We ordered 2 regular hot sandwiches to go. The guy took the order and then continued working on the other orders. He never asked if we wanted them with everything on them. They cooked them then went to a back section and loaded them up with everything and put them in bags and brought them out. I asked is everything on there because we didn t want them that way and he replied yes that s the way they come. The last time I checked they come the way you want them, not the way the employees want to make them. That was a waste of $26!! He did offer to make a new one but by the time he did I was just over it and wanted to leave!

Servers were pleasant but slow, or over worked as they tried to manage walk-ins and online orders at the same time. I had to leave and couldnt get my meal as Texas only gives its nurses a 30 min break on a 13 hrs shift.

Amazing experience! I called in an order for my sons basketball team. They had my order bagged and ready to go when I got there. I was greeted at the door and in the store for a max 5 min. Great pace, great staff, and a great environment. We use this location often and have always had amazing service.

Placed online order, arrived 10 mins after picked up time and still was not ready. No one ready to assist, all just running around like they don t know what s going on. Love the #8 Turkey Club, Mikes way.... The Red Wine Vinegar makes the sandwich... Warning though, I tried double the meat once and it was actually too much meat... They have a great sandwich with a good bite of bread meat and veggies... The may is also great... Also, they are always willing to accommodate with wet stuff on the side... I get it this way because I order the giant, which is good for about 2-3 meals...

Jersey mikes is always one of my favorites when it comes to my subs. This location has had its ups and downs when it comes to service over the last two years. With that being said I get people have bad days and I m not going to ding it on a select few times of humans having a bad day. The majority of the time everyone is nice and the subs are A+!

Based on the reviews, I expected to be impressed. Three guys preparing sandwiches behind a counter like other sandwich shops. $9.55 for the medium Jersey Mikes Classic. Your choice of three breads. Choice of cold subs or heated subs. The sandwich was tasty but similar to other brands. Nothing stood out above the others. Needed plenty of napkins for this sandwich!

Any of the subs are really good. This last time, I got a hot sub, (Chicken cheese steak), and my hubby got a cold (Original Italian). She took our order, started my hubbys, slid that down for the next employee for condiments, and then started on the next couples order. Had theirs, they had one hot and one cold, she did the cold then took the next persons order (cold) and started it and slid down to be next. THEN, she started making the hot. Meanwhile, the girl doing the condiments for my hubby was EXTREMELY stingy with them. We ordered the giants, and the girl literally put 3 slices of tomato, about 5 banana pepper slices, about 4 of the thinest cut onion rings I have seen, and about 6 peppercinis, I mean, come on!! Then his was finished, so we waited. The 2nd couple got through with their cold and then waited. The 3rd customer got hers and left. The sandwich for the couple behind us was done 1st. They paid and left. Then I finally received my hot sandwich and we paid and left. Now, my sandwich was very good. My husband was disappointed because there were barely any toppings (not only did we get the giant for him, we also got double meat and double cheese). This was a disappointing visit. But, I will most likely go back, Ill just have to place my order on the app for the wait time and HOPE that they do ok with condiments.

Unhelpful employee. Probably not all of them, but the one I dealt with. Tried to pay with my Jersey Mikes gift card, and he could not get it to work for whatever reason. The card is definitely valid and still has a balance on it. His only answer is call the number on the card; nothing I can do about it. When I express my disappointment in his level of customer service, he whined about my negative energy. If I had not been frustrated about the gift card not working, I would have LOL at that. Update: went to a different Jersey Mikes, and the gift card wouldnt work there either. Employee at other store suggested using the gift card online, ordering for pickup on their website. That worked. Its still annoying to have to do that to get the gift card to work, but at least the employee at the other store was able to offer a helpful idea to solve the problem.

Not the greatest prices, but some of the best sandwiches Ive ever had... But my complaint is with a big boy that has a tan complexion, light colored eyes and glasses... I say boy because hes no man, he tried to intimidate a fifty year old woman in a diner across the street because they didnt have to go boxes and they wouldnt put the food in boxes he was gonna go get from his store across the street!!! Theres always HAIR in the lettuce they dont wear hair nets nor pay attention to where their hair falls. I didnt have this problem at this specific location why because I ask for my sub to be unassembled and thats anywhere because the employees just dont care what they serve but my money was spent. I was just in the store my first time and I had the most wonderful people help me. Brandon helped me chose the sandwich I will be eating and he was so nice and and explained how everything worked perfectly!!! They even put the oils in little containers so my sandwich wouldn t get soggy. I had the best experience and I would go back no questions asked. If you are going to have uber deliver the order from here and your sandwhich contains any condiments save your money. Either go somewhere else or pick it up so you can watch the amount they are putting on the sandwhich. My bread looks like a wet sponge and theres 10 pounds of mayo and mustard. That or the employee got into a fight with the condiments bottle. However this is the second time in a row this has happened to me. Not happy and still hungry because I cant even eat this.

I hate not getting what I ordered, especially when I m paying extra! Missing my bacon on my Big Kahuna Cheesesteaks should ve known something was up when I ordered 3 sandwiches and was only given 2. Good fresh rolls are hard to find anymore! Great sandwiches and great service. They asked how I liked it and thanked us for coming! Prep area always looks clean! I would def recommend! I just went to Jersey Mikes for the second time with my mom, and it was so amazing!! The service there was incredible, and you can tell they really care about customer satisfaction! We were served by a nice man named Rob, a manager in training and he made sure that we knew exactly how fresh the meat/ cheese is and where all of there products are sourced from. He also helped us pick out delicious subs and made sure that we were completely satisfied with our meals!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

First time to Jersey Mikes. Woah! Didnt realize what Ive been missing! It was DELICIOUS! I had the #44- Buffalo chicken sandwich on rosemary parmesan. I added mayo and tomatoes. It was warm and full of flavor. My daughter had a ham and cheese kids meal. She devoured it, which says a lot for a picky eater. The employees were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our meal in a nice, clean establishment. Well definitely be back!

Now, what gets me upset was that the walk ins were getting their orders before us. A whole family came in 5 min after I parked and they all walked out with their order first. Finally went inside and still had to wait. When my order was ready they just place it on the curb side rack without saying anything to me. I was right there just hand it to me. Poor customer service that day 3/19/21. In summary, dont use their curb side, just go in person it will be faster.

Im rating this 1 star for no customer service skills! Literally not 1 of the 4 employees working greeted Me nor asked if I needed anything. I was there to pick up an order and I know they have an order pick up rack but my order wasnt on there and so I stood therefor a good 10 mins waiting with no greeting or anything. Very poor customer service.

Not going to lie, I was ECSTATIC OVER THE MOON counting the days down to their first opening day! And sure enough my husband and I were there for lunch on Day One! This franchise is a great one, the manager is kind & attentive, employees are all helpful and actually makes eye contact with you asking how your day is (not sure if you notice but most fast service restaurants don t do that anymore). Their food is always . We love their #17 & #43. Can t beat it!

So new location. Have been here a few times so far. Wife and I had a little date lunch there today and it was great. She is gluten free and the sandwich she had was great. Mine was perfect.
