They were crazy busy lunch rush but my food was cooked perfectly and it was pretty wasnt all slapped together. I got the blt with fries to go. The employees at the register were friendly and calm and collected they repeated my order and for it being very very busy I was surprised that I got my food pretty quickly and everything tasted fresh and the fries were nice and hot and the price was not bad 7.99 +tax drink not included. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant

The name is no lie; This is the juiciest burger you can get. The bacon cheeseburger is a must get. The combination of the thick cut bacon and seasoned patty is so good! Fries are okay, they use the stereotypical cafe fries. The baked beans for appetizers was a little strange given this being a burger place, however they were pretty good.

Why did I wait so long?? Happily surprised to find the SW Loop location in Tyler ever better than I d been told! The small cheeseburger was more than I could eat, and true to its name, juicy! The side of piping hot homemade onion rings were the perfect accompaniment! My only issue is I won t be able to drive past when I m hungry without stopping in, and I don t need the calories that often! The location was clean, the girl at the counter was a sweetheart, and everyone around me seemed to be enjoying their experience as much as I was:)

Absolutely love this restaurant. The food is always amazing and served piping hot. Word of caution just be extremely careful when you grab your food especially if you have young children because it is super hot. Dont forget to grab your free cup of Jucys beans right there at the counter with the self-serve beverages. Their beans are absolutely delicious and taste really good poured over their french fries. As far as beverages go, my go-to is their amazing sweet tea. Honestly, one of the top three sweet teas from any restaurant here in town. They also serve Coca-Cola products and there are endless choices to choose from. Want a Dr pepper? No problem. They have that plus Dr. Pepper with five other flavors. Want a Sprite? no problem. They have that too. Plus four or five other flavors to mix in with it. They have over a hundred drinks available for any taste buds. Onto the food the regular burgers are humongous and always delicious according to my family. Theyre way too big for me to finish so I always end up getting a Junior burger which is just enough for me. You could have the burgers topped with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise. As far as the cheeseburgers go, they give you an option of three different types of cheeses to choose from. Their chicken strip basket is huge and the chicken strips are not like any regular fast food chicken strips. You can tell they are fresh made to order and the batter is always super crispy. Dont forget to grab some ranch because it is delicious. I absolutely love their fried green tomatoes. Must be a southern thing cuz you cant really find them all over the place. The ones here are always cooked perfectly crispy and go perfectly well with the ranch ranch dressing they serve on the side. They also have freshly made french fries. If you like your fries crispy then ask them to cook them a little bit longer because they dont cook them long enough for my taste. And do not sleep on their salads. They are absolutely delicious no matter which one you get. Honestly, if you cant find something to eat here that you like, theres something wrong with you because they have so many different options to choose from. The only negative is that the dining area was really dirty. The tables were not wiped down, the floor had trash all over it and honestly it wasnt even that busy when we went there so it must be a problem with their staff.

Delicious burger. Food was delivered piping hot and fresh. Patties slightly thicker than a smash style burger. Think of a mix between a homestyle and smash patty. I ordered the super cheeseburger which was (1) lb of beef. Delicious , juicy , great sear, and extremely filling. Fries were salted well and fresh but portion on the fries was on the smaller side. Definitely check out the jalapeño ranch. Fantastic taste and texture. Onion rings also have fantastic breading and seasoned well. I m not from the area and was eating while Working out of town, but if I m ever in Tyler Texas again I would not hesitate to stop back by here.

You had me at bottomless beans Roughly translated to all the beans you can eat. I enjoyed the Black and Blue Burger, with a side of fries. This is an excellent burger with a wonderful chew. The bun was not thick enough to carry the load of getting it served All The Way (everything) For a real Texas Burger experience, I recommend Jucys Hamburgers.

Yes this particular store has good reviews and yes the food is good...at times. If they are busy and sometimes when its not, it all goes to sh%$. The fries are never crisp, like floppy rubber hoses. The drive thru is ridiculously slow. They have the second driveway that they could get a clue from Whataburger, and be using those for slow or long orders. Waiting sometimes 15-25 min for your food in a drive thru is a joke. This store is notoriously busy and the management needs to take a hard look at how to facilitate or streamline their food handling.

Go to Burger Warehouse instead. JUCYS Recently shrunk their (soggy) fries to more than half of what they used to be. Didnt shrink their prices though! I noticed the beans have little to no meat in them anymore either. Food is good just super expensive now especially for what you (dont) get! Tiny bacon cheese fries are now $7.50!

This was my first time trying this fabulous joint. I was immediately greeted at the drive thru menu by a very kind and polite young lady who took my order attentively and asked clarifying questions to ensure my order was perfect, which it was! I was in the drive thru behind six cars and im thinking in my mind why did I get in this long line but to my surprise the drive thru experience was quick and fast I never had to put my car in park I keep on rolling. The lady at the window was very friendly and courteous. Parking: Due to the good quality of food and customers that enjoy the delicious food and selections sometimes it hard to find a parking spot sometimes you have to circle the parking lot a couple of times, but that just goes to show that the food is delicious and the trips around the parking lot is worth it

Was out shopping most of the day and hadnt eaten anything so when we saw Jucys we just had to stop ! My husband had a blue cheese burger and I had a lettuce wrapped burger, both were delicious. I would recommend Jucys to everyone, their burgers are always fresh and delicious and the dining areas are always clean. The employees are always welcoming and courteous . Will be back next time we are in the area. Almost forgot to mention the beans they have at the drink/condiment station, they are excellent and would recommendthem also. Overall a Great place to grab a quick bite to eat.

First time at this Jucy s location on Loop 323 and the first time having Jucy s breakfast. The cashier (Shelia) was not friendly, and seemed annoyed that we were asking questions. No kids menu, so I paid $5.00 for one pancake. The two other orders came out cold. We did eat the bacon, but not the cold hashbrowns. $35.00 was a lot to spend for a breakfast no one enjoyed. Normally, I give a restaurant a second chance, but not this time. There are too many places in town to get a really good breakfast. Kid-friendliness: No kids menu.
