We rent chairs from them often. Even last minute. Especially on this last occasion. They had just enough chairs I needed, the day of my event, because someone didnt come and pick up their reservation. And we accidently left two behind. They are easy and accommodating.

Family business and the son were running the business for his mother while she was away.He was very professional and gave me great qoutes, but unfortunately, I ended up not having q bouncey castle at my sons birthday. They do everything from tents,tables,chairs, and bouncey castles.They set up and pack down aswell.Prices reasonable.

So technically I shouldnt be leaving a review since I havent actually purchased from this place the beyond that I have been in there and talk to staff and theyre very nice wonderful place with plenty of bounce houses dont be afraid to walk in there and ask for a job either I bet you might get hired to do a very easy job and drive a box truck :)

I have used multiple party rental places in Tyler and rented over 100 items for events in my career. This is the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. There online form wouldn t work so I called and reserved the item. Gave them the name of the business, time needed and my cell phone number. The item never showed and when I called the lady was very rude.

We Always rent from this place. The lady is very nice and helps get everything in your truck/car. We live 30 min out of town and they will drive all the way to drop off and pick up also. Good prices and good service.
