Don t go here if you are POC.Had a great time singing karaoke until I had a run in with a customer, accused me of stealing his smokes. Dude starts an issue with me, very aggressively flips me in the face touching me and throws a pack of cigarettes at my disabled friend who frequents the bar. I play cool( I ve seen this before) , he incites me to violence calling me a welfare diversity woke hire and dropping multiple racial slurs .Bartenders and manager were very supportive of the aggressiver called the cops on us while we waited for our Uber to boot the service was slow.

Good prices. Quick service. Smokey, but as may be expected for a good ole dive bar. Weve been probably 100 times but I have met only a few friendly bartenders. Place stays pretty busy and the patrons are always nice. The owner is friendly and kind.

Hmmmm.. Monday night 5/1 .. I dont pay bar prices to drink shots from a plastic shot glass.. Only seen this tonight.. Now to the good stuff.. On the normal - great bar, great staff, and a great group of patrons.. Locals are cool, and Debbie is the best.. Tip your bartenders - thats how they make a living!!!!

Shout out to Alyssa the KJ on Thursday nights. I was here for 2 weeks visiting and could only attend those 2 Thursdays. I work for a karaoke company in California ( RCK Entertainment ). My KJ name is KJ Sarge. I thought Alyssa was awesome the way she ran the show. And the system she was using was incredible. The bartenders were also amazing and very welcoming. Thanks guys for making my visit a pleasure.

I really liked this bar. The staff was very friendly and made great drinks. Friday they had karaoke. There was also 3 pool tables, a dart board, and shuffle board. I would recommend if you are looking for a working class hang out

I just moved out to Tomball in July. I didn t start venturing out to bars until around mid September. I chose Cheers because it s very close. I have to say, first time in, Carly Jo was our bartender, and as far as bartenders go, she is the best of the best. Totally welcomed my fiancé and I to the point, we haven t even thought about trying other bars in the area, as we feel like we have captured Lightning in a bottle. Everyone here is amazing and welcoming. This is my new favorite bar, and the best kept secret in Tomball.

I love Debbie and Mark .... I talked all day about going tonight, then I am standing there waiting to order DAVE takes a couples order right in front of me @ I was sitting down listening to the singers , Mark came talked to a man right behind me, we did the elbow thing. Marks goes on then DAVE comes up and said MARK told me I had to getaway from the karaoke man. Bartenders are quite rude. There was no where to sit and the bar counters were full so we had to stand near the corner of the bar. The bartender deliberately kept bumping into us hard so we would get out of they way. We left. It was my first time there and I will never go back.

Not sure why the original reviews I saw were deleted but here is my take: Weve been coming to Cheers for a little under 3 years and it is always the perfect little dive/sports bar for us! When we want to unwind and not be judged, this is the place. Smoking indoors (if you are not a fan: this is your warning). Christian is amazing and always seems to remember our faces even after being on a bar hiatus for a few months. Easy going crowd and very nice staff. We watch football here. Play our own music here. Darts. Pool. Karaoke. Pretty decent bar food as well. If you have a particular drink, theyll do their best to accommodate it. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a good neighborhood spot in the Tomball area!

We recently held a karaoke competition here. Cheers in Tomball is amazing! The bar has comforting vibes, it s definitely a place you would want to chill and have a beer! It has that actual Cheers vibe where everyone knows your name. The bartenders are fantastic! Tanya, Amber and Dave were kind and helpful throughout the entire night! Debbie and Mark, the owners, really know how to treat their patrons well! If you re ever in the area, definitely swing by!!
