The food was fresh, temperature perfect, and seasoning on point. Sweet tea is Texas sweet tea not Dixieland sweet so remember where youre at when ordering tea. Its our new favorite place in Tyler. We got 2 different wraps - one with fries and one with onion rings. Great choice to get both sides.

First and only time we will go to this restaurant. There was only one server, she was holding her own but still alone. Food took over 40 minutes to arrive. I can continue to go on and on about the quality of food but not going to bother. My suggestion would be to ask if there is more than one server before seating.

Man O Man talk about a phenomenal burger and they are HUGE! Republic Icehouse is our new go to Burger place. Normally the meat steals the show but at Republics every ingredient is the best; the bun, the sauce, the sauteed onion, and the meat! The appetizers are a must, the tots and Spanish artichoke dip. Also do yourself a favor and get your fries extra crispy, youre welcome in advance. #GoogleGal

I arrived around 5p on a Wednesday. I was greeted promptly by a lovely young woman named Meagan, who ended up being my server. Meagan was wonderful. Smiling and seemed happy. She was fun and helpful!! She gave a great dining experience!!! I specifically went there because they serve bottle caps (sliced, breaded, then fried jalapeños). Delicious!! I also ordered a small vegetarian pizza w/ tomato instead of black olives. O.M.G!!!!! Perfectly cooked with very fresh ingredients. I knew I was going to take it home for leftovers, but I was super sad I hadn t ordered a bigger one! They were offering peach cobbler for dessert. And, I really wanted one. Apparently they make individual cobblers and they come with ice cream. I was so full!! Next time! Thanks Meagan you were awesome!!!

The food was great! The service was great. At the end of our visit to the restaurant a muscular gentleman came out from the back and seemed to be not very pleasant. It turned my good vibe into a bad vibe. I cant give the rating a 1 because the bartender/server was awesome and the food was good. So I give it a 2. Nice place, live music on Saturday nights. Drinks were poured lightly but the atmosphere was good and the service was good. We just had appetizers and a couple drinks because I dont like the loud music. It is dog friendly though and a guys dog from across the path kept bumping my foot because he didnt want to shorten the leash. I would revisit.

I hosted my husbands 40th birthday party at Republic Icehouse this weekend and it was perfect! The party room was free, the service was great, and the atmosphere was so fun! It wasnt an awful experience but I wont go back there to eat anything. The server was very nice but didnt know the menu well. I did have to send my well-done burger back twice and I STILL got an undercooked (bright pink) but blackened burger. I ended up not eating. The decor was cool but the place was dirty. This place has potential. The servers are great. They are working with what they have. The food was slow to come out when there were only 3 tables. The kitchen sent out the food one dish at a time. There were 10 of us and half the table finished the food before the others even got their food. We ordered queso, got nachos instead. The server was so sweet but the management is trash. It s absolutely ridiculous that the GM got mad and made the waitress cry because he didn t want to actually work.

The actual worst food we ve ever had. We ordered nachos and firecracker shrimp. Both were cold and nachos were dry & bland with tough steak bites on it, hardly any toppings. Firecracker shrimp was STALE and cold, Tasted like it had been sitting out for days. So gross, the nastiest food we ve ever had in a restaurant. Drinks sucked too, watery and iced down. The server was great but the food wasnt. I got the ceo burger and it was served on the wrong bun and without the onion ring, though the server brought me one when I asked about it. My husband got chicken fingers with Mac and cheese and broccoli. We were charged 3 dollars for almost raw unseasoned broccoli and the Mac and cheese was all Mac no cheese. It tasted like plain noodles. Probably wont be back.

We loved that this is a pet friendly location. Enjoyed the outdoor seating. Not the restaurants fault but we first were given a table by two men that had loud cursing in at least 70% percent of their sentences. So they graciously moved us. The table beside us left and was replaced with 2 men smoking, we are nonsmokers, and the breeze was blowing toward us. My husbands meal came prepared as he had specifically asked to not have and was told it wasnt prepared that way. It went back, was redone and then came back out. My order still hadnt arrived. He enjoyed his meal, mine was not what I had been told.

Went to Republic Icehouse yesterday and it was great! Loved the atmosphere and the freshly prepared pizza. All the staff were friendly and energetic. Chole was the best. Definitely need to keep her around.
