My nephew was charged with a misdemeanor DWI and a felony charge for possession of a controlled substance. Albert Roberts was able to get him a reduced sentence to 120 days in the Tarrant County Jail instead of being sent to prison! I absolutely recommend him! He is an astute businessman, which means he has an ability to accurately assess situations or people and turn this to ones advantage. He treated us like he would want to be treated. As of April 22,2024 I am free of the court system . I had caught 3 controlled substance possession cases resulting in felonies and a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana . Albert Robert s got me time served for my 10 Day incarceration , no probation, and no court fees to cover . Prior to my release from jail I had conversations with a few other inmates who also had Albert Robert s as their attorney/ Public Defender and they either got a light probation or time served . Whether as a Public Defender or a personal attorney , I only recommend Albert Robert s Law Firm . If you see this post . Mr. Roberts was great very straight forward and did not sugar coat anything. He was very helpful and got my sons probation reinstated and the petition to revoke dismissed. He kept him from going to prison and gave great ideas on how to get him back on track. Mr. Robert was my son court appointed attorney and he did everything he could to get this outcome, so I know he is not in this just for the money. There are several lawyers that we contacted and wanted thousands of dollars to do exactly what he just did for us. THE BEST LAWYER IN TEXAS. Albert has been my attorney for years. Hes honest, family oriented, super smart and understanding of both the law and your individual situation. True story. I got 2 DWIS. Due to my record I lost my job, then my house and cars all in less than two years. Couldnt get a decent job and couldnt pay my probation fees, scram fees and court fees. So the court extended my month probation 3 months. Then my family got sick and I drove a car without a interlock to get medicine. Got pulled over and arrested for driving without interlock. Now the courts petitioned to revoke my probation and put a warrant out for my arrest. Financially drained and depressed i called Mr. Roberts. Not only did he offer affordable services. He started immediately without me knowing. I hadnt even paid him our agreed upon retainer fee. Before I knew it Mr Roberts was calling me saying, Youre good Enjoy your day. I was confused I didnt understand. Come to find out Mr. Roberts not only got my warrant lifted he got my probation dismissed and scram device removed and remaining court fees waived. All of this in less than a week of meeting him. I thank GOD for him. My case was dismissed today 2/23/24. I called him on 2/15/24. Albert Roberts is the TRUTH

I don t think I ve ever left a legit review on any business or anybody. However, Mr. Roberts was down to earth from the moment I met him, he was cool, laid back, made me feel like my troubles weren t the end of the world. I trusted him right away. I had a dui case, along with probation, and some other small cases going on, I am so blessed to have crossed paths with this guy. It all worked out. No jail time, no probation, I could tell he was a super busy lawyer (as most of them are I m sure) but when his time was on me, it was truly on me. I saw him interact with another client or two in this exact manner while waiting to walk into the court room. I know god was working through Albert Roberts through this whole entire process. It was a spotty case, the whole thing was just odd. It was not a drunk driving type of situation. Anyways, the whole case got dropped down, no probation, etc. and for the first time in like 2 years I m free and clear. Like totally free and clear. He s a well respected lawyer or who knows people , who has connections, but still personally showed up for me every single court date. Highly recommend this guy. Albert Robert was very professional and handling the case. He fought hard to give me the result I wanted in my case. Was facing a minimum of 25 years. Mr. Robert got my case reduced to a misdemeanor from felony tampering with evidence. I was sentenced to three days in jail and receive time served. I just got back from court and Albert Roberts was my lawyer. It was my 3ard drug charge in 15 years and i was looking at 20 to 99. I knew i was going to prison .
