappointing. There was a lot of hair in the ball pit. Our white socks turned brown on the bottom after 30 minutes. The place itself was cool, lots of things to do for the kiddos and the lady working the front desk was VERY kind! However the cleanliness of the play area is just not there and that s extremely important.

I am a stay at home mom of two and am always looking for ways to get the kids out of the house and active. When my oldest started climbing the walls today I decided to try out Dino Kidz and I m so glad I did! It was perfect for her age (3) and for my youngest (1). It was clean, safe, and there were activities for a wide range of ages. Once of my favorite parts was when they did a dance break and bubble time! My daughter loved it. We will be back!

My husband and I took our kids today for the first time. This place was absolutely amazing! Very friendly staff, clean facility, and overall extremely accommodating to little toddlers. We had been having a hard time finding somewhere that our toddlers could safely play with freedom to run around with kids their age, while not being overcrowded. We have found our spot, and will definitely be returning for more visits. Also, there is a massage chair for parents to use while watching their kids play. This was an easy 5 star rating for me!

Just went last week with grandkids and they loved it! This play place has the best of all worlds play area with slides and climbing but small enough you can watch them up there and know they are safe. Many fun unique play areas and quite play also! They also have a dance party and kids get to dance along on the stage! Very clean and they were constantly cleaning and putting toys in the proper areas so the kids would have toys in each area. Highly recommend

Play area is good for play for kids under 5, not so much for birthday party. Jill ruined our party experience. She kept interrupting and reminding us about rules and schedule. The helper didnt serve the pizza to the kids. They dont even help cut and serve the cake. I would not recommend this place for the kids birthday party.

Good for toddlers. It looked kind of run down and some of the toys didn t even work. What annoyed me the most was that they have a 15 minute dance party played on a big projector screen with baby shark and other songs. I brought my kid here to avoid screen time at home, not to have her see it on an even bigger screen. Also the music is blasting the entire time so it all just felt really overstimulating

Ive brought my 2 year old to Dinokidz a few times for play time and am always impressed with the cleanliness, variety of entertainment and the usefulness of the staff. We selected this venue to celebrate our kiddos 2nd birthday and it had a bunch of kids crying when it was time to leave - Everything was meticulous and thoughtful from the slide show, to the personalized welcome sign in the front. The themed decor was adorable and the host , Jill, was spectacular about letting us know what to expect and how to time everything to maximize play time foe the kids. I cant recommend this place enough!

Absolutely loved visiting Dino Kids today!! It was very age appropriate for an 18m old! There was a lot to do and it was a very safe environment! The staff was extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming and we had a blast from the moment we stepped foot! There was a wide variety of ages there but it seems perfect for the 18m-3yr age group! Will definitely be visiting here again soon!

Honest Review . There are newer & better buildings to throw a kid s party. I was very hesitant when I came to visit the spot after booking online. The CONS: 1. The themed decorations were nice but could have been a lot better. 2. The pizza was cold after sitting too long. 3. The staff was friendly but didn t know much about what my party consists of. We had a themed character, a balloonist, & a face painter. The host was not aware until she looked it up. 4. They only clean 15 minutes before the next party They leave previous party balloons out even when they don t match current theme. 5. Need newer play equipment 6. Behind the counter is chaotic clutter 7. Vegetable & Fruit Platter should have been a better presentation. I can get better from Kroger. 8. Buy your own cupcakes, the ones provided were just ok. 9. For $1700, I expected a lot more from Dino Kidz not the 3rd party vendors. The PROS: 1. You get the place just for your party 2. 3rd party vendors really know how to hype a party, the balloonist was exceptional. The face painter was also wonderful. 3. The staff was friendly & good at hosting 4. They set-up & clean up 5. The dance party was great 6. The slideshow was a very special touch Overall, because of the balloonist & the themed character we were able to hype the party & make a really nice time. The kids of course loved it & that s what mattered.

My son had a fantastic birthday party. It was an amazing party enjoyed by all both kids and adults. I highly recommend the party room to anyone wanting an exceptional venue for their kids. Even my 1-year-old baby was able to play with the big kids. All the toys and equipment are appropriate for all ages. The staff were professional and fabulous. They did a good job setting up the Mario-themed party for my son.

I have planned and hosted many parties and the party we hosted at Dino KIDZ was by far my favorite. I didn t have to lift a finger, they took care of decor, food, goodie bags, photo ops, moving the party along, etc. I could just enjoy my kids having fun and be truly in the moment with them. The location was easy to find, clean, the toys were a ton of fun. We had kids ages 1 year- 10 and they were all very entertained. Also, the bathrooms were very clean and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly

Amazing! We went to Dino Kidz to celebrate my daughter s 4th birthday and it was perfect! My son is only 1 year old and it was great for him to play as well! This is the cleanest play room I ve ever seen!! The equipment was well maintained. They even put on a dance party and the kids had a blast! The staff were SUPER friendly and nice! I told them that my daughter is girly but she loves dinosaurs and the employee said girly dinosaurs, we can do that! They put tutus on the dinosaur chairs (see picture attached). That was so cute and clever! Cannot say enough nice things about this place!

I brought my little one here and he had a ball here. They played a little music which helped to stimulate him. They also had a bubble machine that my toddler immediately gravitated to. It was so heart warming to see all the kids bonding over the bubble machine. No technology and no TV it was just kids being kids. Our overall experience here was amazing. I would also like to mention Jill. She was fenomenal and helped me as soon as I arrived. I told her it was our first time here and she immediately helped me with getting familiar with the place. I have been to many play gyms and I must say this one is the best one and it was so worth the drive. Please give Jill a raise she is doing an amazing job here with the kiddos!

Visiting from Toronto and decided to research a fun place for the kiddos while visiting family. I m glad we chose Dino kidz! Perfect place for kids under 6. Lots of fun activities and cool climbing areas. Kiddos LOVED this place. We previously visited play street museum and Dino kidz hands down is just a better experience for young children. We had our son s 3rd bday party at Dino Kidz. Our first time there. The venue and service was fantastic! All the kids had an absolutely amazing time. Worth every single penny and so much for the kids to get into. Playtime, dancing, signing, pizza, cupcakes more playtime and bubbles ending our event. They do everything for you, and accommodate anything you need. We upgraded our package several days before our son s bday and had no issues. We will be back for playtime and will be recommending Dino Kidz to other parents looking to host bday parties.

This place is amazing!!! Worth every penny! My daughter turned 4 and is on the spectrum, and the fact that they had toys and events she could actually participate and enjoy made me so happy! From the big building foam blocks to the ball pit ,and the bubble party, there wasnt a moment my sweet girl wasnt smiling. I always worry about there being too many people for my baby or an over whelming environment for her, but the fact that we had the entire place to ourselves put my mind at such ease. They do all the work like decorating and cleaning and everything in between. So I was over the moon to be able to actually be with my birthday girl and play and celebrate without any stress. They were so caring and informative, and always had a smile. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We will be coming back for my oldest daughters 7th birthday. This is one of the best indoor playgrounds I have found in DFW. It is small enough, so that you do not lose track of your child. But it has many fun, interactive toys for children. Once an hour they do a party dance time as well for children. They keep the place sanitary and also have unique little toys, like a grand piano from Melissa and Doug at the very front. The lady that works there, Jill is superb. She went over and beyond to make sure that we were welcomed and treated cordially. I will definitely be back for more play dates here.

id love to say first and foremost thank you to dino kidz for making my sons first birthday a success! it was magical experience for all the kids especially my son. everyone had a blast and it was by far amazing. overall, it was great.. but the reason i don t give a 5 star review is because of the lack of plates or forks when it came time for cake and a few other things. everyone had to use a princess themed fork as they weren t prepared for it i guess. there was also a problem with the candle they provided as it went off mid birthday singing and it was kind of awkward since one of the girls working that night took a long second to realize it. i didn t like that i had to call her over multiple times for her to notice and it kinda ruined the birthday singing part and made it awkward. it was also very awkward having to ask for extra plates as i thought for over 800$ they d have enough. the plates they gave me for the cake were plain white and not baby shark theme as i payed for. i truly did love everything except for that slight unpreparedness. as the website said they do everything for you.. i was also about to be charged an extra 50$ just because i wanted to fit in time for cake and it was barely almost the end of the 2 hours i wasn t thinking about it since i expected them to fit in time for cake. everything felt rushed by the owner but i understand that everything should be according to schedule .. it s just odd since i payed a lot of money for two hours mostly to have enough time for everything but i guess maybe it was a miscommunication on both ends. i also called in advance to mention i was bringing cake so it was odd to me that they weren t prepared. goodie bags were also not as according to theme which was also odd since i payed a lot of money and expected at least the goodie bags to be according to theme. other than that, i really did love everything they did. i appreciate the work and loved that everyone had a blast. UPDATE: owner reached out and apologized. as far as the small error made they acknowledged their mistakes and have since then changed this issue for future events. not many businesses do so , so it truly says a lot. if you re thinking of having your birthday party here i recommend you have it here at dino kidz. the owner really does care about making sure you and your little one are happy.. and like i mentioned, the experience was magical for every kiddo that came to my sons birthday. it s a one of a kind place with the special kind of mom & pop service you won t get anywhere else. in all of the kid play centers i ve gone, this one tops it all. thank you dino kidz for everything!! Hosted my daughters 4th birthday here tonight, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The communication prior to the party was seamless, the decorations upon arrival were even better than described. The play spaces are so clean and safe all of the kids age 6 months to 5 years had an amazing time! The schedule of events was evenly spaced, and kept the energy high, and the kids beyond thrilled. Clean up was a breeze, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. I come here often to play and the private experience was just as good as it always is. I had my one year olds birthday party here in July 2023 and it was wonderful. We had guests ages 6 month to 6 years old and there was something for everyone. They have imaginary play toys, a small merry go round, a giant litebrite, slides, a ball pit and so many more things. We chose a girlie dino theme and it was so cute. Everything was clean and I appreciate that there are yucky toy bins on the side for toys that went in mouths. There was a dance party in the middle (which the bigger kids loved) and a bubble exit (which is genius to help toddlers transition from the play zone to the car). My daughter had so much fun. Highly recommend for first birthday parties and beyond.

Dino Kidz is, to me, the first of its kind! My husband and I wanted to celebrate our baby girl s 1st Birthday, but didn t want to have it at places that celebrate older kids. I found Dino Kidz by googling birthday parties for babies. They cater to kids as young as 10 months to 10 years. You could squeeze in an 11 year old if your child has a big imagination. We just discovered Dino Kidz in Allen last week and we had a blast. The indoor play ground is a socks only place and very clean. Drinks and food are not allowed in the play ground so no nasty sticky stuff to deal with. Our 2 year old daughter loves this place. After we leave she keeps saying Dino Kidz, Dino Kidz. The next morning and all week it was Dino Kidz, slide, rocking horse, toys, friends. There are many toys to play with and its great to see what your child enjoys playing with. Always fun coming here with all the kids. I might be a helicopter around them, but this is a safe environment and its small (medium?) Enough to keep an eye on her kids wherever they go. Very clean and the employee constantly goes into the play room to clean the area. The bathrooms are clean too for the children and guardians. The entire area is padded with no sharp areas so its pretty safe.

My child just had her 4th birthday here, and she had a BLAST with her friends! All I had to do was show up and leave; which was awesome. Dino Kidz also took care of the birthday cake with the dinosaur theme and figurines (made out of fondant) that my daughter wanted from Pinterest. I was impressed with the quality of the cake decor and it tasted delicious too; moist and not too sweet. I also didn t have to worry about the party favors; as it was included in the package I chose. Overall quality of service was great and the place was clean.

It was definitely worth it and I was blown away. We took our one year old here and she absolutely loved it!! Us parents had fun with her also. There is so much to do for toddlers, preschool age kids and younger toddlers.. even babies that sit or crawl. They keep it clean and sanitized. There is a lot of fun toys and activities for them to do. It does get packed.. especially, late afternoon. So, if you want more things to yourself, coming earliest as possible would be ideal. I took off one star because they allow sick children to be inside. I feel like they shouldn t allow parents with sick kids because it s super inconsiderate and gets other kids/parents sick.. the last time we went, there were two kids visibly sick (coughing a lot, runny nose, and sneezing). We kept trying to stay away but the mom and her kid kept coming, wherever we went.. so weird and now my toddler is sick. It was like she did it on purpose. I wished I had told her off. I know they can t control what the parents or kids do, but it would ve been nice for them to place the rule of not allowing visibly sick parents and children inside.

The only thing I could say was that the package I ordered said we would have a fun host throughout the entire thing and for the most part they helped and talked on the mic a bit but they didnt really do much for the singing happy birthday part. Toys, slides, a ball pit, merry go round, etc. A lot of play places are geared more towards slightly older kids, but Dino Kidz is great for all age ranges. Everything is clean and well maintained. We had our daughters 2nd birthday party here on 8/6. It was so much fun and this place did a great job! The party hosts were very sweet and knew what they were doing. I wish there was a way to give 4.5 stars. Its not 5 stars only because we had a couple of minor communication issues. 1- I spoke with Jill (?) a few weeks before the party and I asked if waters were provided for adults as well as kids. She said yes. The day of the party, I asked the same thing and I was told no. So my husband had to go buy waters last minute during the start of the party. 2- I had uploaded pictures for the slideshow the Monday before the party. On Friday (the day before the party), I updated the pictures. At the party they did not have the updated pictures. It might be a good idea to give people a deadline for when you are going to need the pictures so that the updates can be included. Not huge deals, just little things that bothered me. Overall I definitely recommend parties here for everything that is included. All of the kids had a blast, even the older ones! Thank you for making our girls birthday special

Not kid friendly. I recently moved to Texas with my two sets of twins under 3. They would not let me bring my babies back (3 months) or feed them their bottles due to no food rule in the play area.(They re literally babies that will be in their car seats the whole time) I was also not allowed to bring their stroller or car seats back . it was way to hard to sit back with my 3m olds (or leave them alone) while also watching my 2 year olds and carry the babies with me. They were constantly cleaning up after you and putting toys away as kids were playing with them. We ve been exploring multiple play areas and this was a bad experience with bad vibes. Will not be coming back. And if you have toddlers and babies I recommend going else where.

My son had his 3rd birthday at this play place. I have to be honest, I did not have a good experience. The play area and decor were great but I felt Jill ruined our experience. She runs the place like an army and does not care for the birthday child or parents. I felt she was rushing us and just cared to follow her schedule. After play time it was time to eat and she wanted us to sing happy birthday immediately. My son was hungry and wanted to eat first and she told us to just take him up to the front with his pizza. Excuse me, I m paying a lot of money and I don t want the pictures/videos to be ruined with him eating while we are singing happy birthday. I felt so rushed and the environment felt tense. I have a 8 month old baby and she had no compassion or sympathy. She just kept reminding us about the schedule and I felt we were rushed out. I didn t even get a moment to eat. My guests commented they did not enjoy their experience because of Jill. She was so strict on her rules and aggressive with her schedule. The staff also did a horrible job at cutting the cake. I paid extra for the dancing dinosaur and it could have been better. The music was so low. A couple of my guests previously went to a birthday there but they said they had a much better experience because Jill was not there. I called 1-2 weeks before the event and spoke to a guy about extending the time and he said 2 hours is usually enough for the party and didn t encourage me to pay extra to extend. I went to other play places for birthdays and felt it was a more relaxing environment and the staff cared more for the birthday child and parents experience. Staff were way more helpful and accommodating in other places I have been to. I was going to host my daughters birthday here in October but I changed my mind. I paid for the t-rex package (second one) and the good bags were so cheap. I was not impressed. Lastly, I was emailed 3 days before the party and notified waivers need to be signed and socks are required but I was so busy with my out of town guests and baby so I had no time to notify all my guests. Some had to buy socks there and the waivers took a long time for guests to fill out when they arrived.

awful place!!! worst experience in my entire life!! the owner or staff was rude and unkind, we arrived there without knowing age limit I have a 10 yo and he knows he cant play on the play house, first he was warn when he jump on the floor mat, he was told off again when he carry my 1 year old on the spinning carnival in a very rude way said he´s not allowed to be on it, or she will have to ask the whole family to leave , that I understand cz there are probably weight limit and even though my oldest son was hurt and upset i told him its the rule we have to abide, he sat beside me right next to the baby ballpit area, while i watch the baby the wicked old owner/staff came to tell him to stop playing I was puzzled cz hes literally sitting beside me and she said his hand was reaching for some abc plastic block! We were visiting the area to attend a card show in Allen. My one year old daughter loves to play and has tons of energy. We checked this place out because we have a similar type of place where we live. My daughter loved it the minute we stepped into the building. We picked the dino theme and BOOM the staff did all the decorating and setup and goodie bags, while I actually got to enjoy the guests and kids! I definitely recommend their party package :) original post 2021 - I took my two-year-old for the first time today and I was so pleased with the experience, i m going to have to come back with his big sister a four-year-old! When I was there all the parents were wearing masks, everything from the toys to the bathrooms were sparkling clean, and the availability of the types of toys and equipment were very broad! I liked how the areas were semi-secluded so that the kids playing make-believe kitchen cooking would not get all mixed up with the kids playing music toys and piano and drums, and periodically throughout the four hour time span they have a five minute break for a dance party with musical interactive videos that really gets the kids excited and jumping everywhere adorably. I think the sweet spot age range is somewhere between one and five years, but siblings older and younger will still enjoy this! It s more tame than some of the big indoor playgrounds we ve been to so I didn t have to worry about my toddler getting trampled or trapped at the top of a play structure. Snacks are available for purchase here, because your kid is going to want to stay here way longer than you intend ;)

This place is much smaller than I expected but it packs a punch with how many different things the kids have to play with. We all had a great time at Dino at my sons second birthday party. We took the basic party option as there were about 6 kids.The decorations we great even for a basic theme. There was dance party and bubbles that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. All adults got a chance to hang out while the kiddos were playing. We requested to extend the play for half hour which they happily took care of. The duration was just right for kiddos to play and they were ready to go back home happy. I only wish there was more flexibility to move or cancel the party without losing too much money, as kiddos tend to get sick often and as parents it would be a HUGE help to move dates if needed.

We had an Awesome experience here at Dino Kidz! The kids were so excited with having so much fun they didn t want to leave! We had a private party which allowed my 3 year old and his friends to feel safe and explore every activity at their leisure. The staff were very kind and accommodating and kept the play and eating area extremely clean. Thank you to the owners for developing this fun, safe and Clean place! Christine Collins and Family

Celebrated my sons 1st birthday here and it was so great! Everyone had a blast, it looked amazing, dance party fun, pizza, and cleanup was on them at the end. Do your party here for ease and fun!
