DO NOT SEE A MOVIE HERE!! Went to see a movie on a Saturday night and an employee(I can only assume, or at least the employees failure to vet who is entering the theater) threw a stink bomb almost exactly halfway through the movie we were seeing. There was a loud pop, like a gunshot and the smell of rotten eggs filled the room and destroyed the movie experience. I cant believe we would pay top dollar to see a movie at a deluxe theater just for our experience to be ruined and our safety be put in danger. I am not going here again and the management seriously needs to take action.

My first visit to the Burleson Premiere Lux Cinema was an excellent one thanks to the young lady at the concession area who I bought my ticket from to see the 4:50 show of Sound of Hope: Possum Trot movie on 7/28/2024. By the way, I had such a desire to see this movie that I drove over 30 min from Cedar Hill, TX to see it. In my haste to see the movie, because I was a few minutes late, I left my car key and my credit card on the counter. I didnt notice that I forgot my keys until after the movie ended. I asked a male staff member behind the concession counter if my car key was found? He couldnt find my key. The young lady that assisted me earlier was busy with other customers so I didnt want to disturb her. I did notice my car key near her and was able to grab it without disturbing her interaction with her customer. I discretly thanked her and she took a quick moment to step away to ask me, is this your card? I didnt realize that I left my bank card too! She blessed me beyong measure! Im thankful my car key and bank card didnt fall into the wrong hands. She told me that she wanted to bring them to me once she noticed I left them, but she became busy. I told her no problem, I understood. Thank you for hiring honest, pleasant, and reliable employees! I hate I didnt get her name, but she wore a blue sun visor as part of her uniform. Please give her a raise! I also enjoyed the luxury seating in your theater! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

We attended on a Monday evening. Parking was good, staff were great and the food was made to order. I recommend the mozzarella sticks. The fountain drink machine was out of a lot of the zero sugar soda options but besides that everything else was fine. The theatre was clean and the prices are reasonable.

My wife and I went to see a movie and you would think that after having to take out a second mortgage to get a simple popcorn and drink that they could at least keep the theater clean. The area to fill up our drinks had trash everywhere and the tables at our seats were covered in sticky liquid. (The employees were just standing in a circle talking with each other) the movie we saw was a horror movie so most of the scenes were dark, well they kept the lights on for some reason (dimmed but on) so we couldn t see what was going on anytime there was a dark scene. That was the last straw, these companies cry about people not wanting to go to the theater anymore, but when we do go this is the experience they give us. For now on it s AMC all day.

Been here several times because we live right next door. The last couple times have been bad. Dont know if there under new management or what. Got to our seat today and it was disgusting. We had to clean our own tables. It has been very hot the last couple times. If your in any of the theaters close to the bar beside it then you hear the bars band through the whole movie. They seldomly turn on the screen during the previews. They need to understand people come to the movies for the movie experience. Because with Amazon prime you can buy the movie ALOT cheaper than going to the movies and getting drinks and snacks. If they want to get people to keep coming they need to make some changes

UPDATE: We went back back a day or 2 later. All of the popcorn retainers were cleaned up as wells as the popcorn machine itself. It made a huge difference in the flavor & texture of the popcorn. So thank you for that. For me, going to the Cinema & taking the grandkids is as much about the concessions as it is about the movie. There is just something about movie popcorn that is usually so much better than home popcorn. This was my 2nd visit where the popcorn was awful. All the butter & seasoning could not give it an edible flavor. I reported it, but the Sunday staff is just kids. 2 out of 3 were extremely friendly, but had to clue about what to do with a complaint. We were at a first showing of the day & both sides of my seat had trash. The movie was great & 2 out of 3 staff extremely sweet, but even at $5 for early bird tickets, the $40+ at the concessions was a waste. I will pay more & go to AMC. I forgot to add that I threw all but maybe 1/10 of the popcorn away. Even the 12 yr old wouldnt eat it.

This theatre is our go to and we always choose Premiere over AMC but the last few times have been awful and tonight was the final straw. We were in theatre 14 and it looked like it was literally falling apart. I almost wish all the lights had been out when we walked in because then I wouldn t have noticed the filth surrounding us. The theatre was disgustingly dirty. We were so uncomfortable that it made it hard to even enjoy the movie because we just wanted to get out of there as fast as we could. It cost over $100 to take our family to the theatre by the time you factor in admission and concessions. They should be able to properly maintain their theatre and provide a clean environment for you to enjoy your movie in.

Took my family to see Inside out 2 and the previews came on and we could only hear them,nothing on the screen. Went out twice to tell the employee,then they told me that the movie would start after the previews. So we missed all the previews,which sux! Then the movie started and the screen was still black. Went out AGAIN and they said they would rewind it and start the movie again.Finally the movie started! THEN ALL YOU COULD HEAR WAS THE BAND FROM THE BAR CONNECTED TO THE THEATER. Went out AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BECAUSE THEY DIDNT OWN THE BAR AND GRILL!! ABSOLUTLY RIDICULOUS! $52 FOR MOVIE AND THEN $25 ON POPCORN AND DRINKS TO HEAR A BAND PLAYING OVER THE MOVIE THE WHOLE TIME !!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Skyler went out of his way to make sure she was taken care of. In fact its been my experience that everyone at this location is friendly and courteous. Burleson is awesome. This theatre is horrible! Walked in and trash and popcorn all over the place. Icee machine was pouring water. Our movie started and 15min in the lights were still on. Trash and sticky stuff all over the seats, as if they clean them once a day. They have these little tables attached to the seat, normally would be cool if they weren t positioned in your face. They even double booked our seats. Amc by waffle house and the 35 is way better.

The manager on duty didnt do anything when multiple people complained of a group of teenagers yelling and laughing during a showing of the exorcist. He said he would address it and never came in the theater. I left a voice-mail asking for someone to call me back and never got called back. I should also add that when I went looking for a manager after the movie was done, a janitor said they were gone. The only employees left were the janitors.

We went to see a haunted mansion tonight. There was a huge issue with seating, and a couple that was there that just made it a nightmare for everyone. While my father and I did leave, I wanted to command the two gentlemen that were working that theater 11 at the 8:15 showing. They were so nice, so apologetic, and so professional. Even though I lost my cool, they were still courteous to me and honestly makes me want to come back. It was a situation of a lady sitting in the wrong area and making a big fuss about it all. Not a big deal, but she made it a big deal and the staff was able to correct the issue. The staff gave me a full refund as well as extra tickets. They were very sweet. While we did not stay, I believe that everyone else in the theater probably had a great time after that. Just wanted to commend those two guys that were working tonight, again, none of the problems with their fault whatsoever. They were wonderful and professional.

Sound is uneven in the smaller theaters. The center channel voices are hard to make out over the rest of the speakers at times. The location is just an island a mile from anything else too. A walkable shopping area with other options for food and entertainment would be nice but this is sitting at the back of a mile of pavement. Drink and popcorn refills are a cool added touch though.

Walking in we was extremely excited my 7 yr old granddaughter and I upon arrival we walked in and it was the look of a party everybody was playing laughing behind counter we was never greeted we stood adless 10 mins no one came over to scan my tickets even after looking at me they continued to carry on nothing me was professional so we walked on in to our movie theater looking and trying to find our way when sitting in movies we herd sound but not picture went back to report asking for manger he came up showing absolutely NO concern a regular employee finally said will go fix it and he did just that this manger (male) never offered a apology even after telling him we was never greeted nor was ticketed very unprofessional customer service is always key when i spend my money they definitely don t need to continue this way

Saw the movie Sound of Freedom, recently with hospital colleagues. Very riveting. Highly recommend seeing this based on a true story movie

Popcorn was stale !!! Theater was clean, the seats I reserved were clean, the little tables where we sat were clean, and the sound was good ( not too loud or too quiet, it was just right ).

The lobby was really warm. The theater itself was cool. Its not the usual cold where I have to use a blanket. It was clean. The people at the snack counter were very friendly.

Like the way your theater looks nice the website kind of sucks. Why cant it be simplified with a search bar on the site. Just about every movie movie theater business has one on their website youre the first I havent seen. Thats why I had to take it down a star.
