Food was great and loved the atmosphere. A few things that bothered me was that the fountain drinks were charged per refill (who charges for refills after being open for 4+ years) and it was 6 of us 2 adults and 4 kids under 10 years old, and i was charged a gratuity,.. I would understand if there were more adults than kids but no . It was very disappointing. we always tip 25%or more but I guess she really needed her tiny tip of 15% well our waitress got her 15% and nothing more.

The restaurants service, I clarify, is perfect, but yesterday mid-afternoon between 3pm and 4pm and a few other times that we have gone, a thin man arrives as if he is delivering products that the Restaurant uses because he is bringing down some boxes of vegetables, he is rude, ill-mannered and badly spoken, a danger when driving. We were leaving the parking lot and he, a real thief, almost collided with us with his black truck, saying all kinds of bad words to us, sticking out his finger, I recognized him because when we were eating at the restaurant he was talking to one of the waitresses. What a bad time he gave us, and then almost ran over some people who were in the laundry and who were loading clothes into their car. He also threw bad words at them and whistled at them, reminding them of their mother, how bad it is that these types of people ruin the image of a restaurant. I didnt give the atmosphere of the restaurant a star for that reason of that guy who delivers boxes with products for the restaurant.

This place gets PACKED on weekends(parking and inside tables). So be mindful of the possible chaos if you want somewhere stress-free. The parking is also because theres a laundry right next door. All food was good. We tried their signature barco and a fried mojarra. For two people it turned out to be $85. Most meal choices are $20+. And if you plan on getting beer youll look at about the same price as us.

The staff they have does not attend, the girls are inside talking, the drinks are brought hot, it takes 15 minutes or more to bring you something. It is the worst service of all the restaurants. Although I had already been and the same thing happened to me, as some comments here say, the waitresses are never aware of what you need, you have to go to the bar to ask them for a drink or something else. Our first time here and most likely our last. I ordered a mojarra that was ok, but the fries and rice were placed under my fish, so the fries were super soggy. I at the mojarra with the salad. I like putting a lot of lemon and Valentina. Rice would have been ok if placed on the side, not under the fish. The atmosphere was fun bc they had karaoke and dj. We went on Sunday evening, and it was pretty packed. I would not go back for the reason that its expensive and we wasted a lot of food for how they placed it. Im a little more picky, so I probably wouldnt have eaten those fries because, to me, they are the nasty kind. lol, the big wedge fries with no seasoning. I could have given them to the kids, though.

Terrible food, I ordered a fish and it smelled bad, then I tried the salad and I stopped almost vomiting because the tomato was literally spoiled, what a garbage restaurant. We were 8 people Two ordered chiles water which were exaggerated with lemon that when you tried them you made sticks then we ordered lemonades and they were very sugary We had a very bad experience Although the plateau did not charge me for my dish and it was not her fault It was the cooks fault and the one who prepares the drinks has no experience. The service was pretty bad but the food was great. We suspect our server was new, but she was really struggling. When we walked in, it was a bit awkward as we were unsure if to sit ourselves or wait to be seated. The server looked up at us and just went back to what she was doing at the counter without any acknowledgement. Once we sat down, we asked her for napkins as the table we d sat at had none, and after about 20mins, we just swapped napkins with a different table and 10mins after that the server brought us the napkins. We had to ask her for items multiple times too. I ordered a shrimp cocktail and this was one of the few places that actually provided plentiful shrimp, so that was great! Everyone else had nothing but good things to say about their plates too.

The food is NOT good. They send food or on players so it looks like youre getting a lot of food, until they set it Infront of you. I had a spoonful of beans, half a platter of cut lettuce, and my end is Camarones a la Diablo, which is a thick tomato sauce with lots of onions, a few strips of pepper , and 5 shrimp. Came here for the first time and will be my last time! I ordered a ceviche and I got shrimp and fish with pico de Gallo and a special sauce they make. If you are a seafood person you know that is not ceviche! If you pay with a credit card they add an additional charge of a little over 3% and when you question what s the charge for they give you attitude saying it s what they do and they ve been doing it for a year. The food is great! My family and I went for the first time and we were surprised on how great the food and atmosphere was (they do karaoke night on weekends)! We all got different seafood dishes.
