I don t even know where to start. Heath and Iris have been nothing but good to me and my case. From the time I called until the end they were AMAZING. I have been through so much since my accident mentally , physically and financially! I m so thankful for all of their hard work and dedication and how they fought for me. My husband and I were referred to the office of Roberts and Roberts in December of 23 after a car accident. Almost immediately after getting home from the hospital, Joe called us to set up a time to come out to our RV and meet up with us to get what he needed to investigate our case. When I tell yall Joe worked FAST. We had a rental car in less than 2 about weeks, which we were ok with because that made it right around Christmas, and we had appointments in Tyler(we live an hour away). Everything went exponentially quick and smooth, with almost little to no frustration. If there was any, it was from my cars financial company, which Jennifer took care of quite nicely. The way Jennifer stayed in constant contact with us was extremely appreciated. Her patience and willingness to explain things when I had forgotten things definitely eased anxiety and lessened confusion. Bruce was also very warm and heartfelt in his demeanor, the way a grandfather is with his grandchildren on Christmas morning. If you are looking for an office that is welcoming and treats you like family (and not the toxic workplace kind), I recommend you look no further than the wonderful people at Roberts and Roberts. If we ever need any kind of legal help in the future, they will be my first call to see if they handle whatever kind of case it is we happen to have. And if they dont, then I will ask them for recommendations, because I would trust their advice. They genuinely want the best outcome for their clients, and theyre not just in things for the money. Kevin Hayes as assistant attorney is a sore loser, has committed misconduct under the Brady violations through the Smith County district attorneys office. Whilst willingly withholding information & court instruments, the Smith County offices under the color of law have State of Texas benefiting from this violence. Mr. Hayes additional involment, he was the last to voice and ask the sitting judge a question while exiting the courtroom date noted 10/25. Thats facts! Ive filed a claim with the County, and even they are not releasing to me a copy of the claim they willingly or inadvertently are telling me they do not possess. It was public notarized by a Smith County Deputy, ofc. Harris. Mailed via USPS to The 4th floor at 100 N Broadway. A minority man as myself must have founded judiciary federal law protections and white conservative constitutional by-law protections! Deprived, oppressed, injured; I do have the will and want of prosecution to do it for you to get some educational knowledge through preponderance of evidence. Consider ourselves warned!

In 2021. I was hit by a careless 18 Wheeler driver. Was taken to the hospital with back injuries and started an extensive journey of one that I have never encountered before i Immediately. contacted Robertson Roberts law firm in short that was the best decision I made from the start. The law firm had control of my case and in a matter of days and I was on my journey to Which not Having ever been involved in such a matter was unprepared but Roberts and Roberts absolutely was the best law firm to handle the situation not only was the. Journey Tough.with physical pain but mental anguish was pain overwhelming at times. And Robertson Roberts never once failed to understand the turmoil that I was in? They truly. Cared about every? Aspect of what was going on with me right down to a personal level. I was unprepared for the amount of anguish that was brought on by the other sides legal team in the matter of the truck driver that hit me it. Was humiliating and degrading at times? But my lawyer Frank was there every step of the way. His legal assistant Melanie also was a godsend. The physical toll was extremely draining through 2 separate backsurgeries. But the law firm never waived from their support of me. Robertson Roberts to me was not a flash in the Pan law firm. They do not advertise themselfs in such a way as other law firms. I asked the firm about taking over the case regarding my traffic accident. I called early in the morning explained my situation, and was told someone would call me back. I waited pretty much all day for that call and close to 5pm I called back. I was told the firm does not take Cases that already been worked on by someone else since they want to prepare it from the beginning. Why make me wait all day for a return call and then have me actually call back. Why not tell me that when I called in the morning? Did not feel like what they claim in their commercials at all...

DONT EVER USE THESE ATTORNEYS. I had my first car accident in July 2018 and didnt receive my settlement until March 2019. From the first time I went in literally crying in pain, BRUCE was absolutely terrible. Total lack of respect and no sympathy and extremely arrogant. I ended up with a permanent injury, had to change jobs and now have PTSD from the accident. The settlement I finally ended up with was a joke!
