My wife had all the wedding photos on her camera...almost 300. The camera for the wedding was not on the correct settings. They would not print for review at home. Since my wife wanted to sit and edit and delete her photos. We couldnt find a place in Longview where she could sit on her rollator. All the setups were too tall... And too crowded. We came to MotoPhoto in Tyler. They have 2 editing stations with lots of room. MotoPhoto provides several photo services. Check out their website. Including restoration! Busy shop. Good parking. Multilingual. Masking. Spacious. Good handicapped access from the parking into their shop. My wife uses a rollator. They have great staff here. Very knowledgeable with GOOD customer communication. My wife is deaf. They got her photos up on their system for her to review, select, and print. Full touch screen. Very patient with her numerous questions as my wife learned their editor. It got easier. Now that my wife has learned their editor We will be BACK. THANKS

I am super impressed with Motophoto! Their normal hours say they close at 6 pm and aren t open on saturdays without an appointment. I needed a large print for an event ASAP, even though they were closed I went ahead and messaged them after hours on a Friday. They responded almost immediately and Patrick met me at the store Saturday morning and got me fixed up. I can t say how much I appreciate his help! He is very friendly and professional, will definitely be back!

Called this morning and was told that they develop film for $7.50 to scan them, I go in there and they all laugh like I am a idiot. I wouldn t recommend going to them, bunch of teen kids in the front who didn t show customer service and obviously didn t know what was going on.

I will say I am one to review local businesses.. and I ask for clients to review the company that I work for as well. My FIRST experience with motophoto was AWESOME! Friendly staff-- very helpful too!! I needed a large picture 11x14 at the last minute- they not only were able to help me the quality of the prints developed were just beautiful. I usually developed at Walgreens or CVS and my pictures turn out sub-par...for the same price I was able to get 10x the quality! Thank you MotoPhoto! I WILL BE BACK!!!
